poor moto- if you think Peter just did a "slap" you are misinformed. Ask your buddy PM to show the police report. I am sure it will make you sick, as it did many others who have read it. KInd of reads like another report where PM was involved in an assault at a sushi restaurant, and admitted to an altercation. If you put the reports side by side, the MO is the same. I guess everyone will hear the details at the trial. Hopefully you will be man (or woman) enough to admit you are wrong after the trial.

The only person ruining his life through his actions is PM, IMO. eventually justice catches up with you. Unfortunate for the investors, they will receive nothing for all their hard earned money invested. IMO

I agree the system is flawed, and definitely gives criminals with savvy law knowledge the upper hand. Odds are people will eventually get caught, especially when they are stupid enough to commit the same crimes they were indicted for, just my opinion, of course. Last time I checked our boys were still dying in war to protect our rights of speech, which also gives criminals in the US rights they would not receive in other countries.
