Take a look at $MECK - Its a shell with a straight forward CEO who says who would be open to selling/merging etc if the opp arose.

Clean books with $20M in NOL's and 6M O/S

Just doing my part to spread the word on this potential hidden GEM. any sniff of a deal with 6M O/S and it goes bonkers, so id love to help find a deal lol.
