Reality chk:From Jan.7 to Feb.12 O/S shares have increased from 43.2 mil to 55.4 or 12.2 mil new shares issued..Now in that same time frame the entire amount of shares traded has been aprox 21.2 mil...So 21.2 minus 12.2 = 9million shares..Even if the entire 9 million of traded shares left over was all buying you are still left with 3 million shares issued on the mkt by VLVT with no buyers for..Obviously the issuing of these 12.2 mil shares are BY FAR the reason the stock has come down from .05 to .02 in that time frame....Now I see Good News and Bad News in these results...Question?What stock price starting from aprox .05 Jan.7 would VLVT be trading at as of Feb.12 if VLVT had not issued 12.2 million shares?!!!!Obviously a lot higher than .02 and most likely at least .05 or higher...The Bad news for the short term is VLVT still has aprox 15 million shares it can issue,but since we can conclude that VLVT itself is the cause of the downtred from .05 to .02 by the issuing of shares then it follows that once the issuing of shares stops the stock will begin to uptrend..As long as VLVT achieves it's 4 main goals for 2003 of #1 putting out it's audited financials #2 filing with SEC to become a fully reporting company #3 Move to the BBX exchange later this year and #4 Have a profitable year then VLVT will undoughtedly be trading at a much higher level 12 months from now..Since the whole point in the issuing the shares is to shore up the trucking division and other corporate matters then all the evidence still points to VLVT being able to achieve its 4 main goals for 2003......Tejano

Good News,Bad News:It is good news that this shakeup with VLVT transportation has taken place before the Audits are released.."Allegedly" the shakeup has come because Javeed was suspicious their was some "fishy" accounting going on with the trucking revenues and money not be accounted for..So VLVT wants now wants direct control of the books..The Auditors will certainly examine this situation as well and we can at least be confident the numbers that finally get reported are Legit..The Bad news is this shakeup with VLVT transportation may take the Auditors some more time to finish their final report so it's likely we will not see the Audits released until March sometime..Hopefully VLVT will give an update PR in the coming days that the Audits will be out in X days..

Called the All coast # and talked to the dispatcher there.Friedel was in a meeting.No one from Veltex around to speak to..He did confirm VLVT trucks are still in Memphis and are being controlled out of California now.There is an ongoing dispute between VLVT and Multimdal as to who is responsible for paying the drivers last few days/weeks pay now that VLVT and multimodal have split up..That's about all I could get.Hope you guys can find out some more..Tejano

The simple FACTS are that VLVT stated as a matter of FACT what taxes are applicable to VLVT in the Oct.22 PR..Anyone with half a brain knows that one of the first things AUDITORS do is examine and make sure a company is paying any and all applicable TAXES..Since Oct.22 VLVT has repeatedly stated it has retained an AUDIT firm and the AUDIT process is taking place to the point where on Jan.23 VLVT's ATTORNEY(The one who knows the LAW best)pubicly stated the AUDITS will be publicly released before the end of FEBUARY..Simple common sense should tell anyone that VLVT's attorney stated that on Jan.23 because he"KNOWS" the AUDITS are proceeding just fine!That means any TAX issue with VLVT has ALREADY been examined by the AUDITORS....All I know is I'm holding back $10,000 just for the day VLVT releases the AUDIT report..If VLVT is still trading anywhere near 3 cents the day of the AUDIT report and the AUDIT confirms that VLVT did aprox 6 cents EPS on 50 mil O/S shares for 2002 and it confirms VLVT has aprox $11 million in assets with minimal debt giving it book value of aprox .20 cents per share,then I'll be buying as many shares as I can get at this current level..Tejano

For the first time in several weeks the "stochastics" have made a significant up move..Last 3 times VLVT was in this technical configuration the stock rallied from-.02 to .06 in Oct--then .03 to .10 in Nov.---and then .026 to .065 in Dec...This time around as we all know the bullish scenario is adding up much better since no more shares can be issued by VLVT to hold the stock down and obviously we are much nearer to signiicant news ofaudited financials than before..The only real negative to this bullish scenario playing out in the coming days is that the overal mkt is getting into such a bearish funk lately over a looming war with Iraq this may put a damper on how well the stock moves on good news..However once the Bombs start dropping and the uncertainty of how things will play out blows over a powerful mkt rally should ensue(remember "91" and Desert Storm).Hopefully VLVT will have it's audited financials outby that time and will be in a position to participate in a broad mkt rally...Tejano

Dagnyish,I have learnt over the years that you can tell as much about the "health" of a companies fundamentals by how it acts technically on the chart over a period of months as you can by digging out all the fundamental info you can find..For example:Even though we know quite well now that the O/S shares since Sept. have increased from 27 million to the present of almost being maxed out to the 50 million level,The stock has continued since Sept to put in a well defined series of subtle "Major higher lows" starting from .01 in Sept to .02 in Oct to .026 in Dec to .031,.033 and .034 in Jan!At the very same time the "stochastics" indicator from Oct to Jan 24 kept giving us readings of "major LOWER LOWS!!This divergence is a dead give away that "strong hands"(I.E. insiders and/or friends of insiders) have been accumulating shares all along and are holding for much higher prices to come.For anyone who doesn't understand just how "bullish" a scenario this is,Just spend some time looking at few hundred charts and you'll discover fairly quickly what I'm saying.The first thing you'll discover is how "rare" this type of divergence is over a time period of a few months!The second thing you'll find is that any stock that matches the criteria descibed above is nearly ALWAYS at much higher prices a few days to a few weeks after the "stochastics" make the "final Lowest Low"...Tejano

One thing is for sure.The "stochastics" technical indicator is showing VLVT at the most Extreme oversold condition possible.While this does not assure a rally is near it certainly puts the risk/reward ratio clearly in favor of the VLVT bulls at this point..Tejano

VLVT T/A update:Just like clockwork VLVT continues to "mirror"the Oct.-Nov.trading pattern as I have been posting on in several prior posts..VLVT is now aprox at the point the stock was on the 6th-7th trading days of Nov..However there are some bullish divergences now appearing here in Jan as compared to the Nov.pattern.For example even though the stock price is virtually the same the "stochastics" are still showing a much more oversold condition giving the stock much more upside potential for a major run in the coming days than was evident in Nov..Also the OBV "on balance volume"is in a much more bullish uptrend now since we put in the .031 low last week as compared to the .02 major low the stock came out of at the end of Oct..Bottom line,from a pure T/A point of view the odds are looking very favorable that the stock will test .10 cents once again in the LAST WEEK of January!!Tejano

Had an order to buy 40,000 @ .042 most of the day and never got filled.Looks like available shares to buy are drying up in his price range..Tejano

Gocats:Share dilution is not a major concern at this point imho as long as they keep the shrs O/S under the 50 mil authorized before the official audits are out.The Dec.23 PR plainly states why they have gone from the 27mil since sept to the current 43.2 mil...Consider that they put up $135000 seed capital cash to get the financing on the 20 trucks purchased in December..The next phase of truck buying VLVT has stated they will do will be in the 80-95 range and that news would come out in January..No small deal..That means they will likely have to come up with aprox $600,000 cash to secure the financing on those trucks..I would say if we go all thru January with no news on this trucking deal then there will be valid reason to be concerned they can't come up with the cash.I say give them a couple more weeks to put a deal of that size together before complaining too much..Watch the chart action also..As I've detailed in prior posts VLVT is Mirroring the trading action of Oct.-Nov..The stock is currently where it was on aprox the 3rd trading day of Nov..Next week should complete the process of putting in a major bottom..I paticularly liked friday's action of trading over 600,000 shrs in such a "tight" range of .036-.039..Look back on the chart since Sept and you will see that is the "tightest" trading range the stock has traded in with that level of volume..From a T/A perspective this action is giving a strong signal a "trend reversal"is near since it has occurred after a prolonged downtrend..Tejano

VLVT continues to "mirror" the Oct.-Nov. trading pattern.We are now where the stock was in the first couple days of Nov. so if the scenario plays out all the way then the completion of a MAJOR BOTTTOM should come in the 2nd half sometime of next week!News on the trucking division and maybe other updates should be coming soo too..We shall see...Tejano

VLVT since Sept. has shown us 3 volume "peaks" followed by 3 volume "valleys" each time..The 1st peak was as the stock topped out at .10 in Sept followed by a low volume valley..The 2nd peak was at the end of Oct.as the stock put in a major low @.02..The 3rd peak was as the stock topped out at .10 late Nov..After the Nov.peak VLVT went into a long down trend and formed the 3rd low volume valley in late Dec. and first couple days Jan..The last 2 days action of the volume picking up is confirming just like the action at the end of October that a 4th volume peak is now underway and MAJOR BOTTOM is nearing completion..If tuesday's .031 low was not the final bottom then most likely we will get the final low on wednesday or thursday at the latest!!Even after that however I still expect the stock to trade basicall sideways on lower volume for a few days just like it did in the first week on November before the next significant UP move comes..(Unless some major news hits the wires that could change the scenario)..We shall see..Tejano

I would also add an observation at this point that I wouldn't be getting any hopes up to high that VLVT will put a PR during the next few days that will rally the stock..In fact if a PR does come out say tuesday or wednesday the MM's will most likely drive the stock lower on the news just to discourage investors further..The MM's must do all they can to shake out as many shares into thier hands as possible before they let the stock run..Unless the MM's are overwhelmed by steady strong buying volume to raise the stock they will keep playing the stock in a slow downtrend as long as they need to,to get the shares they want..IMHO if you are in VLVT now you must be prepared for these MM tactics umtil the greater news of audited financials and a move to a higher exchange comes to get the reward you deserve for taking this shorterm downside risk..Tejano

VLVT continues to track the October chart in a strikingly similar pattern.It has been 5 trading days past the "double gap up" to .065 in December..Back in October it took 7 trading days past the "double gap up" to .06 to put in a major bottom..So if the pattern keeps playing out then we can expect a final bottom to be tested around .03 on wednesday and a few days afterward as the pattern shows going into the first week of November to complete the bottoming process..Then the stage should be set for a major rally into late January..I really don't have an explanation why the repeat of this pattern is occuring other than I'm pretty sure the MM's are in concert manipulating it..The good news is as long as VLVT continues to progress on their fundamentals as they say they are it's only a matter of time before the MM's will let this stock go up as they have with the two major rallies to .10 cents in Sept. and Nov..Tejano

One good thing the Bashers are doing for investors of VLVT is we know its keeping VLVT management on their toes not to screw things up..The December 23 PR makes it very clear VLVT is quite aware and sensitive to the bashing and "false accusations"being made....I can say that I have been in another penny stock all thru 2002 that was viciously bashed as much or more than VLVT is getting bashed..All kinds of false accusations were made that their profit numbers were not real.Well that stock(HQNT)went from .20 cents in the beginning of 2002 and is now @ $1.36 and headed a lot higher in 2003 imho and it still gets bashed although not as much..So if anyone lets bashers scare you away from buying a stock you could be missing out on an extraordinary opportunity..IMHO VLVT @ .05 cents in 2003 will prove to be as good or better a % gainer as HQNT was in 2002..Tejano
