Seems like each of Tony's 4 Companies is in different stages....in order:

1) Oxis - filed 10-K and seems to be current on filings. Recently put back on bulletin boards and there was cash in the bank at year end. Company even disclosed Tony's compensation, which has been almost unheard of for him during the last 5 years. Most likely this is where his "efforts" are focused

2) Matech - awaiting 10-K due next week, but at least they filed a 10-K NT. Odds are that Tony has cleaned the meat off this bone and has most likely moved on....just don't expect any filings on this as past history would indicate by...

3) Green St - No Cash, No market, No filings....not even a NT. Tony has most likely moved on, but don't expect any kind of formal announcement. Pilfered all the cash for himself and his movie producer buddy Dadon in record time.

4) VOIP - much the same as Green Street above, but for a longer period of time, going on 2 years now.

Best part of not formally announcing his departures, is anyone has any issues with the companies, i'll bet there is no active D&O policies for these companies, so any claims could make his personal assets exposed.....the price to pay for thumbing your nose at the SEC for not filing any news on resignations.

Anyone check out the new investor.gov website? Maybe if enough people sent complaints in on Tony and Friends, maybe someone would actually take notice and start looking into his actions a bit more, you know, keeping in line with protecting the best interests of investors....or is that too much to ask?
