With an average share volume of 650K..? This could drive Bork to Broke.. or Broker.. or Brokest, If Bork goes under..and trades at .00001, and I buy the company for $1000 dollars. I will rename the company DORK.

BORK "State of the Union"
The Kryon material is real. And it does work. The problem is in the process of producing 'Kryon" It is almost impossible to get "decent at best" QA/QC without process control. (this would take Millions upon Millions of R&D and 100's of millions more for roll-out). The only way Govt./military will purchase is with QA/QC, (BORK can not deliver QA/QC) there for a final product.

Now, with 358,000,000 million shares outstanding there is a huge problem. First of all is the share price at $5, which put a book value of over a billion dollars. Yes a billion. At .02 a share Bork has a value of over 7.000,000 (SEVEN MILLION). Sorry, Bork is not worth 7 million.

The company has lost its potential with JB at the helm. Not that education plays the final card, but when you have sex, drugs, and rock and roll - added to no education, well you have a train wreck. That is where BORK is at. The train has already wrecked.

Industry respect is lost. Prospect respect is lost. To much ego, and lack of direction, all have lead to a huge cash burn with an undersized used crucible. Allow me to quote JB "You get one shot in this industry, and you better get it right".

The future of BORK. JB will go to jail. Sorry, but read the AZ DUI laws. No way you avoid jail time after your 3rd. (I do not care if your John McCain) And I mean major jail time. And this is our leader. With a 2 cent company, worth 7 million you ask yourself? what is it BORK worth? What is the future? Well, the patients and process were released on the internet way back when "how stupid" but, anyone with a a few changes, and "wala" you have a new patient. What is JB going to do, fight it in US court? LOL...this takes money. (and there is none).. Do a little research..MIT is working on the next generation. (you wont hear about it, because its private).. So where is BORK going? with no money I expect a reverse share split, this company needs about 25 million outstanding shares so at best a 15-1 reverse share split. Which will boost share price to .30 cents. Then will drop again to around .05. (assuming there is a new business plan and dilution at .05 to new investor and this is a hail Mary).. This would value the company at .0033

The current value of .0033 is only a long shot with reverse share split, JB steps aside, and the company is reorganized. All this needs to happen or its over.

Current "blue Sky" value of bork with best case $1,181,400.00 (Just over a million).

This is the cold hard facts of BORK. It is a true "broken arrow".

At $7 a trade it will cost me the equivalent of 350 Bork shares @ .02 to make a trade out of this.. Thumbing around some records. At one time I sold 350 shares of Bork @4.76/share or $1,666.00 Now worth $7 bucks. :(

LLEN is so undervalued..Wrote that at $1.40 and now again at $1.99 Anyone not buying the low P/E and fundamentals is crazy..This company is locking up new mines contracts and has rock star management....LLEN is going to $7.25.

358,000.000 shares outstanding @ .011 share price has a value of almost 4 million dollars on BORK. Is bork worth 4/million. NO.

My order is for 250,000 @ .0065. Why? Bork as a company would have a share price valuation of $2,327,000. Is BORK worth that? NO.

My revised buy back is 250,000 @ .00065. Why? This puts Bork at a valuation of $232,700. Is Bork worth that? Probably not, but that is where my buy back number is.

At this point I do not see the "Titanic" surviving.. 1st. Officer Sean is trying his best..1st officer Sean will survive. (he is the only reason I would buy back in)..

Anyway my earlier post was in error at .0065 correcting to .00065. Why am I buying back in? A.Valuation in line with earnings. B. Sean (ATL) C. I like to shoot craps.

250,000 buy order in at .0065...this is my target buy in.

Sub-Penny just hit.. BORK is now less than a cent. Down another 30%. Life boats still available, JB has no worries he will get 3 hot meals and a cot. (also at your expense).

Poured a scotch. And have a few thoughts.. First of all, a good single malt scotch always makes a man think more clearly.

300,000,000/million shares outstanding. (from memory) is worth about 4.5 million dollars. This company lost 4 million in value today alone. Is BORK worth 4.5 million? no.

300,000,000/million shares at $5 (it was) was worth about 1.5 billion. was it worth it. Hell no.

My point. The only way BORK can survive is to have JB step down. and sell his controlling position. In the same swooth, do a reverse share split of say 25;1 with around 12 million shares outstanding.

Make the announcement, with reorganization plans for the company. (I would even suggest a name change).

I see nothing but a free fall from here. Really what is to stop it?

So, life boats scatter the sea.. the boat may lisp, but she is sinking... Someone needs to do something, and it needs to be on a massive scale.

Narcissism in action is a sad thing to watch, very sad.

Thought I would "check-in" on my "Titanic Stock" ... For me its going to sink hard.... or just make it to port. At .03 cents looks like the bulk heads are filling with water.

This was with out a doubt the most interesting product, with the most disappointing outcome I have ever experienced. This position took me to a new level of emotional and financial pain.

I did manage to scale in an out...cutting my loss to around 50K..

What a ride. (I still have about 150 shares between two accounts just to remind me of the nightmare). I sold 1/2 at .30 1/4 at .17 and most of balance at .07 and .08... and balance today. Just do not want to play this in 2013.

I am depressed and delisional, and am hearing strange voices, and visions of spiders, blood, and zombies....medication, booze, smoke, women, poker, dice, are all in life that give me any feelings, now...can you make an early release, or at least consider a 5 post per day for me?

Gem & Paulie - Warden has limited my posting to 3 a day while enjoying this hell hole jailhouse... Last night I read both of your post's to me...So, I had your tattoo'ed on my buttox.

This is my first time in jail and intend on enjoying it. Question? What time do they let us out to shower? I have seen several movies with prison 'shower' segments. This would be a great time to show you the tatoo's and you can have your way with me.

I call the .03 the bottom. Its north from here. As far as The offshore company goes, this explains the Attorney Letter stating BORK not doing any wrong. Now, .01 it a 25% gain. or .01 is a 25% loss.
