I can’t understand why Quirk & Bear are forcing HDC to spend time & money ( 300,000 ) defending their lawsuit?Both of them have so much money invested in HDC I would think they would be doing everything possible to let the BOD be successful in moving HDC forward.It was just announced this week that they never paid their lawyers & the case was dropped. It seems like they just wanted to impede progress or are trying to get HDC to fail. I would love to ask Quirk why he doesn’t want to make a ton of $ off all the shares he owns. It’s baffling !
