For the first time in several weeks the "stochastics" have made a significant up move..Last 3 times VLVT was in this technical configuration the stock rallied from-.02 to .06 in Oct--then .03 to .10 in Nov.---and then .026 to .065 in Dec...This time around as we all know the bullish scenario is adding up much better since no more shares can be issued by VLVT to hold the stock down and obviously we are much nearer to signiicant news ofaudited financials than before..The only real negative to this bullish scenario playing out in the coming days is that the overal mkt is getting into such a bearish funk lately over a looming war with Iraq this may put a damper on how well the stock moves on good news..However once the Bombs start dropping and the uncertainty of how things will play out blows over a powerful mkt rally should ensue(remember "91" and Desert Storm).Hopefully VLVT will have it's audited financials outby that time and will be in a position to participate in a broad mkt rally...Tejano
