Uh huh. Because some guy had a politician over for dinner. Must be real. All real companies do this: "I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo."
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I believe Farid is the only board member of VPER, thus it would kind of make sense for him to be COB.
What change of venue are you referring to?
According to their most recent financials, which were submitted for the third time, VPER posted $54,915 in revene for Q2.
If I were a shareholder, I would be contacting them and Veritas about VPER's status as a division or partner of Veritas and why VPER has made no mention of that situation at all.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Was there news? I must've missed it. I read the PR, but I have read dozens of VPER PRs. Roughly 0% of them contain actual "news".
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
It's just as well that you can't open it. It says a lot of nothing. Somehow VPER managed to come up with payment for two companies that do over $770,000/yr in revenue and are cashflow positive. Keep in mind, VPER showed no assets on their financials that would have been adequate to accomplish that.
And Farid is listed as part of the Veritas "team" and Viper is listed as a partner, but is also shown under Veritas' "divisions" as well.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
RSVP for the RSVP? Where does it end?
Sure. I'll bet the new regime is against making money specifically in Sri Lanka. The fact that the "original regime" never actually accomplished much of anything regardless of the country is immaterial? What evidence is there that VPER has ever really been in business? PRs? An IP phone from 10+ years ago? Financials with minimal revenue? Dilution? And acquisition that was de-acquired? Past "acquisitions" that were never mentioned again?
Just trying to understand why anyone would think VPER is going to ever do anything. If I were a VPER shareholder, I would be just slightly irked with the EcoTech situation and whatever is going on with Veritas. Not to mention all of the previous PRs that never seem to go anywhere.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I think it would be best for VPER shareholders if "was" was accurate, but I think that blurb was written by somebody who didn't really think about what they were writing. The entire website is just the cheapest, bare-minimum template-based, build-your-own website in 10 easy minutes garbage. Which is why you have this "I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo." on there.
What "nod" are you waiting for VPER to get?
Why do people still think VPER is a real company after this long? Show me something positive for shareholders VPER has done--with verifiable evidence--in the last 5 years.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
I think you mean "Viper Networks - a division of Veritas Limited".
It was amazing when VPER PRed that in the future an agreement would be signed to acquire some assets of a completely legitimate company with a substantial asset that never appeared on VPER's financials. Oracle and Amazon probably do that all the time, so you know VPER is legit. And obviously, the company they became a division of is legit. Just look at this:
https://www.veritaslimited.com/divisions/
"I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo."
Walmart and Berkshire Hathaway probably have that on their websites, too, because that's what legitimate companies do.
I'm sure Aramco and United Health just became divisions of other companies at some point and didn't tell their shareholders. That's what legitimate companies do.
And if some board member/founder has a politician over for dinner, you know that's legit and meaningful and means that nothing shady is going on.
10 cents coming just as soon as the reverse split happens.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
They resubmit Q1 financials trying to get to "current information", but they don't address why VPER is listed as a division and partner of Veritas Limited and that Farid is a member of the Veritas Limited team. Why?
The resubmitted financials removed EcoTech as a subsidiary. EcoTech was acquired by the original owner in August of 2023, yet VPER didn't even mention that to shareholders until submitting it in a financial report.
And there are still inaccuracies in their financials even after removing EcoTech as a subsidiary.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Why do you still think this is a real company?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Good excuse for a reverse split.
Explain to me how an amazing company such as Veritas decides to somehow acquire or otherwise make a "division" out of VPER which is mired in debt and not even up to date on OTC and they think that's a good idea.
It's just another distraction.
VPER didn't disclose the 2.5 million shares of HMMR they suddenly came up with to acquire part of that company. How does that work?
If either company ever says anything, I'll bet it's hilarious. Based on the past, I'll be amazed if VPER just isn't removed from the Veritas website and nothing is said about Veritas or HMMR again.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Uh huh. Sure. Something has changed.
Not.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Farid works for Veritas Limited, now.
https://www.veritaslimited.com/about-us/our-team/
https://www.veritaslimited.com/partners/
And part of that company is W Investors Group which somebody mentioned on some board in the past few weeks. I believe they said they tried to call VPER and were told that VPER was owned by some investor group company. Of course, you can't always believe what you read, but seems to line up with some available information.
There is also an apartment complex with the same phone number.
VPER is required to inform shareholders of material information. The whole situation seems pretty material to me.
I don't see any poles ever being installed.
Bassim Alkhafaji was issued 30+ million shares of VPER in 2021 and 2022. He is a director at VPER and is on the team page of Veritas.
This link basically states that VPER is a division of Veritas. https://www.veritaslimited.com/divisions/technology-sector/
All of the links on the page go to VPER's website. That doesn't mean they can't be public, but what does the ownership structure look like if VPER is now a division of another company? Being a division of another company implies that company has some sort of controlling interest. Neither financial report for Q2 mentioned Veritas.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Sure. For Q3, that's the most revenue VPER has posted in some time. 54,915 COGS at $149. Certainly makes sense.
Biggest change on the ONCE AGAIN resubmitted financials is they removed EcoTech as a subsidiary. Gee, they only unacquired it a YEAR AGO without telling shareholders and they finally remove it from their financial statement.
Now how about coming forward with how they acquired 2.5 million shares of HMMR that never appeared on the financials?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
First try was two weeks ago. Had the same "mistakes" that it's contained for years without fixing. What did they have to change?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Financials came out 11 days ago.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Cramer is the kiss of death.
Yes. And THAT would actually be a "subsequent event", but somebody isn't smart enough to figure that out.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Minutes are online. Nothing has been said. VPER stated YEARS ago, they would have thousands of poles installed by now. Get a clue. Nothing is going to happen.
How are they acquiring another company or piece of another company? VPER all of a sudden owns enough HMMR shares to acquire part of that company? How were those shares never listed on their financials? Will it go like their last acquisition where they unacquired the company? Will it go like however many before that, where they announced the acquisition, but nothing was ever mentioned again? the only acquisition that I know of that ever showed up on their financials was EcoTech. And that's the one they returned to the previous owner. What happened to Apollo Metro Solutions (NOT Apollo Smart Lights)? What happened to Global Services International (NOT Global Sustainable Initiatives)?
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
You'd think if VPER owned enough stock in a company to actually trade it for assets that that would show up on their financials. No mention of them buying or owning Hammer stock. Interesting timing with financials likely being submitted this week.
Seems like another nothing acquisition.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Maybe you looked at the wrong ticker. I read somewhere that VPER is never going to trips AND never going below a penny.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
They had the call on the 4th of July that said something about shareholders getting "free" shares in some company that is going to cure cancer and I couldn't tell if that company was going to start trading as IDTA and take over the ticker or if it was even going to be a publicly traded company. Have any of the IDTA shareholders received any information from the company? They are required to make material events public. That sure seemed material and that free Zoom call on a market holiday does not qualify as making the event public. The company has said nothing since. Just curious if shareholders have received some sort of communication.
VPER's track record clearly shows that it isn't a real company. There never has been, nor will there ever be "urgency". Bagholder is the norm for VPER buyers. When it was memed a few years ago, several people made some good money, but with 20 BILLION shares OS, that's unlikely to happen again any time soon.
Even those amazing tweets didn't move the needle with the AS/OS and people actually googling VPER before they buy.
SEC and OTC oversight of subpennies? Yes, it's under their umbrella, but for the most part, only adults who are capable of doing 30 seconds of research are buying any stocks. They shouldn't need babysitters.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Hello? This amazing project was supposed to be completed by the end of September 2023, so that is definitely NOT nothing. Of course that was last year.
Earnings run up or what?
I guess that answers my share structure question.
You must be a paid basher (who lives in their mom's basement), naked shortie, or MM manipulator because you obviously haven't read the amazing updates that VPER tweeted in the last couple of days. Huge news. You can tell by the amazing price increase and amazing volume.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Give it up. No worthwhile revenue is ever happening. Even after the EcoTech acquisition, they showed one quarter of revenue that was lower than it should have been. They announced 21 cities, what, close to 7 years ago and NOTHING has happened? Sri Lanka and middle east and Africa projects ad nauseum for the last 10+ years? Their financials still have incorrect information on them and have for years. They wouldn't even update their AS for a year and that was only after someone apparently reported them to OTC. The fact that they won't make their amazing announcements to the general public is just par for the course.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
VPER doesn't make their account public and the genius in charge only allows certain people to see his posts.
So here we have someone who "supports" the stock/company, but he/she is going to keep these amazing updates all to themselves by not cut and pasting or screenshotting these amazing updates. Good call.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Market really reacting to those 3 great updates. Website looks the same. No PR.
No update.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Oil is still going strong as EVs continue to tank. I guess I'm buying more shares of the best oil company in the world, BDGR!
XOM is above $100, so I'm guessing BDGR should be around there.
What has this company ever actually done to come across to anyone as a real company? People had hope until recently? VPER's past tells you all you need to know. The past 6 months for sure, prior to that, the past year easily indicates nothing is going to happen. Last two years? Multiple red flags. 5+ years? Same.
If you bought at anything above .0003 (really .0001), you're a bagholder. You screwed up. Accept it and move on.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
What? That seems incredibly strange, but would explain VPER being incommunicado and their one "supporter" moving on.
Maybe WM Investment group is going to go public through VPER. Definitely would be an announcement coming and a massive reverse split.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
How does a company make a major announcement on a market holiday and not have to PR that information? It is material and should be filed.
Did any shareholders receive the information that was promised in the call?
Did any shareholders get the information they promised on the call? I'd love to see what's in it. That call was not structured, they were using free Zoom service and whoever the guy was that talked forever just rambled about how amazing he is. Also seemed like one of the IDTA founders had no idea whatever the deal is was even in the works.
Looks like they went back to the dark side after running "legitimately" for the past few years. I'm surprised it took so long. I'm guessing they are going to dilute the shit out of IDTA relatively soon. But don't worry bagholders! Oops, I mean SHAREHOLDERS. You'll have that 10% of whatever the hell the other company is.
Farid just said that the poles would be delivered towards the end of June. Nothing was said about when the poles might be installed.
Someone needs to go to a city council meeting and ask about the entire project. In Palos Hills and the Village of Justice.
5 to 6 weeks until Q2 numbers are due. Not sure how VPER is still "Pink Current" with the contradictions in their financials. The one "supporter" VPER had has disappeared.
Hard to speculate what may happen from this point. I could see a company name change and potentially a business plan change. I could see VPER just going silent, not publish financials, and then resurface after a year or two and get current. I could see them posting some actual revenue, but I believe they would immediately reverse split if that ever happened. And that may not be the worst thing in the world, although shareholders with less than millions of shares would be all but wiped out.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Class action? How many times in the past several years have I read that and on how many boards? Simply won't happen. People can sue all they want. Proving intentional deception by a subpenny is unlikely. Spending tens of thousands on a lawsuit that would net a couple thousand dollars at most? Spend the money on a P.I. first and see what kind of dirt there really is and what might be gained. VPER going away isn't going to hurt anyone associated with it.
Bagholders did no research. Did not heed the warnings. Greed makes people do stupid things, then they get mad and want their money back.
What an amazing company.
Goo VPER
Another subpenny that is now going to cure cancer.
Back to pump and dump status with Identa.
4th of July meeting was to keep people from watching.
Shady.
Could be licensing their technology/method/product rather than trying to do it all themselves. Hard to imagine the company becoming less effective than it has been since inception.
Company does everything right. It's the people who buy the stock that are doing the wrong thing. Years of financials that don't align with the years of PRs.
What an amazing company.
