caught-PM"s domestic violence family court matter is what you posted. Obviously it was continued because it looks like he was not there! He was not there because he was at Harbor Court being arraigned on a different criminal matter. Two different cases, one in family court, one in Superior court for criminal charges. One case is 97D001786, and the other case is 09HM03796. By the way, the first two letters indicate the year the case was started. Obviously the first case was in 97, over 12 years ago. It is my understanding he has another case involving another of his children from 2006. Also, don't forget the Federal case. But Peter Michaels is a"good dad, and husband" LMFAO

Let me address a couple of the comments made in PM's letter. My comments are based on court documents, and proven facts.
1. PM is accused of child abuse on one of those children, and will be arraigned tomorrow in Harbor Court, Newport Beach, Ca. at 8:30 am.
2. PM has claimed in court papers that the wife he is talking about is actually a great mother, and they have a "great relationship". PM's declarations stating this are numerous, and easily obtainable.
3. Step-daughter? LMFAO! What step-daughter?
4. FOUR OF THE CHILDREN NAMED BELOW NOW HAVE FEDERAL PROTECTIVE ORDERS PROHIBITING PETER MICHAELS FROM CONTACTING THEM OR COMING WITHIN 100 YARDS OF THEM. IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL PROBATION IF PM GOES NEAR HIS "CHILDREN HE TOOK 2 YEARS TO GET CUSTODY OF."

If anyone reads that 5 year old letter and thinks PM is a good father, and his ex is bitter, then I have some Hop-ON shares I can sell them. HAHAHAHAHAHAH

That letter was a sealed document, only unsealed when the government realized PM and his attorney conned them. First I want to thank you for the opportunity to speak before my sentencing. However, I was so nervous I was actually speechless and unable to articulate that I have always tried to do things the right way. I know that I have made mistakes, coupled with come bad legal advise and some bad business decisions.

All the shareholders that I have tried to protect will surely suffer if I am not at work every day, and my company now would suffer because my absence will surely cause my company to fail. As a result the people we both seek to protect will suffer in the end.

Secondly, but certainly the most important would be my children. It took me 2 years of fighting in court to get custody of 2 of my 3 children. The mother of my children constantly moved them around the state to keep me from seeing them. I am a devoted dad that loves his kids. I spent a lot of time, resources and money to get custody of my children. Now I am going to lose that. I now have 5 children, 4 of them live with me (Nicholas - 3, Peter Jr. - 11, Sara - 13 and Elisabeth - 14. Alexandra the 17 year old still lives with her mother). 3 of the children living with me are mine and I have 1 stepchild. I became my stepchild's daddy because her real dad died of cancer, I feel very blessed to be her dad. My kids will once again be uprooted from a loving and stable home that they have been in for the last couple of years. My children have been in counseling due to their mother's interference and constant moving around. The court even determined that Supervised Monitoring was necessary when the children were with their mother.

I have had tremendous remorse about this matter and am now anxious over my company's survival and the end result to my shareholders. Your Honor, I am truly sorry that I did not get to say this in court. I feel that you did not get a chance to see my entire picture.

Your honor, I am and always have been a proud American, and when I was approached to work with a branch of the federal government to protect Americans against terrorism and crimes against America I enthusiastically agreed. This government branch does not openly acknowledge that they are working with civilians and I am not at liberty to disclose the government branch, because of this I hope the court will keep this information confidential.

I would ask that you consider all additional information that I have talked about in this letter which I did not get an opportunity to talk about in court and to please consider adjusting my sentence so that I do not have to do any prison time but rather be under electronic monitoring at home and work. I can assure your Honor, that you will see that I can do more good out of jail, not only as a father and businessman , but as an American.

Moto, you are right. You are unfortunately not fully informed. Maybe you can ask PM to provide you a copy of his polce report to read, and he can do his normal splanin! MY ony advice would be to go to the hearing, pull the unbiased docket reports and minute orders, and then attend the trial. I am confident there will be no question to what really happened once you do this.

If you are wasting hard earned money and our time on this stock, do your DD, educate yourself from unbiased third parties. Good luck, I wish no ill will to all that have been scammed by PM and those around him.

So if court transcripts and depositions are produced that prove PM has lied many times, you believe he should get his full sentence? CRIMINAL PROTECTIVE ORDER SIGNED BY PM, SERVED ON DEFENDANT, AND FILED. This is done in the courtroom.

In any event, at SOME POINT, PM will need to make a plea..... The shareholders are making a plea to the company now- Put out a press release explaining how Hop-On is going to continue considering these horrible charges Hop-On's CEO has been charged with. Public companies usually acknowledge the criminal issues their CEO has by making him resign or???? Hop-On is not looking out for it's sharehloders by allowing a Convicted Felon on Federal Probation who is charged with a new crime, CHILD ABUSE, no less, to stay as the CEO. PM, it is your duty to resign, deal with your personal criminal matters on your time, not Hop-On's. IMO.

PM always blames others, ex-employees, ex-wives, ex-girlfriends...... He is VERY believable. Obviously you have spoken with him and been conned like so many others. I agree with your theory that his stories are so far fetched that no one would make up something like that. I also agree with you that PM is a BLATANT LIAR.

Forget about finding someone to prove one of Hop-On's PR's are true; I have a better challenge for this board. I will gladly pay for dinner for two at the restaurant of the poster's choice to anyone next week that proves PM, CM, or GK are in the hospital as I believe PM will use this "hospital drama" as an excuse for PM to get yet another extension on court dates. Still no press releases? Do anyone think PM will put out a press release before his hearings next week? I would like to know the stance the company is taking regarding the pending charges against it's CEO. PM hand the company over to DG, he owns it now anyway, what with the three million dollar judgment against Hop-On. Have any shareholders had a say in the lawsuits PM files? Does he file against anyone for anything, without accountability to shareholders? How much investor money has been spent on attorneys by PM? Valid question.
