twosecure, what is your take on what another poster here has said about S-1 filing? I am fairly new to trading and I can see that you have a much more broader knowledge of these things. To your best knowledge, is it necessary to file this S-1? Appreciate your advice.

GO OTOW and GLTA investors. Been waiting a long time for our train to leave the station. Hope it will be soon.
