So now that we have our PACM shares (currently with no value), cani sell my PCFG shares now before they're worthless and still retain all of my 2400 shares of PACM?

sounds great, but then all of our PCFG shares will be slashed due to the r/s. i don't have anymore funds to load up here, been holding my million shares for +yrs now... hope it wasnt a waste.

so we're looking at a r/s, been holding a million shares for over a year now... my million will now be about 50,000 shares and the share price about 4cents... after this are we looking at receiving shares from the new company setup (pacific metals?), and then hopefully a huge boost in price due to various reasons?

We still expecting dividends/shares of the new company this fall as previously mentioned by Mitch and Rob?

If you're worried about the filings, it would seem that after a few quaters of revenues when on the upside BW will get the books straightened out

BBDA is also being hitup on the etrade community "most popular discussions" board!

i feel there is going to be major profit takings at .01, i believe is common price point for pennies, hope it holds and then pulls past to .05 and beyond

Algae is great and love that more is being utilized... Why the sudden spark in this particular company/stock? last piece of news was back in april?
i guess through the algae fields the word gets out and people are attracted at the low float in this stock...?

Tech stocks slip, but Zynga, Groupon up

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Technology stocks were mostly lower on Tuesday, as shares of Hewlett-Packard Co. led a sector retreat, offsetting gains in shares of Zynga Inc. and Groupon Inc.

H-P (HPQ, Trade ) lost 2.5% to close at $22.40, the worst performer on the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI ), which lost 63 points.

The Nasdaq Composite Index (COMP.IDX ) gave up 9 points, or 0.3%, to close at 2,894. The Morgan Stanley High Tech 35 Index (MSH, Trade ) was off a fraction, while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index (S, Trade ) lost 1%.

Major chip shares were in the red, including Intel Corp. (INTC, Trade ), Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD, Trade ) and Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN, Trade ) Shares of Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM, Trade ) were also down sharply, losing 6% to close at $11.10.

On the upside, the sector also got a boost from Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN, Trade ), shares of which rose a fraction to close at $224.39. The e-commerce company's stock was upgraded to outperform from neutral by Credit Suisse.

"We recognize that Amazon shares have been a strong performer year to date," analyst Spencer Wang wrote in a note. "However, if our work is correct, we believe that this may be just the beginning of an extended run in Amazon's stock."

Groupon (GRPN, Trade ) saw its stock jump nearly 4% to close at $12.17 after the daily-deals site reported first-quarter results that were better than expected.

Social-gaming firm Zynga (ZNGA, Trade ) shares also were up about 8% to $8.56 after Facebook Inc. (FB, Trade ) raised the price range for its initial public offering to $34 to $38 a share from $28 to $35 a share.

Most of Zynga's games are played through Facebook, which also reported in a regulatory filing in April that Zynga accounted for about 15% of its first-quarter revenue.

Juniper Networks Inc.'s (JNPR, Trade ) stock edged up a fraction to close at $17.67 after Bank of America/Merrill Lynch upgraded its rating to buy from neutral, citing potential earnings gains for Juniper based on a "recovery in carrier spending combined with the ramp in sales of newly introduced products, and upside to gross margin."

WOW, same thing happened at the end of March... nice uptrend, then huge drop and dragged along the bottom for a while... guess that's whats coming?

So i have my buy order set @ .0095 for tomorrow morning, really hoping to get initial position... even if it dips after a pullback from profit taking and could get @ a lower price, i will be happy to just assure that i get in on this. GLTA

After watching this stock past couple of days, i was able to free up some funds today from another stock, and will be buying Monday 9:30am SHARP hoping to have a seat on the train as it's leaving the station!!!

Congrats to everyone who stuck with this company. just wondering how bad everyone's shares were diminished from the RS, and with this new pps and name change has anyone been able to trade their remaining share yet?

Claytraders video was made for the 19th-20th... IMO the following trading days showed the stepping staircase is still in affect and held the .0006 support... Hope all our crystal balls show truth... GL
