The deal was never done. Only an LOI signed. DFC tweeted that it’s on hold pending completion of the SEC investigation. Couple that with their abysmal earnings report that will be out on Tuesday and this thing is done for. Shorts and Puts are the only way forward with this garbage. Abandon ship if you haven’t already or be prepared to lose it all.

Let’s be realistic people. Look at the definitive 14a filed on May 7th. I would love for this thing to skyrocket but I am pretty certain it is going to gap down before the next big PR. All IMO.

I could be wrong but there appears to be about a 25 cent gap that needs to be filled down to about 58-59 cents. I hope not, but I’ll be watching regardless at 0400 on Tuesday.

GL, I’m gonna stick it out until Friday. I think today was an overreaction to a red market and no ER yet. I expect to see a correction either tomorrow or the next day.

I must respectfully disagree. As soon as the filings start coming out to clean up this shell it will pop then settle. When news hits of a merger candidate it will pop again. The playbook on custodianship stocks is out there for public consumption. Check out the article I posted last night. All IMO of course.

Not really, LRD* OS is almost 50 times that of LVCA, the current PPS supports that market cap. Now why LRD* is sitting at a higher PPS right now is more perplexing to me. I’m guessing their float is pretty low but I’m not sure.
