If the global lock isn't an issue, why isn't it trading?

everyone already knows why it's not trading. bcit/energy source was revoked, and has a lock on it. what some "guy" said over the phone is worthless. mega$ and $ytner are telling people otherwise so they will continue to arbitrate for certs.
in all the time ch was here all that happened was certs were sold to s/h's. now they are selling certs to brokerages.
the only way a scam can work is for people to ignore the obvious.
