Take a look at $MECK - Its a shell with a straight forward CEO who says who would be open to selling/merging etc if the opp arose.

Clean books with $20M in NOL's and 6M O/S

Just doing my part to spread the word on this potential hidden GEM. any sniff of a deal with 6M O/S and it goes bonkers, so id love to help find a deal lol.

It was probably 7.00x14.00 its jumped around the past year here and there with the MM trying to get those shares back that he accidentally sold. It was .05x1.50 6 months ago I believe.

FWAV 09/17/10 files an 8K related the the acquisition of B6 Sigma. 150/1 FS approved by shareholdes, standing by on FINRA.

A/S recently increased to 750,00,000. I believe there will be 78,149,100 O/S after the F/S. 1,258,994 O/S per the most recent 10Q dated 08/06/10. 738,000 shares to be cancelled per the merger agreement. 520,994 x 150 = 78,149,100 (estimate only)

CRKT 09/15/10 Reinstatement/Amendment with the NV SOS. Based on the address associated with the new director Jon Bridgemen, it appears that CRKT is now a Mity Mar shell.

KMDO issues to SEC filings for the first time in 2 years. One is a PRE 14C received July 13, 2010 and the other is a DEF 14C received July 29, 2010. Per the filings the company will be increasing the A/S to 5 billion.

"On July 7, 2010, the Board approved a resolution authorizing us to file an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State on or after August 20, 2010, which will increase the authorized number of shares of our Common Stock to 5,000,000,000. OOLN blank checks company 8K received July 28 changes shell status and shows the company moving forward.

Item 5.06 Change in Shell Company Status.

Oasis Online Technologies Corp ceased to be a shell company as of July 18, 2010 as a result of obtaining over $1,000,000 in debt financing and the contracting of the development team that is building our platform technology. Management believes that the Company is not a shell corporation as that term is defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended and Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

Between May 21, 2010 and June 15, 2010 the Company entered into several contracts with consultants and other programming professionals to provide consulting services and to develop the Company’s platform technology which will be used by the Company to deliver its health and wellness products to its customers.

Big move tdy out of nowhere.
Recently did some NV filings.Last time I spoke to ceo he indicated something might be coming out in a month. That was early august. Said I'd call again after labor day. He really won't say anything except they're working hard.
His name is nick slinde and he is a real estate atty with a very good rep. My best guess is this dog will turn out to be in some form of real estate bus.

Since I recently purchased 100k of that FRAE POS @ $0.0008 I'd like to get some recruits to gang it up smile .
I read that FRAE has some lawsuits against Merrill Lynch and Suntrust/Robinson for $100M but getting accurate info about 'em is really hard. I don't know if it's all said and done and now it's just another shell...or if some of those lawsuits it's still pending and it could cause a pop.
I even tried to contact CCA Global Partners, who bought the "Flooring America" company name in order to see if they could come up with some info, and they didn't even answer to my mail. Perfect!

Morgan Stanley seems to have 1.6M shares out of 21M; if they disposed of 'em they haven't filed so (I think they should).

Just be aware that depending on your broker you might be charged a mantainance fee by DTCC ($7.50/month) as it lacks of transfer agent. Good luck!
