Yes but 3.44 million in volume?
We post many links of evidence you choose to not remain open minded. You also dance around our questions for your proof. I asked you for something more creditable than a yahoo address concerning AMWI and this situation.
I don't know much about how the SEC investigates. But logically speaking, if they were investigated 8-9 months ago and no charges against AMWI, wouldn't that imply they are a legitimate company?
Do you have anything more creditable than a sub address through yahoo.com? Anyone could forge a SEC filing online for personal gain or vendetta.
Do you have proof of this or is it just here say?
another thought, most commercials are only 32 seconds long, time it i dare you. and a well placed ad on cnn or espn will go a long way for AMWI just based on the sole fact that most who watch cnn alone statistically are more intelligent than average. and well lets just say that some backwoods deep south person who thinks that wifi is a nifty new drink at their favourite bar is most likely NOT going to watch cnn, its all about statistics and intelligence of the viewers or target audience. another good example is the newspapers, most articles are written at a 5th grade level, easy to understand aka USA Today paper. where as the wall street journal, new york times, etc are at a 13th grade level. again i say if AMWI has good placement of there adds, no matter how cheap they may seem, it has the potential to pass with flying colors.
no one said there mobile itunes app is out yet first of all. second, again i say where is your proof? and yes an itunes app is a pretty big deal. let me ask you this, have you ever tried developing an application for itunes or even android. i have and for android there are few rules, but for apple there are many. the last step to creating an application is it has to be sent through apple at the final stage for approval, so again i say its a pretty big deal.
just a little extra research on third parties of AMWI like apple and the IRS would go a long way.
wow, thank you
on their facebook page heres the link http://amwestimaging.com/page/amwest-imaging-news/news-from-amwest
note the "mobile apps from itunes" at the bottom
just an FYI . Having an employer ID number is how a company pays its federal taxes. its also known as a Federal Tax ID number, you know the same thing as your social security number.
and for salt on your wounds you're probably licking right now click here---->http://markets.on.nytimes.com/research/stocks/fundamentals/secfilings.asp?startRow=20 to see that AMWI has had the same IRS employer ID number since June of 2010. i think that crushes your time line maybe? with that link you will also find every SEC filing since above mentioned date------YOU'RE WELCOME ;-D
Here is there I.R.S Employer ID number 27-2336038 for AMWI
if you would care to check your facts here is the link for the SEC filed form http://markets.on.nytimes.com/research/stocks/fundamentals/drawFiling.asp?docKey=137-000116552712000686-7CUCOC2KIPACOU6C2BPO9CQT77&docFormat=TXT&formType=8-K
Did you check the dates of all the information you posted. Hmm I see February 2012 but here we are five months later. Half way through the year. And you post outdated information, nice try. Care to try again?
Agreed.
Two people do not constitute using the word everyone. I assure you I have nothing to do with this company other than a few small single digit few thousand shares investment. Guess I struck a never mr. Sharp? Evidence can be found with some common sense and researching third parties ergo IRS payroll information and previous companies as well as current companies under AMWI. But for the non believers common sense may not be a factor in the equation. Just uneducated vocabulary.
Dare you to sign up as a shakelee distributor.
FYI go down to your local IRS building and ask for company payroll submission forms. You know, the same place that we report our earnings to?
Oh yeah, using the term "everyone" it implies more than a few people, not just you. Try words like "I" "me" "myself" to make you're statements more accurate.
very true. i agree, the posting of false or inadequate accusations back only by theory as opposed to substantial facts should be barred from this board. i think at this point its no longer "time will tell" if AMWI is fake or not, its now time will tell how well this legitimate company succeeds.
so your are trying to say that because the CEO decided to pursue a different type of business venture but in the same aspect shares many similarities i.e. internet/web based and products sold via web, this makes AMWI a scam? so if the guy who mows my lawn wants to go from cutting grass to owning a nursery, by your logic must mean his nursery is only a front for criminal activity. Oh, here is a little known statistic too, an estimated 75% of college students in the first two years of studies are unsure of what degree they wish to pursue and end up ultimately changing career/education paths. This very well could be the same idea for JG.
As far as the "e-marketing" connection, they are a separate business entity, so the CEO who previously dealt with them through his first company, established a good rapport, wishes to continue business with the e-marketing team on other new business ventures, oh yeah i can certainly smell the stench of scam/shell from here (sarcasm included.) listen george, sounds like you have nothing left and are now just pulling at strings. Pretty sad when the best your argument gets, is when you use a companies "Facebook like" for two separate companies ran by the same person. FYI, if you had any knowledge of how businesses are run, you would know that before an agreement or joint venture is publicly announced, that negotiations were in the works months maybe even years before the public announcement. company heads dont just wake up one day, tell themselves they are making a deal with another company and poof by 5 pm that day the deal is done and announced publicly. Do you even know the likely hood of two companies agreeing on the same terms and having a contractual agreement signed the same day? lets just say it is extremely unheard of.
one last thing, you and other AMWI conspiracist keep saying sub penny soon, but yet we have yet to see sub penny trade prices. perhaps you can give a rough most likely inaccurate false idea of the time frame, given that AMWI will be officially open as of the 12th. and maybe you could possibly explain to me the reasoning behind still thinking this is a shell, and explain how or why a fake company, would A. actively market products, B. announce joint ventures, purchase other legitimate companies and hire many employees legitimately and put on a payroll that is registered with current IRS regulations. IMO if i hade a fake company i would rather pump a fake product, than actually advertise it, hire people and buy other legit businesses, but thats just me. my common sense says cut your losses try to spend as little money as possible so i wouldnt come out upside down on a fake company debt vs. profit. but hey, not everyone in america has the same common sense i do.
You seem to be all knowing on this company and stock do figure it out yourself!
How can you prove all your info. When we first saw you posting on here you said JG didn't even have an education. So deductive reasoning says that you haven't done your home work.
Wow thank you for all that information. It is great insight. Hears to hoping they get through year 5
I couldn't agree more.
Well I'd rather believe words straight from the source instead of yours as I'm sure a few others feel the same. If AMWI says its a test ad then so be it. Color me curious George But why oh why would they even bother with silly ads tv and Internet alike if it was a shell or fake. Do you have any idea what hard work goes into a DRTV national ad? I suggest you research it and then see if someone would even waste time.
This is the Internet commercial not the tv. Also it's a test commercial
You do realize that there is a counter suit about being wrongfully named. And that's a fact coming straight from multiple reports.
They were wrongfully named in that lawsuit FYI
They are posting status updates on Facebook that they are hiring tech experts and web designers. Also they are promoting their tv ad campaign
If the yankees look like they might win the world series against your favorite team, do you hop on the yanks band wagon too?Yet something or someone brought AMWI to your attention. And whether it be a 6 week investment or a 6 month investment there is still some risk involved.
Maybe so, maybe not. Either case, as I've said before, it's a wait and see situation. We all know the risk of penny investments. It's a hope for the best plan for the worst game. Seems that the thought crossed you're mind as well, otherwise would you have invested in AMWI at all?
And if you and everyone else on the list are wrong about AMWI going down, what have you then? Envy, resentment maybe? Over the thought that had some stuck with AMWI a bit longer, there would be a little more honey in ones pot. There is still plenty of wiggle room.
Just watch.
Yeah, in due time I'm sure. Like Mr. G said just stay in it for the long haul and we won't regret it.
I completely agree, AMWI. Has great potential.
Hmm I wonder what these boards looked like when apple first hit the market with the unprecedented Mac book. AMWI may not be the SHARPest looking knife in the bunch right now but by GEORGE , this company has mine and obviously many others loyalty, to stick with it. It's not fools gold it's an investment, it's a risk as all pennies are. We all knew that before investing. You don't see us complaining about it?
A sure sign of it stabilizing is that even with a low low volume we have stayed in the 4's. Rome wasn't built in a day
lets try copy and pasting all of the information you read like when you say
let me ask you this, for clarity's sake. you think AMWI is a shell because of who is related to who or who knows who? as well as the suspected involvement of PK? here's to clearing up something, according to the "six rules of separation" everyone knows everyone else. in other words, through six people i know you and vise versa but that doesn't mean i share your ideas and goals just like Mr. G and his relatives and PK. second, what you have is a cape of only theory tucked in to your waist band hoping to expel all the levels of wrong with AMWI. what myself and others have are cold hard evidence. we have press releases, CNN articles, Tech shows (not just in san fran but the one coming up in japan as well) we have an actual product, in fact we have multiple products by this company.so ask your self, if a shell or fake company was going to spend money rather than make money, would they even bother with such tech shows or traveling half way around the globe for "business". and here is a theory, if it was a shell, would they really publicize that they are developing a new kind of security for VOIP, knowing full well that with just that claim alone, they would be under the microscope from not only other big dog companies but the government as well, afterall that security feature would defeat the purpose of the patriot act . when you compare AMWI as a shell to all those others that were on the pinks and were shells, you will see one major problem; These dead in the water shells never had a product and never claimed to, they never traveled anywhere to they never started a Direct Response Television campaign nation wide.
