Here’s why

Urban has put a lot of effort into the CMKX logo. I feel it is here to stay
THE LONG TERM INTRINSIC VALUE IN THE COMPANY IS THERE.
Large Oreos – most likely diamondeferous
Mines with current revenue that were increased substantially
Mineral rights in other areas
a. Oil land with a BOD member with the technology to retrieve the oil. Remember oil prices will be increasing at a substantial rate over the next several years.
b. Other Metals in the ground –
c. Land with the “ium”
Remember China is on a worldwide quest for oil and raw materials!!!!
What is our OS & Float??
Remember people like Mahue do not come cheap!
My guestimations are…
OS is in 300 – 500 B shares (possibly a little higher)
(Mahue’s shares are most probably restricted for a year)
Float is around 200 B

Why did SEC suspend trading (We are definitely on their screen)
I believe they had the obligation to check into the company
The number of shares we trade daily and the number of shareholders we have.
There were possibly some minor errors when the company was nonreporting but they can be easily remedied.
We filed to become a reporting company again and imo we were late in filing. We should have filed 10K (04) by 3/2
The atmosphere on wallstreet is to check out companies (especially ones with the number of shareholders we have)

What will happen on 3/17
I believe we will have our filings on or before 3/16
Valuation will be significant but not overly outrageous (at this time)
It takes time and drilling to verify what we have. – Initial drilling then bulk sampling to even get an idea of what we really have.
Many will initially take some profit out and the Whales will start buying in, slowly at first.
PPS will not explode to the $0.50 range.
We will definitely get away from .0001-.0002 the first two days.
Maybe even possibly 1 cent within the first month.
The 50cent range could take as long as 2-4 years depending on drilling schedule (500 B shares is a whole lot of shares)

Do I believe in this company – YES BIGTIME
Will I make big money – DEFINITELY (but not overnight)
How do I feel about my predictions – I am probably wrong in many aspects but as of this moment this is what I feel. Much more info is needed to make any type of really intelligent decision.
I would like to wish each and everyone the best of luck and I hope you have some exit points to take some profit but you had better hold on to a substantial portion for the long term (> 1yr after resuming trading)
Do I dream of price explosions and unheralded wealth – YOU BETCHA – But I am a realist at heart .
