Maybe the Venwest hearing tomorrow will bring that case to an end.

I noticed the date is March 28 th & still no response.

As long as HDC has no money & isn’t trading, they will keep delaying.

Forcing HDC to spend valuable time & money on baseless lawsuits is somehow beneficial to Cindy Bear & the rest of the shareholders ? Please explain.

I think the law firm realized Quirk & Bear are deadbeats & this Canadian guy loves to throw money out the window & they’re just grabbing a couple hundred thousand off him.

If Venwest & Quirk have so much money invested in HDC, why are they trying to drag it down ? You sound like you know both parties from your posts. I’d like to hear the reason they are forcing HDC to spend time & money on lawsuits, when they could be focusing on a new partnership & license agreement. I hope you know the answer. I’ve been trying to figure this out. Don’t they have around 80 million shares ? I’d be on the phone with George everyday asking what I could do to help.

He took all the risk and was rightfully rewarded.When HDC was days away from the end, he put up a large sum of cash with a good chance of losing it all.I don’t recall you reaching for your checkbook.You should be happy your investment is still alive.

Cindy Bear is a joke. She says she is looking out for the shareholders. All she did was take George & Marty away from the important work they were doing with the INTEL lawsuit. She wasted valuable time, money, & resources forcing the HDC team to defend itself agains her Abusive Litigation. I hope they don’t drop the lawsuit against her. That was shareholder’s money she wasted.

I’m trying to figure out why he is trying to lose all his money too ? Doesn’t make sense at all. I heard he is representing himself . Good Luck with that.

I can’t understand why Quirk & Bear are forcing HDC to spend time & money ( 300,000 ) defending their lawsuit?Both of them have so much money invested in HDC I would think they would be doing everything possible to let the BOD be successful in moving HDC forward.It was just announced this week that they never paid their lawyers & the case was dropped. It seems like they just wanted to impede progress or are trying to get HDC to fail. I would love to ask Quirk why he doesn’t want to make a ton of $ off all the shares he owns. It’s baffling !

It looks like an ex director has resurfaced on Yahoo as YouBeDoobie. He has been contacting shareholders asking for a special election to vote himself in as CEO.He is promising if elected his good friend Mark Cuban is going to finance HDC going forward. You can’t make this stuff up. During the arbitration he was contacting NEO trying to cut himself a side deal. I hope they don’t get anywhere near HDC again.
