Have you ever had any dealings with a firm of attorneys called Booth Udall and a woman that works there called Becky Hermosillo? Molen sent me some shares certs for the money he owed me with a guarantee that they would get them freed to trade. Inevitably they wanted money up front for their fees. It all turned out to be another scam and they are part of Molens grand scheme. Incredible but despite all the evidence the pos is still on the outside!

This scam started way before 2011. Molen started scamming us all in 2007 with the company shell that eventually became VGPR. He is a total conman but despite being investigated by the SEC and FBI continues to get away with it thanks to some clever attorneys who make money also out of investors who wish to get their shares valid to trade.

Makes you wonder how corrupt a society must be when even the people paid to protect investors from people like him can’t be bothered with such small fry - and Molen is very small!

You couldn’t make it up. Almost as many name changes as reverse splits and still some clowns think it’s worth an investment.

No doubt at the suggestion of Molen and at a charge. They’ve been working this scam for years. Molen releases restricted shares and then recommends you get the opinion from them. They charge, give the opinion, the shares can then be “legitimately” traded but nobody will touch them. No doubt Molen will advise further and you will pass more money over but still be stuck with a worthless certificate at the end.

When you converted did you get advice from a legal firm with the initials BU by any chance?

Looks like dear little Micky Molen is raising funds for the Festive season.

The amount of Biochar they manufactured to date wouldn’t fill one of Santa’s socks never mind a “big bag”.

To be honest if there's anybody stupid enough to invest in this with all the evidence available that it's a scam and Molen is a crook, they deserve to get burned!

Greed is good but you cannot be greedy if the big hog, or Molen as it's known, has his nose firmly planted in the trough!!

The problem is that, like his stature, he is a VERY small man in the overall scheme of things and the authorities have bigger fish to fry - well so they say and that is why he will continue to get away with it.

Add that to his non existent level of morality and willingness to lie quite openly and you have the recipe for a small time crook to succeed. Karma will see him suffer though

VGPR has "entered into" big double figure numbers of "agreements" over the years and issued a PR on the back of each of them. They all have one thing in common, nothing ever comes of the agreement, ever!!

How could it?

There is no production or product, no premises, no staff, just an empty shell of a company with no turnover.

It's there for all to see just by going back a few pages on here and working forward

Judging by the post removals and reversals Molen must still be checking in here.

I don't have a sub so can't reply in private but yes you are right about length of time. From post one this has been a BS stock and has reversed so many times it would make your head spin. Since it's original start (as a poker site, the $500,000 licence they claim to hold is for online poker lol) there hasn't been a dollar raised by selling or manufacturing anything. If you read through the threads you will see "no staff, no premises, no product, no revenue, so many times.

In each quarterly report "companies" are alledgely paid in restricted shares for services or debts. The shares then have their restrictions lifted by a "friendly" Attorney giving an opinion to allow this to happen. None of the shareholders are anything but rat holes for Molen and end up being traded at whatever price. He actually spent the time to tell me how he does it!

Honestly it really is worth reading back and then following a timeline. If you decide to do DD do it into Molen as well - there's history!

I, like lildaniel was in this from a very early stage, I unlike lildaniel gave up on this a long time ago but still keep in touch with him and for reasons that are personal to him he is currently not posting on this board. He did tell me he is waiting to see whether the Open House is legit and whether his patience is likely to be paid off however he does have an insurance in place in case its all BS (again).

He did mention a recent contact with Gator but wouldn't go into detail other than to say Gator asked him to hold back on some thing. He wouldn't go any further than that.

Me, I think as I have for many years, this a BS and still struggle to see how its still going on after all these years.

When it reached 0.017 it did so on the back of nothing, no PR or anything but 100's of millions of shares were traded over a two/three day period. Since then there has been much news that should have helped this. Top people coming on board, news of JV's and merges, even significant contracts and much much more but the price just spirals downward.

I have however watched similar occurrances over the years where on the back of very little this has run but then dwindled back as the news investors were awaiting failed to materialize or of any true value. As with all investments you need to do significant DD behind the hikes and tracking back even on here over the years would suggest real caution. Good luck)

Equally is there any real substance to support this contract because as you quite rightly say $57 million is no chump change and a Euro company entering into such an agreement would be highlighting this in their PR's to industry media in Europe and there doesn't seem to be anything at all
