I think this is a poster child case for FINRA and the media to bring to the public about the industry. This is unbelievable actually.
I'm with ya Highway.
Yeah, I got screwed by Vape too. This feels like straight robbery to me. I've went as far to google earth the company's address down to street level and I get a crappy little building called WoodCourt with a dentist office in it. The CEO Kyle is what, 28 years-old? I think what he learned was how to open penny stock companies from his buddy Sterling Scott and live the good life dicking around with his own endeavors while using other people's hard earned money. This is pathetic. The kid is probably kicking back now smoking a bowl with a big bag of weed and selling it tax free because that's what kind of crap he does. The only thing that is going to help this now is something revolutionary that gets media attention and I just don't see it. Bend over buddies because you just got taken by a bunch of potheads with a personal agenda.
There is a lot of hype in the media about investing in marijuana stocks because many of them are "penny stocks". Penny Stocks are about pumping and dumping; plain and simple. So what do ya do when every industry leader is a penny stock? Pick and choose your ponies to ride and hope one of them is a good one in the long term, right? As far as I've found, your top pony picks are Growlife, Terra Tech, Hemp, and Cannabis Science; or, at least they're the only ones getting national attention from Wall Street to USA Today. In my opinion and as well as many others, we are at the forefront of an industry that is only going to continue to break wide open across every local market in this country; muchmore, perhaps even the greater picture of other countries when taking into account the "American Spirit" of capitalism combined with entrepreneurism. I mean, what's gonna stop a company that's in a "million-dollar-a-day" business in the sphere of one state from going to the next state to lobby in the House for the legalization of marijuana there? Nothing. It's all backed by capitalism now. Pandora's Box has been opened and there is no turning back. What's good about Vape? What's the edge of this sword?
Is Vape set up with Growlife to be the Phillip Morris of weed when everything goes mainstream? I wanna know are these guys gonna jump to the next state to set up shop and put this product in stock on the frontline of the oh so long persecuted crime of dating and meditating with my Mary Jane?
I want a Vape hive to get high. Where can I get one?
Is Growlife Inc. a retail vendor for this company? I'm seeing a lot of ads where Growlife and Vape are featured together on the same page such as the Marijuana Stock Index.
This is like an e-cig company except for weed? Is there a limit on how many cartridges you can buy per person? Is it odorless so I can smoke it anywhere like an e-cig? Does anyone think this company has got the edge to expand into other states like Alaska when the time comes?
Can somebody tell me why they think this company has an edge on the pot industry in contrast to other companies?
Can somebody tell me why they think this company has an edge on the pot industry in contrast to other companies?
Where is this information of a lawsuit...not finding any. For a failing company, how is GGII still gaining marketshare within the Green Industry...I don't quite understand what's going on with this board.

LOS ANGELES, California - Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam, the new luxury lifestyle hotel in Amsterdam, has entered the Green Globe Certification Program – the travel and tourism industries' worldwide label for sustainable management and operations. Green Globe is a worldwide organization that certifies its members according to internationally-accepted sustainability criteria. Conservatorium Hotel has been independently audited and awarded certification to the Green Globe Standard for Sustainable Travel and Tourism, marking a first for an Amsterdam hotel.
Jeroen Sirag, Director of Sales and Marketing, commented: "Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam occupies a heritage site incredibly rich with history. We wanted to sign up for a sustainability program that has a global approach to ensure that both our development and management are making a minimal negative impact on the environment around us.”
Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam has integrated important sustainable practices from the beginning of the building’s redevelopment. The hotel uses a thermal energy storage system and reuses water from its swimming pool in the grounds’ sprinkler system, for example. The approach continues in the hotel’s Food & Beverage department where, together with Executive Chef Schilo Van Coevorden, the hotel aims to promote local organic ingredients and prohibit the use of ingredients from endangered species of food such as blue fin tuna.
Guests will also play a role; they will be offered options to compensate for the CO2 emission of their traveling, decide the frequency of towel and linen change, and will also be able to choose allergy-free rooms. In addition, guests will gain access to the Conservatorium Hotel’s unique “human library” – a vast bank of local knowledge that each member of staff will be trained to share with guests, thereby preserving and promoting local practice and culture.
Madelon Boom, General Manager, said of the initiative: "Today it is our responsibility to work and look after our environment in every way we can. In the future, guests will look more to what hotels do in terms of sustainability, and with this in mind, we have decided to focus on this from the start and to train our staff regularly. We do this to add a competitive element to our offer but moreover because we appreciate the environment in which we are located and want to do something positive to protect it.”
The Green Globe certification project at the Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam was managed by Duurzame Hotels Nederland, specialist in sustainable business for the hotel industry. Sarah Jenny, General Manager, said about the collaboration: "We have assisted around one hundred hotels in various certification processes, and that is why it's impressive to see how this project was embraced with great enthusiasm by Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam. Their willingness to be truly sustainable is remarkable."

GGII gonna go!!!!!!!
Patience Pays!!!!! Go GGII!!!!
3's will go fast once the ask slappin begins
With the symbol change they'll drive this thing right back to your .0004's just to get the word out. Don't see them rebranding themselves without promoting it.
Not worried.
Agreed. At this point I don't think management would dare dilute GGII; the past few weeks of PR's tells me that they're trying to maintain and build the pps. Sooner or later, if not already, the current board of GGII and the new incoming board of Planet Positive will have to confront the future implications of having Peacock head the company. IMO the new board will do whats right if they want to build future value - have Peacock step down. Place your bets and wait...
All I'm saying is GGII does have something in the works that is Positive and could potentially bring value back to investors.
Like a scorned woman of GGII you are.
Planet Positive International will have the right to select a new slate of officers for the company and its subsidiaries. The public company’s name will also be changed to reflect its business strategy going forward.
Being that Planet Positive is a private company looking to go public, wouldn't the shell and whats left of GGII provide a perfect venue for them...
And I'm sure thats how GGII has historically made some good runs...
GGII does have a relatively small float compared to other pinkies. Look at M*TE with 5 billion O/S and where its at now - no revenue, no aquistions, nothing - .0032. What's your point?
If you've been following him that long you've no doubt made some money from the ole bird too.
2 1/2 years you've been following this board bashing GGII?

Wick how long have you been holding shares in GGII?
April 13, 2011
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Globe International, Inc. (OTC: GGII) today announced a Letter of Intent with Planet Positive International, LLC, the owner of the Planet Positive environmental accreditation program. The Letter of Intent provides for a period of due diligence, which if successful, will lead to an agreement later this year whereby Green Globe International will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding capital of Planet Positive International in a share exchange transaction that will result in Planet Positive International becoming the surviving entity. Green Globe International will issue shares of preferred stock in exchange for the shares of Planet Positive International.
Let's take a look at Planet Positive's recent developments:

In my opinion, Green Globe has a good thing in the works with Planet Positive. The last PR stated, "Planet Positive International will have the right to select a new slate of officers for the company and its subsidiaries;" thats great news considering what shareholders have been through over the past few years. This baby is getting a new paint of coat and a new engine - can't wait for the next PR.
February 1st, 2011
Green Globe has partnered with international architectural and planning firm OBM International (OBMI) to build and promote international sustainability standards to the hospitality industry.
Tuesday 05 Apr 2011
OBM International (OBMI) has been selected to design the luxurious Pasito Blanco Resort & Spa in the Canary Islands’ Gran Canaria. With extensive experience in architectural design and planning of resort destinations and communities, OBMI will oversee every detail of the project’s design process, from conceptual design to working drawings. A five-star, 160-room world-class hotel, Pasito Blanco will feature a full-service spa, several bars and restaurants, three pools, and a rooftop lounge.
Not with a merger in the works.
I don't think there is too may .0003's left if it's taking that long to fill them. When GGII goes, it'll be explosive IMO. This would be a perfect time for a PR to drop. Next leg we see at least .0007 and build from there:)
Buying on the bid may be the problem...
With these shares becoming unrestricted soon and the extension of the annual, does anyone have the slight feeling there's a reason why this thing is getting prolonged. I mean the report had nothing material that we didn't know. I hope Liebs drops a PR Monday.
I'm thinking this has a solid base formed at .0003 and .0004; GGII is ready for the next leg up. IMO the MM's had to dump to support the PPS at current levels. If this gets some decent news within the next 2 weeks, GGII will most definitely go up.
Thanks. I'm thinking it's a hold. GLTU also!
That's what I thought. The O/S is what, between 1 and 2 billion...
In the last PR I thought it stated there was no plans for a R/S...
Anyone know why GGII took a dive over the past few years? It looks like there working on some pretty good developements lately. Was wondering if anyone had anything to say about the company.
Hurry up and wait I guess.
