It looks like an ex director has resurfaced on Yahoo as YouBeDoobie. He has been contacting shareholders asking for a special election to vote himself in as CEO.He is promising if elected his good friend Mark Cuban is going to finance HDC going forward. You can’t make this stuff up. During the arbitration he was contacting NEO trying to cut himself a side deal. I hope they don’t get anywhere near HDC again.
