T&M will be focusing their efforts on GNBP - at least until the cash is bled dry. Don't hold your breath for another filing at OXIS from Tony "when the cash is gone, so am I" Cataldo.
Any bets on when this sucker drops below $1? Tony at the helm of a company with this high of a share price is like getting a house call from Dr Kevorkian
Blood
You should know better by now....Tony has bled Oxis dry of cash, and has simply moved on to the next company to pilfer their funds.
Wonder if Corey is on the payroll at his new company yet like he has been at past companies (VOIP/GSTY) to name a few.
Did Big T get your belated 60th birthday card yet????
Research, my dear Blood....we have common interests.
Don't you find it interesting how the press release navigates around Big T's public history, only listing a few of his stomping grounds ove the last several years, heglecting to mention quite a few....I thought the disclosure rules had to go back 5 years on bios....sure left out quite a bit of info.
Two things you can count on with your find Blood
1) Oxis has most likely been bled dry by TC, and will never make another filing
2) GNBP must have some cash in the bank (at least for a few months)
Anyone been able to connect the dots at how TC and his new under the desk flunkie Handleman landed here?
I'm stunned that the SEC can claim to be protecting the interests of investors, yet let people like TC treat the public realm like his own private toilet
Blood
Tony was born on 1/5/51, so he recently celebrated his 60th birthday.....maybe at Sly Stallone's house???
Maybe you should send him a belated birthday card, as the investing world awaits all of Tony's belated filings for his 5-6 companies he is in charge of running (into the ground)
7a) Cameo on Ines' reality TV show in Denmark (or whatever country)
7b) Role in next Corey Cataldo production, because after all, he only puts his name on Oscar-worthy material
7c) Chance to hob-nob with Sly Stallone, Jean Claude Van Damme, Magic Johnson, and whatever other big name celebs that love Big T
7d) Free anything beats having to work for a living....or at least acting like Robin Hood by taking from the shareholders and giving to himself
7e) Being Tony's lackey gets you into all the "D" list events in Beverly Hills
Blood
your last sentence hit the nail on the head. don't forget about GSTY and the only reason he was brought in there was to siphon off all the cash at the behest of David Firestone.
If your other posts make mention of Big T being named CEO of yet another public company, you have to assume that the Oxis cash register is about to be closed for good.
How on earth does the SEC allow this madness to continue? So much for them looking out for shareholders
cataldo14@aol.com 3107498699????
at least Tony is consistent......as in consistently pilfering public companies of its cash.....big question is, will anybody be able to locate his next landing spot?
Maybe a new Catladoism could be "When the Money runs out, so will I"
Must be all the chart readers thinking this one is gonna take off because of some esoteric trigger or graph.
Anyone have any lucj getting in touch with Big T?
It's not the cat Big T, it's your shareholders! (click on the link, then hit translate....should play a video of Mr Chicago himself on the guitar.....if you freeze the video at about :23 take a look at the picture on the wall.....looks like Napolean with Big T's head, no???

While I agree 100% with you regarding the SEC and Big T, the reality is, the chance of it happening is about the same as the price of MTCH stock....the SEC doesn't give a rat's rump about piss ant companies like MTCH, VOIC, GSTY, etc etc
Only chance would be if they get enough complaints from individuals, or if someone would have some connections in the media to generate some press. Probably the best chance would be to send some material to the producers over at CNBC......Big T would be ripe for a spot on American Greed.
Wonder how much time Big T spends at the Oxis HQ vs Denmark filming his reality show vs loafing around his Chalon Rd palace
When the going gets tough......Cataldo gets going! Or maybe it's When the cash runs out, so does Cataldo.
Don't think anyone will ever hear nor see Cataldo in relation to VOIP, GSTY, or MTCH ever again, only the shareholdres of OXIS will be treated to his fine leadership skills. But beware - when the till runs dry, so will AC
Unless I'm mistaken, Ines is the broad Tony's been banging
Or better yet, leave a VM at (31x) 749-8699....he loves talking to his adoring fans (shareholders)
Blood
First off, we should welcome Sugar to the TC Fan Club....make sure he gets his shirt please....you know the one...I'd venture a guess that Bernstein didnt practively seek TC out.....but that TC was placed into the role by the equity group.....maybe TC is godfather to Reid's kids.....or could be through the co founder of MAG, can't remember his name....of course also can't remember is he's in MTCHE or over at OXIS.....the cast of characters associated with Big T is long and slimy
Not filing 8-K's is old hat to Big T.....no mention of his resignations at VOIP or GSTY. By now, one has to assume that those companies are in his rearview mirror and he's focusing on MTCH and OXIS, especially OXIS, since it has something he loves even more than himself....cash
few days/weeks....might as well ass months/years to that.....at 0.003, the chance of going up increases as the floor continues to bottom out.
Can't wait for it to hit .001 and people start touting the explosive charts
Blood
My guess is that the reason that the accountants allegedly did not return phone calls is because of the half-truths spewed by TC and Co.....they probably owed a bunch of fees to them, they wouldn't take shares, they put a work stoppage on account until they got paid, Tony calls, and says, will you work for free (shares)....they say, Nope, pay us cash. After a few go rounds it's so long accountants, and lets find a scrap head accounting firm....anyone ever heard of the new firm, or maybe a list of their public company portfolio? My guess is if they do rep some publics, they're not the greatest of comapnies, like MTCH
Most, if not all, reputable registered accounting firms cannot perform services for stock, to the best of my knowledge.
And for those who continually predict a "bump", even the weatherman gets it right once in a while. At the low, low, low price of $0.0047, how much lower will it go before those "bump" predictions actually prove true.
Question for all you chart readers, candlestick heads, or whatever you call yourselves......How much money can you really make in this stock with little movement? Seems like a lot of effort for minimal return. And better yet, what does the Magic 8 Ball Chart predict for the price of this stock in 6 months, a dollar, 3 dollars, or a penny?
Tony seems to change accountants as often as he issues cheap shares to insiders and lackeys
Produced by Tony Cataldo and David Dadon and directed by Cory Cataldo....LOL
GSTY is the 2010 version of VOIP, circa 2008
You hit the nail on the head Blood.....if I was a shareholder in this pile of pony dung, I would be mighty ticked that a company no no cash in the bank, little sales, and huge losses, would spend so much money (well, not really money, most likely dilutive shares) sending out press releases that mean absolutley ZERO to the performance of the company. It's a well known fact that the US infrastructure is aged and eroding. Don't need a daily press release for that. The FACT that there has not been ONE single metion of a contract related to any of these press releases is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
I guess it's a good thing there are so many stupid day traders who do nothing but look at irrelevant charts. At a price of $0.0073, how many smart chart readers out there are making thousands of dollars every day by shorting this stock?
Seems like each of Tony's 4 Companies is in different stages....in order:
1) Oxis - filed 10-K and seems to be current on filings. Recently put back on bulletin boards and there was cash in the bank at year end. Company even disclosed Tony's compensation, which has been almost unheard of for him during the last 5 years. Most likely this is where his "efforts" are focused
2) Matech - awaiting 10-K due next week, but at least they filed a 10-K NT. Odds are that Tony has cleaned the meat off this bone and has most likely moved on....just don't expect any filings on this as past history would indicate by...
3) Green St - No Cash, No market, No filings....not even a NT. Tony has most likely moved on, but don't expect any kind of formal announcement. Pilfered all the cash for himself and his movie producer buddy Dadon in record time.
4) VOIP - much the same as Green Street above, but for a longer period of time, going on 2 years now.
Best part of not formally announcing his departures, is anyone has any issues with the companies, i'll bet there is no active D&O policies for these companies, so any claims could make his personal assets exposed.....the price to pay for thumbing your nose at the SEC for not filing any news on resignations.
Anyone check out the new investor.gov website? Maybe if enough people sent complaints in on Tony and Friends, maybe someone would actually take notice and start looking into his actions a bit more, you know, keeping in line with protecting the best interests of investors....or is that too much to ask?
Ahhh, but only $30,000 of that salary is allegedly paid in cash.....the other $15,000 is deferred......so Tony's cash compensation AND his deferred comp BOTH exceeded 4th quarter sales.
DOuble your pleasure - Double your fun
I Upped My income - Up YOurs, right Blood?
A 10-K filed on time....AND.....a Company that FINALLY discloses compensation for Big T. AND he's officially the CEO as of March 29 - no longer just some flunky consultant. Gotta love the employemnt agreement that allows Tony to perform other jobs "so long as it doesn't interfere with Oxis business"....C'mon...last I checked, being an executive officer at most public companies is a full time job and then some.....but not for our hero. Also, if you read his bio, he's probably only controlling 3 companies not 4, as it state he left VOIP in 2008. Amazingly, the bio lists his prosperous tenure at Green Street.
Nice to see that his VOIP buddy/Director also is getting a cushy 5,250 per month as a consultant/director....geez, that's more than 20% more than the CFO, a CPA with 30 years experience.
Hard to believe that they still show over a million in cash on hand at year end....must be absolutley killing Tony to not pilfer that cash....although time will tell in 45 days when the first quarter Q comes out.
my guess: NO 10-K filing....at least not by Wednesday
I guess you can give him credit for being astute enough to know the SEC doesn't give a shit about pinks or bulletin boards, so he can roam around from company to company without anyone on his case......in a way, he treats the CEO position like his very own "pump and dump"
Add one more point Blood - As long as the regulators continue to not give a damn about individual shareholders, people like TC will continue to be able to act as CEO of multiple publicly traded companies......IMHO, that seems like an inherrent conflict of interest. I mean, how can you say you're doing all that you can to increase shareholder value at four separate entities at the same time? I can understand how directors can sit on multiple boards, it's not their full time occupation. But one individual should not be allowed to hold executive officer positions at more than one company simultaneously.
Think his next Company is one of his current 4 companies, based on the moves he's made at Oxis
I would love to hear Big T say that last sentence in his own voice....of course, he'd need a translator to do it. Love the part about monetizing Oxis's IP.....Tony couldn't monetize anything, unless the definition of monetizing was to reduce shareholder values on a daily basis.
$100,000 for a 61 year old President with over 30 years experience, and $54,000 for a CFO. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel.....don't fresh out of school accounting students enter the market these days around that level. And to think, this guy get to put up with all of Tony's and the SEC's bullshit.
Shouldn't be a problem Blood.....Tony has OBVIUOSLY demonstrated a HISTORY of capital raises that have increased VALUE for his shareholders. ')
Pretty good for a Cataldo Company.......stock did not go DOWN, as usually is the case
So Green St is sharing Corporate offices with Theorem Capital, led by fomer MAG co-founder Anshuman Dube, and Oxis International, one of Big T's 4 publicly traded companies he's at the hlem of.
Guess it makes sense.....if you're going to be the leading advocate for increasing shreholder value at FOUR publicly taded companies, better to go into one office I guess. Wonder how Big T decides to divvy up his time each day looking our for his shareholders interests? Think he has a four-sided hat? Maybe a Wheel of (Mis)Fortune? Kind of reminds me of the commercial, What Do You Want to Do Today?
Hey Blood
Did you see the 8-K over at Oxis? Another Director resigned, and Big T appointed Anshuman Dube, a former co-founder of MAG, and founder of Theorem Capital, who happens to own 77% of Oxis's stock. It also stated that Oxis has been leasing space from Dube's offices at 2049 Century Park East, Suite 3630 for $5,000 per month.
Coincidentally, this is the same Mr. Dube who had a consulting agreement with VOIP in Dec 2006 when Big T was in charge of cleaning out that closet.
An additional coincidence is the address listed above, just so happens to be the new corporate address of Green St Energy, at least per the SEC correspondence letter from June 2009.
Don't you just love it when a plan comes together?
What about Reid? Since he practically owns the company anyway, why not give him a title and make him a Director? Maybe CIO - Chief Incompetent Officer
Better return from Powerball
Odds of the "Cataldo Cartel" filing Annual Reports on time:
VOIP 1000-1 would need to file for what 2 or 3 years?
Oxis 500-1 has Big T done anything atthis company?
Green St 400-1 Milked this cow dry long ago
Matech 50-1 Only plausible chance for him to file on time...but then again, when has he ever filed anything on time?
Maybe when he files the NT-10K he can state the reason as being too busy being CEO of four publicly traded companies at the same time.
