Good morning MVTGers. So I just downloaded a free trial of L2 for fun and noticed that someone is selling 50 at 0.169 and 300 at 0.17, and I was wondering is that only 50 shares? Or is it taken down by a factor of 100 or something. Every company I looked at seemed to have very low sells and bids so I got suspicious. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Does anyone who has L2 know what the bid/ask support is looking like these days? I'm guessing there's only a few shares being sold at varying prices. Seems to jump around a lot.

Gotta love how they are allowed to manipulate the bid with OTC stocks. I have put in bids much higher than the posted bid many times and yet it still displays a considerably lower bid. Thats the only thing that bugs me about OTC stocks. Oh well, soon this will explode and they won't be able to control us no matter how much they mess with the bid! :P

Looks like even more well known individuals are trying to open peoples eyes to climate change also. I can't help but wonder what it would do for mantra if their technology was showcased in this documentary. I bet you would have the attention of a few more people (many of which would be women) if you had George Clooney reporting on mantras climate saving tech. I think it could only do amazing things for the stock. I have the feeling James Cameron is capable of generating peoples interest. We already have the attention of one celebrity so it must be possible.

So here is a little article someone randomly emailed me that seemed kind of interesting. I have not had time to verify it yet. It seems to contradict itself however. What caught my attention was how they are using power from the grid and are wanting to use it from renewable sources in the future, just like mantra is already!
The contradiction that seems to appear is that they are saying how their technology is so amazing because it is better for the environment and can reduce GHG and such, but yet what they are doing is simply making gasoline from CO2 in the air, which will just release more GHG when used and burned in vehicles again!!!!!! Starts to make you wonder about these genius scientists working on the project :P

I totally agree! What frustrates me the most is when you try to show people this who actually have the money to invest but don't understand and take advantage of it. This really is world changing technology here. All I ever hear about in university is how our generation needs to solve this CO2 problem or else! It's all about recycling it. If plants can do it why can't we :)

I know what you mean! I have talked to him a few times, both in person and on the phone. I was grinning from ear to ear after that call! I just texted him one day and he called me right then and told me what was up. I love CEO's like that! I haven't talked to him in a while though and am definitely going to get in that in the next day or so. Just that busy time of year for me. Throws a wrench in all of my fun. At least if I ever need to be cheered up I just check the MVTG board :D

I agree! When that pilot plant is under construction I can see there being some big media releases. Some tv show could even do an episode and show some of the construction going on at the pilot plant and what it will accomplish. That would do huge things for the stock I believe! I feel that having something on tv would help show the stupid people with lots of money the real potential of the company :)

I know! It's a wicked deal still! I'm pretty excited with my investment too, although I have nothing in compared to most of you guys who have been accumulating for years. My average share price was only $0.094/share though which was nice. I'm kicking myself not buying shares back in February when they were only 0.02! Someone told me it wasn't the time to buy yet (not anyone too closely related to the company), but it's all good cause I didn't have money back then anyways. This is my first ever stock that I have owned. I wish more stocks were like this one.

And no don't worry, I have schooling paid for already. That is still my number one priority. Many also say it is the best (or worst depending) investment you will ever make. Something you yourself have a little more control over too

Actually I am taking pre-med/pre-vet right now. I always loved math though and seriously thought about engineering also. I guess in the end I could just see my self enjoying something in the medical/biology field a bit more. We will see how things turn out. I love technology too and hope I can get into something that will satisfy all of my sweet teeth so to speak.

Thanks for the advice ecomike, I will have to try that. I have well over 15,000 shares at the moment but am trying to think of ways to get more cheap shares, so that will help. Another 15,000 would be nice. I haven't paid more than 0.10 for any of them yet. That may change though, we will see. So you were a chemical engineer yourself I understand? That would have been awesome! It really helps to know what they are talking about when they come up with these kinds of technologies. I just brought it to one of my professors and they said it was very possible, and it made sense to me, I just have never seen any exact pathways of the ERC.
Can't wait until this is commercialized or bought up by a very large, worthy company. My goal is to be financially independent well before I'm 30 :P I believe mantra definitely has the potential. Did you work in chemical engineering here in bc?

If that question was directed towards me I am sorry but I have no special knowledge of tekion or Ballard. I had never actually heard of tekion until now. Of course that does not mean anything as I had never heard of lafarge or power tech either. I have heard of bc hydro though :) since I live in bc. Tekion's connections to motorola are interesting too. They must know their stuff. Going to have to do some more research on them though. Will make me even more stoked and I'll buy more shares :P
