Haha love that weather forecast! Of course the sad thing is that could be the actual forecasting of these days if we don't get out act together.
Absolutely love these cheap prices. Better in the iron grip of real investors than people with butterfingers anyways. Hope it stays down a little longer so I can get some cheapies in. Waiting on some money to come in. We shall see
