Everyone's afraid to say anything.
Lots of pressure on Shawn Thomas now to earn his pay. Hopefully he sees something here and can deliver. Meanwhile Naddaq futures are down 1000 points.
I was hoping it was a different company. Seems to me that there would be some way to tie this PR with the prior one (r.e., STMicro) without compromizing the integrity of the relationship/agreement.
Thank you for the summary and sharing your thoughts. I haven't listened to the CC so this executive summary really helps.
You're lucky it wasn't worse. Back in the day most big rigs and trailers were not required to have the low-profile tail bracing that stops cars from sliding under them in that situation. The worse accident I ever witnessed was in the early '80's seeing a car do just that.
World leaders are urged to come together and formulate a plan. And by "world leaders" they don't mean you. However, according to HR, my application is still being considered.
Interesting. Thanks.
Not so fast. How is this "breakthrough" any different than this one from 9 years ago?

I see it as a time to recycle the same old hype to drive some sort of narrative.

Saw that and didn't understand Cody's question about "buying". It sounded like he didn't know what an ATM was. Scott's answer seemed to imply the same thing, but he redirected his answer.
Time will tell us just how much they sell, but we do know it's no longer just a "tool in their back pocket".
"And during the quarter, we brought in approximately $4.6 million of cash from financing, net of expenses and commissions, reflecting sales under our at-the-market, or ATM, equity program. During the third quarter, we sold 386,415 shares at an average price per share of approximately $12.34 under the ATM. As of September 30, 2022, we had 23.9 million shares outstanding."
This stock has been trading between $0.02 and $0.04 for the last 8+ years. Mark this post. I'll be back in one year to up the count to "9+ years".
I remember him. Sad news. Thank you for the post.
8.68 this morning.
Doesn't matter how you transfer it, I'd bet $1000 if it's on an Android now Google already has it.
ARVL, $0.87, is it dead?
$0.87, Is this thing dead?
I love a good conspiracy, and these days a lot are being proven true, but every time I see these involving math, birthdays, etc. I just roll my eyes. Give me a WTC Building 7 all day long though.
Oh I understood, I just think it's funny how creative the industry can get with the re-wording of "we're registering additional shares and will be selling them to raise money".
"Establishing a platform"...haha. Never heard that one before.
"Arrival ended Q2 with approximately $513 million of cash and cash equivalents, began restructuring the business to reduce costs, and today is establishing a $300 million At The Market (“ATM”) platform."
I remember. You pointed out the lack of a price increase on record volume. Said it meant something didn't add up. I took that information to heart (agreed) and eventually got out myself. So thanks for that.
Thank you. I appreciate your updates and thoughts.
That accounts for some revenue loss, but the bigger story is the loss of customers instead of a gain. Price increases drove people away, not to mention inflation.
NFLX down $132 (38%). Shocker.
Time will tell if you're right.
Nice call.
Neither is anyone else.
Awesome! It's always darkest before dawn.
She's awesome. You should be so proud. Thanks for sharing.

Integration License Allows Foundry to Use Atomera’s Technology to Enhance Transistor Performance
LOS GATOS, Calif., February 08, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atomera Incorporated (NASDAQ:ATOM), a semiconductor materials and technology licensing company, today announced that it has licensed its Mears Silicon Technology™ (MST®) to a semiconductor foundry. Under the terms of this Integration License, the foundry and Atomera will work together to integrate MST into the foundry’s semiconductor processes. Atomera’s MST film is a quantum-engineered material that enhances transistors to deliver significantly better performance in semiconductor devices while shrinking die sizes and reducing costs. This new licensee represents the fifth company licensing MST technology as MST broadens its adoption across the industry.
"Our new licensee has a well-deserved reputation for bringing innovative process technologies to market," said Scott Bibaud, president and CEO of Atomera. "Atomera is excited to help them use MST to achieve new levels of performance across their product lines. This agreement is a result of our continuing process to advance our partners toward commercialization of MST."
MST is a complementary material technology to other nano-scaling technologies in the semiconductor industry roadmap. It can be implemented on standard manufacturing tools without significant additional cost or modification to the current semiconductor fabrication process. When successfully integrated, MST can deliver up to a full node of power and performance improvement within the same geometry.
Atomera’s Integration License enables semiconductor companies to work with Atomera to integrate the MST film into their semiconductor process and to provide samples of MST-enabled products to their end-customers. Terms of the license were not disclosed.

Blackrock owns 5%+ of almost everything. Not a big fan of them, as I believe they are the front for the globalist empire. That said, I'm just one guy, and if it causes ATOM to rise, I'll take it.
Nice.
Man was it.
Damn.
That's my guess too.
Blood bath today. OBSV 1.45, ATOM 12.81, RESN 1.21, ARVL 3.26.
Nice
It’s weird how marketing works. I mean there’s definitely differences in quality between brands, but so often the difference doesn’t justify the cost. Bells and whistles don’t do much for me. Take a treadmill for example, the only two things I care about is, 1) does it feel like it’s built solid and will last, and 2) does it run smoothly and quietly. I don’t care how many “apps” I can download or what celebrity endorses it. As for something like the Yeti cooler, when it first came out I understood the appeal. It was built like truck and had a quality feel. The price was higher than other brands but not as high as they are now. Since then, Yeti raised prices. Today, with the knock-offs available I’ll never understand the $400 Yeti cooler when you can buy an $80 equivalent that feels pretty damn solid and keeps beer cold just as long.
