Looks like once again faithful BCIT shareholders got BS'd into believing someone was going give them some money. At least there wasn't any "fund raising" this time.
I need you to file a complaint.
Somebody really needs to contact Todd !!
i'll bet this is one top notch organization.
(check out the advisory board members)
http://www.metisfinance.com/executive-advisory-boards
the scumbag scammers who kept it going by milking even more money for a solution
The attorneys are not likely to respond
this is priceless.....
carlton hoaxley steps back from the atm machine and fades away, now someone new steps up.
this is just an angle to make the dtc buy tommys worthless certs.
just like the finra arbitration exercise was. did anyone other than megas see a dime from that ?
why doesn't megas use the money from his multi-billion dollar copper mines to hire lawyers?
who cares about this stock trading, i just can't wait for a Harold’s franchise to open in my town....it's so exciting!
Interesting. What do you think it means?
Big deal
You're just jealous
Plus the cert.
Not only is it costing the brokers $1 per share for locates, they are also on the hook for punitive damages.
There are a lot of shares in public and private companies that do not trade publically. To say they are worthless is naive.
The only winner here is Megas who gets compensation for the certs
Brokers are aware that broker to broker trading is available
J. STREICHER CAPITAL LLC (Streicher), is pleased to announce that Streicher has entered into an agreement with Bancorp International Group Inc (BCIT) to act as Consultant so as to enable DTC participants to acquire BCIT shares
Who's going to buy them from the shareholder?
This stock isn't going to trade again
I bet in one year nothing significant will have changed here.
I couldn't care less, if I don't get any money back
$1.50 - $2 unconfirmed from another case
EXACTLY! And TDA, Etrade, Scottrade, FILL-IN-THE-BLANK trade.....all need to go buy them! They're available! OR resume trading
If they wanted to settle, they'd be calling all of us up today offering us dollars
I all ready have a stack of certs ready to go
What happens when I get my certs? I will sell them to a broker needing to cover of course. There will be plenty of certs available for sale, but never near enough to make it easy on the brokers
Brokers have to cover.
looks like somebody came up with a clever way to influence more s/h's to sign up for arbitration. an unproven claim of a $8.25 per share judgement.
i guess tommy boy is still making some coin selling worthless stock, carlton huxley ltd is still working for free and bcit is still not trading, so nothing has really changed.
the only thing this board is good for is making threats at shareholders who don't hold the correct thoughts.
no matter what play sytner moves on to in the future, bcit assured him a position in the penny stock scammers hall of fame.bringing carlton huxley ltd here to help CONvince people to buy worthless revoked stock was truly a master work.
after all the work & effort to get the 205, then what does one do with the 205?
there is ALOT of money to be made
You know darn well it was another shareholder who was not a principle or insider
who did this "shareholder" buy their cert from?
so is that the plan? mr grabowski was only reimbursed the purchase price, so this "shareholder" profited from mr grabowski. now mr grabowski must sell his cert to someone else at a profit to come out ahead?
sounds like some variation on a pyramid scheme.
is sir thomas working on the resumption of trading for bcit?
TDA paid for a 25000 share x205 cert
and allowed the shareholder to keep his 25000 shares in his account.
I wonder what happens next when enough certs have been exchanged through the arbitration process?
BIG question is, when do we trade??
Actually, T.M. has/had a large property portfolio
The people getting their certs may have paper but if its not trading, what are they worth?
If the global lock isn't an issue, why isn't it trading?
BCIT stock is worthless? Ask FINRA what they ordered TDA to pay for BCIT cert!
