At one point in time, I believe that Val needed money to put up cellular towers in Florida. He certainly has sold enough shares to put up many towers. Once the tower is up, he rents space. What is holding this up?

Val, the shareholders need to see the "meat", in other words, as that Wendy's commercial once said, "where's the beef?"
