gocats:I think you will find that if/when VLVT decides to et approval to raise the O/S shares authorized that VLVT has plenty of "friends" of VLVT holding the majority of shares to get such an approval and quickly too..The real important question is not can they get the approval,but if when will they?Yes,VLVT stated in the Dec23 PR "shares will be kept to a minimum",but that's a very "loose" definition and they could say at anytime circumstances have changed as to need the approval for more shares for a whole variety of reasons..I'm just hoping we can get a more clear indication of VLVT's intentions "timewise" with this issue..Tejano
