Val is looking for others to blindly invest in his scam.
ALERT:
Hold your money and spend it on your families for the holidays.
Val is blowing smoke. Always has, nothing has changed. Not one thing accomplished except for stealing investors' money. Val is a smooth talker but everything he says is BS (blowing smoke). Someone, please list here all the things accomplished by OTOW for the rest of us investors to see. IMO Val is a scam artist, how does he sleep at night?
Season's Greetings to all.
Can anyone name two, how about one, PR that Val backed up by getting the job done? Has he accomplished anything at all?
Would he survive the Shark Tank if he sought funding from them?
empty promises, nothing ever pans out. OTOW will never be anything, don't believe the lies. Val needs to partner with someone who knows how to build a company and not scam investors. Good luck to those who try to make a buck here.
The only thing Val has ever done was take our money! I wish I was wrong, but the truth hurts my pocket. Been here a long time waiting for a miracle.
Happy holidays to all.
pathetic!!!
Val is sure good at what he does.
You just described the perfect CON MAN. Likable, has a quick response to questions, most likely a lie, his appearance was probably neat and professional looking. A con man is a person who intentionally misleads another person, usually for personal financial gain. We were all suckered by this guy.
Val is a very successful CON. He knows what he is doing here. Everything has been deliberate and well thought out. Perhaps he's been around the block before. He has owned other businesses in the past in Florida. IMO
So, from now on Val is going to tweet news? LOL
Perhaps Mike Barrett was referring to the company that existed prior to Val taking over a shell. At one time there was an operational company that had customers.
You are right. Can anyone tell me one private or public school that would put money into a non-existing company? This is still a dream or vision of Val's, yet to come to fruition. There is no store that sells anything other than pipe dreams. Yes it takes time to build a business, and I don't believe that a school would put up any money unless the company was operational and I don't mean for one week or two. Does Val have a legitimate plan of action? An outline that we can see that progress is truly being made and that we can see a great future for OTOW. Right now we've see plenty of PRs that never came true. Val, get one thing done! Show us your plan.
What is this all about?? What is a MoU? What is AMINO? Why wouldn't Val want to mention the name of the South American cable company?
Amino 2013 pay-TV predictions
Shar
Amino Communications Chief Technologist Kevin Lingley has revealed his thoughts about the five most significant developments in the pay-TV market for 2013. In his latest blog, Lingley predicts:
- Google will enter the Pay TV market directly through acquisition: Google TV has suffered some resistance from traditional Pay TV operators and content owners. In the last month alone, German content owner RTL has decided to block Google TV devices from accessing its online video services. But we have also heard rumours of Google entering the cable market through a potential acquisition of TiVo in order to solve a patent dispute which might affect the sale of Motorola.
- The latest generation of games consoles will strive to be the living room media hub: Around 250 million current generation games consoles have been sold and console manufacturers will want to target at least the same number of sales of the next generation of Wii U, PS4 and XBox 720. However, they will need to offer more than gaming to guarantee growth of their platforms and Nintendo has made no secret of their ambition for the Wii U controller to be the primary second screen device and master controller in the home. Microsoft is believed to be trialling Mediaroom applications on XBox and Sony have a large catalogue of content they can exploit from Sony Pictures. The dilemma, as ever with games consoles, is whether they sit beneath the primary “family TV” in the home.
- Major operators will start to deliver services over 4G networks in 2013 in territories where fibre rollouts aren’t practical: In September. O2 Secure Wireless announced it had signed an MoU with an unnamed South American cable company to take a stake in the Pay TV provider and deliver triple play services including voice, data and IPTV over wireless broadband. This trend is likely to continue, especially in emerging markets, and will be part of a mixed strategy of fixed line – fibre and copper – and wireless deployments that enable new growth in IPTV.
- As content assets become more mobile, CA will transition into DRM: Conditional Access systems which have traditionally protected content on Pay TV platforms were fixed to the network they were deployed on. As devices that we consume content on have become more mobile, consumers now expect access to the content that they are “entitled to” anywhere, regardless of the network they are on. High value content still needs to be protected, but that will move from a secure delivery platform to securing the individual content asset using software based DRM rather than hardware based CA.
- HTML 5 will provide the UI standard that a fragmented device ecosystem badly needs: As connected devices become more powerful and web-browsers more sophisticated in their use of hardware acceleration for rendering video and graphics, HTML 5 offers the most credible answer to the need for content application framework standardisation. We have a diverse range of devices that can render content and the only feature that most have in common is an HTML 5 enabled browser. This is where content owners will gravitate to, in order to manage the costs of deployment and delivery of their services to the widest possible audience.

Ortco, do you or anyone else recall the cost to put up just one tower? I thought that it was under $200,000. If he would put up just one tower and then rent the space to other cellular companies that would generate monthly income. What's the hold up with that? He could have done this a year ago. Come on Val, produce something!
Maybe he is using a child's Erector Set to build the towers. LOL

Any possibility using this technology for medical purposes?
At one point in time, I believe that Val needed money to put up cellular towers in Florida. He certainly has sold enough shares to put up many towers. Once the tower is up, he rents space. What is holding this up?
Val, the shareholders need to see the "meat", in other words, as that Wendy's commercial once said, "where's the beef?"
What channel is this commercial airing on? Val did a great job on the commercial for the O2USA card so I know this commercial must be great. Looking forward to seeing it on TV. Hopefully Val posts it on the company web page.
twosecure, what is your take on what another poster here has said about S-1 filing? I am fairly new to trading and I can see that you have a much more broader knowledge of these things. To your best knowledge, is it necessary to file this S-1? Appreciate your advice.
GO OTOW and GLTA investors. Been waiting a long time for our train to leave the station. Hope it will be soon.

O2 Wireless to deliver IPTV over wireless broadband in South America
Gabriel Miramar-Garcia | 19-09-2012
O2 Secure Wireless is planning to support a triple play of IPTV, broadband and voice over wireless broadband service for a cable MSO in South America, taking an ownership stake in the pay-TV provider while it's at it.
The operator is not yet named, but O2 Secure Wireless said that it would be taking a controlling interest in the company once due diligence is completed. The immediate company goal would be to expand current services, which includes the immediate provisioning of an IPTV platform.
A final agreement is expected to be signed in December, following a thorough legal review the company legal resources.
"We welcome this opportunity to collaborate with this company and thereby expand our product offering and geographic coverage in the promising international market for cable, Internet and telephone service," said Val Kazia, CEO of O2 Secure Wireless, in a statement. "This company not only has an established reputation and strong existing consumer base, it has forward-thinking management and up-to-date core infrastructure services. We are confident that the new arrangement will bring significant benefits for both parties and ultimately establish a solid presence in the territory for us."
The name of the provider will be revealed at the close of the due diligence process.

According to IDC, in 1Q 2012, phones issued by companies outside of the list of 'major manufacturers' accounted for 27% of the overall issued 144 million phones, which gives O2 a huge opportunity to provide a device that will be rapidly accepted by consumers.

You might add that there is plenty of foot traffic with the popular restaurant/bar next door and all the other businesses in the Village. Also, I believe there was a free concert in the square this past weekend organized by the city. So this area is a good location with daily activity in the surrounding businesses. As soon as Val opens the door, he will have customers.
There will be a free concert in the courtyard of European Village on July 27 at 7 P.M. with Caribbean Posse. Hope Val keeps his store open for this event. Possible customers!!!

O2 Secure Wireless Launches Store in Palm Coast, Florida
12:53am (ET) 07/03/2012 Close-Up Media
O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (OTOW) opens retail store and announced staffed call center for growth.
O2 Secure Wireless reported that it has announced the opening of its retail store location in Palm Coast, FL at 101 Palm Harbor Pkwy. Unit 133. The store will hold its grand opening on July 9th and will open at 10am. This 1250 Sq. Ft store located in the European Village and is perfectly positioned for the local clientele to find as well as take advantage of the many services that will soon be on the store walls. From wireless services to prepaid MasterCard cards, this store will be one of the cornerstones of local physical presence in the community. By taking advantage of this retail location, we will be working with local businesses to further encourage consumption of the products issued by the brand. Local merchants can utilize the prepaid card, then not only will their employees save on check-cashing fees, but they'll be able to reuse these same cards & accounts for relocating and refilling of funds by those they love. We will also be selling phone parts and performing repairs of many of the most common cellular telephones on the market.
With local word of mouth advertising, and other methods the Company said it will soon announce, we expect that we will have a nice influx of customers into the location to review the products. Direct mail will be sent to retirees in the area to let them know of the debit MasterCard, because in June 2013, the Federal Government has announced that they will cease issuance of paper checks and anyone receiving social security or disability will need to have direct deposit. The card utilizes free direct deposit, so people can take advantage of the card without even having a bank account, which is great for certain, clientele.
In addition to the store opening, OTOW noted that it has secured use of an inbound and outbound call team located in the Dominican Republic that will aid in the sale and support of the growth of issuance of the prepaid MasterCard cards. We expect to be able to ramp up card volume to 1,000 cards per month with a residual income of $50,000 monthly, translated to $6 million yearly, which will immediately be used to finance other projects for growth.
"We are very excited to be able to utilize resources in the Dominican Republic to further grow our presence and it shows our immediate desire to continue to advance our business plans within that country. This call team is currently fielding calls and allows the company to issue cards to those that respond to our corporate advertisements and television commercials. We've kept our financials current on Pink Sheets and will be looking forward to being GREEN in the very near future."
O2 Secure Wireless is a Company that is currently developing numerous wireless tower facilities in the U.S. The Company is also instrumental in the development of wireless broadband communication services domestically.

O2 Secure Wireless to Sell 'Universal' Android Phones, Tablet
By Maisie Ramsay Monday, July 2, 2012
O2 Secure Wireless is taking the wraps off a line of prepaid Android phones and tablets that will run on "all global cellular networks."
The company made the announcement ahead of the commercial launch of its wireless service in the Dominican Republic and the United States.
The devices will be used for a no-contract service that works across multiple networks, O2 Secure Wireless said in a Friday announcement.
"I believe that this branded offering, which will be patented and manufactured out of China, will set us apart from other offerings in that many consumers are tired of wireless contracts and just want a high quality phone that they can purchase and use anywhere," CEO Val Kazia said. "This universal phone will not need a contract, and will be able to be used on any carrier worldwide."
Details about the devices were scarce. The launch, scheduled for late summer, is expected to include three Android smartphones and a 10-inch tablet made by an unnamed Chinese manufacturer.
Each will be branded as an O2 Secure Wireless device and will come with a 5 megapixel camera, touchscreen and "internal features that exceed those of the top manufacturers." Price points will range from $325 to $500.
Further details will be released when the devices are opened for pre-order.
The universal devices were originally designed for the company's pending wireless network in the Dominican Republic, but "we are now at a point where the devices can be used internationally," O2 Secure Wireless said in a Friday announcement.
The company has been working on launching a wireless service in the Dominican Republic through its Earthcom subsidiary since 2010, but has not said when the network will go live.
Late last year, O2 Secure Wireless said it planned to use a $33 million loan from the U.S. government to deploy LTE in 65 rural markets in Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.
However, the loan from the USDA Rural Utilities Service had not been approved at the time of the November announcement and O2 Secure Wireless has not provided an update on the funding or its LTE plans since then.
