Did you see the 8-K over at Oxis? Another Director resigned, and Big T appointed Anshuman Dube, a former co-founder of MAG, and founder of Theorem Capital, who happens to own 77% of Oxis's stock. It also stated that Oxis has been leasing space from Dube's offices at 2049 Century Park East, Suite 3630 for $5,000 per month.
Coincidentally, this is the same Mr. Dube who had a consulting agreement with VOIP in Dec 2006 when Big T was in charge of cleaning out that closet.
An additional coincidence is the address listed above, just so happens to be the new corporate address of Green St Energy, at least per the SEC correspondence letter from June 2009.
