Thank You! Have a great weekend.
Smitter, I truly believe you are right, but why would people buy now if we're expecting .01 later? Why the high volume today? Are they simply traders who will sell at a 5-10 cent profit?
Morning Everyone! I too would like to know who is buying and why??? Please share your thoughts.
Looks very promising. I hope that from here on out, it goes up up up.
Zilla, thank you for sharing this with me. Truly appreciate it.
With so many Great news on Siri lately, can we expect to reach the much anticipated $1.00 by the end of the year?

Why settle for ordinary quarterly reports?
I believe that the biggest factor in a stock's ability to beat the market is its ability to beat the market's expectations. That's why I look every week at three companies that have humbled Wall Street's pros over the past few trading days. If a company has more in the tank than the analysts figured, capital appreciation often follows.
We can start with Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX). The coffee giant earned $0.24 a share before charges in its latest quarter, well ahead of both the $0.10 it rang up a year ago and the $0.21 that analysts were expecting.
Things aren't perfect at Starbucks, though. Same-store sales are still negative, and revenue fell again. However, the healthy bottom line is a testament to the company's cost-cutting strategies.
MasterCard (NYSE: MA) also charged past the pros. The credit-card giant delivered a third-quarter profit of $3.45 a share, while Wall Street was swiping its plastic at a $2.94 target. Investors should have seen this coming, since rival Visa (NYSE: V) also surpassed analyst guesstimates a week earlier.
Finally, we have Sirius XM Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) arriving at near-profitability fashionably early. The satellite-radio giant merely broke even before charges, but the market was braced for yet another quarterly deficit.
So keep watching the companies that surpass expectations. Over time, doing so will be a rewarding experience for investors, as the market rewards the overachievers. That's the kind of surprise we look for in the Rule Breakers newsletter service. Want in? Check out a 30-day trial subscription. Great! After last week's financials I'm feeling more confident about the stock. I'm staying long with this one.
exactly, i've already lost so much in other stocks so i'm hopeful here.
hmmm, reason to be hopeful? I would like the opportunity to make my money back....I'm so glad you're still here Smitter. Thank You!
hey guys, i have "earnings released today" marked on my calendar. I'm assuming they will be released after the close, any predictions?
Correction. I sold most of my position, but left a few shares just to see what happens....Again, I'm a rookie, new in stocks, got in Jan-Feb. and sold all of my porfolio today, except for the few shares here. Overal I'm up. One thing I learned during my short time is that the market reacts to news. Giving today's drop, its only going to get worse. I predict the holiday season will tank, which will bring stocks further down. So I'll skip the next two months and come back in January when everyone is more optomistic about the future.....For now, I'll keep on checking in here. I can't leave this board, I credit all of you for helping me understand how the stock market works. Thank You!
looks like i'll be sticking around for my brother's sake. I sold, he didn't. Please keep on posting...thx
I'm also out guys since the titanic has sunk. However, I will keep following the boards....once again, thanks Smitter you've been great!
thanks adios, i appreciate all your help. I sold all my portfolio today to include yash with a $20k profit, not bad for a rookie. Seems like the stock market is on the downtrend again. Will get in in January like I did this year.
what do you mean by painting the tape?
that's nothing new...I don't believe anyone listens. Sirius is everywhere and too big to fail. We'll have a better picture where the company stands next thrusday when financials come out.
Looks like you and I are the only ones here, lol....Honestly, I thought this would tank after yesterday's PR, but I see that it hasn't. I'm sticking around to see what develops. I just wish more people would post and give their opinions. The company is obviously working on something. It will be interesting to see how it all develops.
Lets wait for November news...that's all we can do at this point. All it takes is for Ray to say something positive about the pipeline, finances, partnership, whatever, and it will give all of us hope. Like someone posted yesterday, he must have a Plan B,C,D.
exactly my point, only time will tell. What's the difference between .20 and .0, we already lost big, might as well stick to the real end. We're talking pennies now....Besides, the patients lost more than we did. We still have a whole life time to make up for our losses. Many of them don't even have tomorrow. They will all trade places with us in a heartbeat.
Ray knew a long time ago this thing would fail. However, I believe that he also knows that one of the pipeline drugs will succeed. Thus, the new hires, conferences, website....Is this hopeful thinking?
Do you see this going down further or holding at this range? Thanks for responding bundles, appreciate it.
you and I are in the same mindset...For now, I do plan to hold on to my shares and see what develops. So you're stuck with me Smitter = )....I'm in it for the long haul, and if the titanic sinks so be it.
So many unanswered questions.
that's what I'm trying to figure out and hoping for some answers!!!!
Bundles, I've learned to trust in your opinions. What's your take on this? Will it level at .20, go down, up?
Wow, wasn't the news I was expecting. Smitter, why are people still buying? Why the new web site, new hires, and conferences next month. I tried to read back and find the answers, but no luck. Input please????
Thank You! You're Great Smitter! Have a great evening. I will miss the early results since I'm in the west coast and don't have a computer at home. I guess my other option is to call the number provided on the PR, but I believe I rather wait to get the answer from you guys, the people I've come to depend on for news. Its been a fun ride.
I don't agree. I think its only a matter of time before all our questions are answered. With Java's recent post and today's PR, things are in the works and its only a matter of time. Regarding the lawsuit, well, we have to see how that plays out as well, innocent until proven guilty.
I trust Smitter and value his opinion. Shaka has my vote and so does cbrad, the more the merrier. I'm eager to learn. In my book Bundles is more than welcome, he seems to know a lot....I enjoy reading EVERYONE'S posts.
java and to anyone else who's been following this company for months/years. Is it true that they did not inform the public on the reverse split?
Please share your opinions.
Question for ALL THE LONGS...I believe that most see the recent developments as clues leading to positive agenda news; new job postings, new website, november conferences, etc. In the past, prior to the negative news, what type of pattern did you see? At what point did you believe the news would be positive or were the red flags always there? I guess I'm just trying to get a feel of what it was like back then vs now. I hope I'm not offending anyone by asking this question. Again I'm a rookie and I'm learning from all of you. I've done my own DD and I strongly feel this will be a success. Long time coming.
website didn't work for me.....please elaborate?
at this point, should we hold and see what happens? I'm not sure what to do.
Wow! Great Find! Smitter, thank you for posting the site for those of us who missed it. Very impressive! Great way to start my day here in Souther Cali
lol good one! and thanks for making me feel welcomed. Have a great weekend everyone!
Java, thank you so much for the great post. I must admit, I feel a lot better. I'm holding until I make money. Have a great weekend!
Jet, thanks for your advice, but I've come to the conclusion that I no longer want to trade in penny stocks. I just don't have the tools and knowledge to do so. I'm in YASH and GETA, currently waiting for positive agenda result. The rest of my portfolio (mainly nasdaq) is looking great so I'm not doing too bad. So I'm still sticking to my plan and waiting it out.
thank you for your response. For now, I plan to hold and see what happens within a year. I'm not impatient, I can sit and wait. Hopefully, in the end it will be worth it.
Java, I'm still waiting to hear from you. Thank You.
Unfortunately, I knew nothing about the pump and dump scheme or penny stocks. I received a pamplet in the mail promoting YASH and its potential and bought in at .37 (i know, that' bad) thinking it was the bottom. I just figured that a company that once traded over $100.00 will be able to make a comeback. I guess I have no choice but to wait it out, 5K down.
I've been reading all of you guys messages since mid-september and now just realize I can post a message myself without paying, lol. Wish I knew sooner, but honestly there's not much I can contribute since I'm no expert....Smitter, holder, cbrad, bundles, navy (i call you gym guy)and everyone else...want you guys to know that I appreciate all your input. I've learned so much because of you guys. So this message is to simply say "Thank You." There are plenty of people, like myself, who read your messages, but don't post....Can't wait for results = )
