BORK "State of the Union"
The Kryon material is real. And it does work. The problem is in the process of producing 'Kryon" It is almost impossible to get "decent at best" QA/QC without process control. (this would take Millions upon Millions of R&D and 100's of millions more for roll-out). The only way Govt./military will purchase is with QA/QC, (BORK can not deliver QA/QC) there for a final product.
Now, with 358,000,000 million shares outstanding there is a huge problem. First of all is the share price at $5, which put a book value of over a billion dollars. Yes a billion. At .02 a share Bork has a value of over 7.000,000 (SEVEN MILLION). Sorry, Bork is not worth 7 million.
The company has lost its potential with JB at the helm. Not that education plays the final card, but when you have sex, drugs, and rock and roll - added to no education, well you have a train wreck. That is where BORK is at. The train has already wrecked.
Industry respect is lost. Prospect respect is lost. To much ego, and lack of direction, all have lead to a huge cash burn with an undersized used crucible. Allow me to quote JB "You get one shot in this industry, and you better get it right".
The future of BORK. JB will go to jail. Sorry, but read the AZ DUI laws. No way you avoid jail time after your 3rd. (I do not care if your John McCain) And I mean major jail time. And this is our leader. With a 2 cent company, worth 7 million you ask yourself? what is it BORK worth? What is the future? Well, the patients and process were released on the internet way back when "how stupid" but, anyone with a a few changes, and "wala" you have a new patient. What is JB going to do, fight it in US court? LOL...this takes money. (and there is none).. Do a little research..MIT is working on the next generation. (you wont hear about it, because its private).. So where is BORK going? with no money I expect a reverse share split, this company needs about 25 million outstanding shares so at best a 15-1 reverse share split. Which will boost share price to .30 cents. Then will drop again to around .05. (assuming there is a new business plan and dilution at .05 to new investor and this is a hail Mary).. This would value the company at .0033
The current value of .0033 is only a long shot with reverse share split, JB steps aside, and the company is reorganized. All this needs to happen or its over.
Current "blue Sky" value of bork with best case $1,181,400.00 (Just over a million).
This is the cold hard facts of BORK. It is a true "broken arrow".
