My take on what is happening JMO
My take on what is happening JMO
Is a buyout in the works - NO
Merger – Possibly
Here’s why
Urban has put a lot of effort into the CMKX logo. I feel it is here to stay
THE LONG TERM INTRINSIC VALUE IN THE COMPANY IS THERE.
Large Oreos – most likely diamondeferous
Mines with current revenue that were increased substantially
Mineral rights in other areas
a. Oil land with a BOD member with the technology to retrieve the oil. Remember oil prices will be increasing at a substantial rate over the next several years.
b. Other Metals in the ground –
c. Land with the “ium”
Remember China is on a worldwide quest for oil and raw materials!!!!
What is our OS & Float??
Remember people like Mahue do not come cheap!
My guestimations are…
OS is in 300 – 500 B shares (possibly a little higher)
(Mahue’s shares are most probably restricted for a year)
Float is around 200 B
Why did SEC suspend trading (We are definitely on their screen)
I believe they had the obligation to check into the company
The number of shares we trade daily and the number of shareholders we have.
There were possibly some minor errors when the company was nonreporting but they can be easily remedied.
We filed to become a reporting company again and imo we were late in filing. We should have filed 10K (04) by 3/2
The atmosphere on wallstreet is to check out companies (especially ones with the number of shareholders we have)
What will happen on 3/17
I believe we will have our filings on or before 3/16
Valuation will be significant but not overly outrageous (at this time)
It takes time and drilling to verify what we have. – Initial drilling then bulk sampling to even get an idea of what we really have.
Many will initially take some profit out and the Whales will start buying in, slowly at first.
PPS will not explode to the $0.50 range.
We will definitely get away from .0001-.0002 the first two days.
Maybe even possibly 1 cent within the first month.
The 50cent range could take as long as 2-4 years depending on drilling schedule (500 B shares is a whole lot of shares)
Do I believe in this company – YES BIGTIME
Will I make big money – DEFINITELY (but not overnight)
How do I feel about my predictions – I am probably wrong in many aspects but as of this moment this is what I feel. Much more info is needed to make any type of really intelligent decision.
I would like to wish each and everyone the best of luck and I hope you have some exit points to take some profit but you had better hold on to a substantial portion for the long term (> 1yr after resuming trading)
Do I dream of price explosions and unheralded wealth – YOU BETCHA – But I am a realist at heart .
Please feel free to tear this apart if you so desire.
Much good will come from the people invested in this company.
My priorities (not including my religion and beliefs))
PEOPLE then MONEY then THINGS

DNAPrint genomics and ReliaGene Enter Into Agreement
SARASOTA, Fla., Jul 13, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- DNAPrint genomics (DNAP) of Sarasota, FL (the "Company") announces today that it has entered into a distributorship agreement with ReliaGene Technologies Inc. The agreement enables ReliaGene to distribute DNAPrint's flagship product, DNAWitness(TM) 2.5, to its extensive international client base of law enforcement agencies.
The agreement is expected to significantly expand DNAPrint's footprint in the forensics industry by providing access to a host of additional criminal investigation cases. Any case where no suspect has been identified will be eligible for DNAWitness(TM) 2.5, a ground-breaking genetic test which represents the first-ever DNA-based tool for the inference of physical characteristics from evidence samples. Through a molecular genetic appreciation of genetic ancestry, DNAWitness(TM) 2.5 provides physical information about suspects, victims and unidentified human remains, thereby furnishing invaluable assistance and direction to investigations. ReliaGene is a leading DNA laboratory and research facility with accreditation from the American Society of Crime Lab Directors (ASCLD), National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), and ISO/IEC 17025. ReliaGene regularly serves law enforcement agencies across the country and around the world, and has successfully analyzed over 400,000 biological samples.
"DNAWitness(TM) is a presumptive test that will enable investigators, prosecutors, medical examiners, forensic scientists and crime laboratories all over the world establish a 'fuzzy photograph' of the DNA donor," said Richard Gabriel, CEO and President of DNAPrint genomics, Inc. "The single largest stumbling block to usage of this product on a much broader basis by the forensic community has been the lack of understanding as to how the product works within the current system of evidence control. We now have made arrangements with ReliaGene that ensures that our presumptive test can be used effectively in the early stages of the investigation in addition to when the trail grows cold over time. ReliaGene's role is to control the evidence samples according to ASCLD standards, which it currently does for all its forensic clients, and perform standard DNA profiling when necessary. Select samples will be sent to DNAPrint, which will report the DNAWitness(TM) results back, and the outcome of our combined efforts will be a reduction in unsolved cases as well as the reactivation of many cold cases." He added, "We estimate that about 30% of criminal cases have no suspect (including CODIS suspectless cases) and all of the unidentified human remains stored in crime labs and medical examiner offices across the country are also excellent candidates for DNAWitness."
Dr. Sudhir Sinha, President of ReliaGene, stated, "We are very pleased and excited to have this unique opportunity to work with DNAPrint and accelerate the use of DNAWitness(TM) in the forensics market. ReliaGene has always prided itself on providing the utmost in cutting-edge forensic DNA capabilities. Now, through this partnership, we can offer unprecedented access to this revolutionary investigative tool, which has already assisted in the Louisiana Serial Killer Case, the Concord California Case, the Susannah Chase investigation and a number of other high-profile cases. There is no question that DNAWitness(TM) can greatly benefit our numerous customers in the forensic community. It will help them focus investigations in the crucial early stages, producing substantial time and cost-savings, and can assist in identification of human remains. It also bridges the gap for the countless no-suspect cases without a match on the national DNA database -- cases that might otherwise be shelved as dead-ends. We will focus our efforts on encouraging existing clients to take advantage of DNAWitness(TM), and we intend to secure future contracts by emphasizing this enhanced capability. DNAPrint is capable of processing over 500 samples per day using DNAWitness(TM), and there is no reason not to fully utilize this capability through this partnership," he concluded.
"There are over 70,000 DNA profiles from cases that are unsolved in the national U.S. DNA database. Almost all of them are good candidates for DNAWitness," said Zach Gaskin, Technical Director of Forensics at DNAPrint. "The DNA for those cases is sitting in freezers in crime labs across the country. We should get a portion of those as well as samples from future cases through this agreement with ReliaGene. We are working with ReliaGene to host seminars on the use of DNAWitness(TM) in the investigation process as well as workshops on how to write grants for federal funds available to local and state agencies for crime investigation," said Gaskin. "I would like to see more investigators using DNAWitness(TM) proactively in the early stages of an investigation when the trail is still hot, rather than waiting for the possibility that the person who left the DNA at the crime scene is one of the 1.6 million individuals in the national database known as CODIS. Most government crime labs have serious case backlogs, which do not allow them the luxury of processing cases without a suspect in custody. Many of these no- suspect cases are being sent to ReliaGene, and it seems to be a natural bundle with DNAWitness(TM)."

Stopped in at DNAP HQ yesterday. Saw Monica and Richard Gabriel. He gave me a nice tour of the facilities and explained their processes. I asked quite a few questions, however he was not at liberty to answer most of them.
He explained that they do not put out fluff PR. One of the criteria that the FDA and the other government agencies use is that they review your posting history. He stated that DNAP had chosen to take a conservative approach to this.
He admitted that when he first heard of what the company was capable of he did not believe it. It wasn't until he had an in depth explanation and reviewed the data that he saw that made a believer out of him.
He looks forward to a very bright future for the company.
Thing are developing nicely at Moffit. There will most probably be additional studies in teh future at Moffit over what has been announced there.
No details could be given out regarding Ovanome, Statinome, Lab accredidation or other matters.
I am still long and strong on the company.

Big price drop on German exchange ???
5 days ago approx 0.09?
Today approx 0.03?
I dont know if this is in Euros or what. It seems strange that the share price on that exchange has dropped to about 30% of its value from 5 days ago. I hope I am reading this right.
Could this be a sign that they (German Exchange) may know or think that DNAP may be removed from their exchange.
I am really ignorant of foreign exchanges, much less ours.
Would someone who understands foreign exchanges please offer a comment.
Thanks to all in advance for your input on this matter.
My last post for the day as I've used up my three.

I will do my best but can't guarantee anything. I am limited to 3 posts/day so please forgive me if I seem slow to respond. My viewing time on the board is limited also. If I can be of any help please let me know.

352 Group seems to be a marketing and web applications company. Probably just designing the site. I wonder who the owner of the site is?
Only the "home page" and "About Test" on DNAWitness.net is working. It should be interesting to see how this site evolves. BTW does anyone have info on this 352 Media Group. Are they just the site developers or the owners of the site. Inquiring minds want to know.

From http://dnawitness.net/
Medical examiners, psychological profilers, anthropologists, criminalists, detectives, and attorneys as well as private companies have used DNA Witness as an investigative tool in cases of homicide, sexual assault, found remains, and workplace vandalism.
There is so must more that this test can be used for and is being used by many more people than just the police and what we hear about.

DougS. Whats your take on the test used on the boy mentioned at the end of the article.
Regarding the boy at the end of the article. He mentions that the boy came from nigeria. It mentions ancestrial markers however it may have come from an mtDNA test. We don't narrow it down using those markers do we. Thanks for your input all
