CARIBOU BEGINS FURTHER TESTWORK ON AUKAM GRAPHITE SAMPLES

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has delivered 1,000 kilograms of samples from the Aukam graphite project to Lilhof Enterprises, formerly Gecko Laboratories of Swakopmund, Namibia.

The test samples were taken as part of a 25 tonne bulk sampling program from the lower adit at the Company's Aukam project. These samples are believed to be representative of the product found within the underground adit.

The specific methods used by Lilhof to test the samples are as follows:

Crushing and grinding to 218 Microns

Dual Flotation

Drying and particle size analysis

The lab will prepare 80 kilograms of processed product which Caribou will distribute to end users for them to test the graphitic product for use in their added value manufacturing applications. It is expected that the end users will advise Caribou on specifications required.

Grade tests will also be conducted on 84 sub-samples to provide an accurate assessment of the purity and grade of the graphite.

The test program is expected to take about 4 weeks.

Caribou King has an option to acquire an initial 63% in the Aukam graphite project located on 96,000 acres in southern Namibia (see PR dated July 23, 2015). The property hosts three underground adits which were mined periodically between 1940 and 1974 and produced a recorded total of 26,740 tonnes of lump graphite. The high-quality, vein-type graphite (also known as lump graphite) is hosted within a shear zone in which underground mine workings show well-mineralized structures that are believed to continue down-dip.

The technical contents of this release were approved by Dr. Roger Moss, Ph.D, P.Geo. and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional Share at a price of $0.15 per Share for a period of 12 months. "AUKAM GRAPHITE MINE ACQUISITION APPROVED

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has obtained TSX Venture Exchange approval for the recently announced option to acquire an initial 63 per cent of the Aukam graphite mine, located on 96,000 acres in southern Namibia (see press release dated July 23, 2015). The property hosts three underground adits which were mined periodically between 1940 and 1974, and produced a recorded total of 26,740 tonnes of lump graphite.

A program to obtain a 25-tonne bulk sample of graphite from one of three existing adits at Aukam has recently been completed. The high-quality, vein-type graphite (also known as lump graphite) extracted during the bulk sampling program is now being tested for quality and purity. The test will further define the characteristics of the material and its suitability for value-added manufacturing applications. Aukam graphite is hosted within a shear zone in which underground mine workings still show well-mineralized structures that are believed to continue downdip.

Infrastructure at the Aukam graphite mine is good, with access to the site possible throughout the year. The site is relatively close to a main tar road, and the national power grid passes two kilometres from the property. Water is available in large amounts from underground aquifers with an old pump station at the foot of the mountain, which previously supplied mine operations.

CARIBOU ANNOUNCES ASSAY RESULTS FROM BUCKINGHAM

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has released assay results from the northern Case zone at its 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham graphite property in Southern Quebec.

Sampling was conducted in the newly discovered "Case Zone", recently reported by Caribou King (PR dated May 14, 2015), which has been found to be host to numerous and widespread graphite showings exhibiting broad horizons of large-flake disseminated and chunk-style graphite.

A total of 17 grab samples were taken in and around the Case Zone (of which 7 are still pending assay). The highest assay of 28.7% was returned from a sample taken near the centre of the zone, from a large former excavation located directly over a historical airborne anomaly. A total of six samples returned values higher than 10.0% Cg, as shown in the table below:

Graphite mineralization in all samples was observed as large-flake and disseminated in altered marble/paragneiss horizons. The highest assays show a strong correlation with historic electromagnetic conductors (report DP83-05).

Michael England, CEO and Director of Caribou King, stated: "These assay results are highly encouraging and demonstrate the presence of graphite in yet another area on the Buckingham Property, approximately 700m northwest from our existing Uncle Zone. We are beginning to define a substantial new zone on a property which has already yielded over 99.9% Cg pure graphite from flotation testing alone. The Buckingham property has returned some of the highest assay results reported in Quebec to date and continues to yield great results."

The Case Zone measures at least 900m along strike and up to 350m wide, as indicated by assays, graphite-rich showings, pits and EM anomalies, and remains open on all sides. Graphite mineralization at the Case Zone appears to be primarily hosted along the contact of near-surface, sub-horizontally dipping marble/paragneiss horizons with additional chunk-style large-flake graphite occurring in narrow, steeply-dipping brecciated structures.

The samples were treated at Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs) using protocol 5D-C, where they underwent drying, crushing with up to 90% passing through a #10 square-mesh screen, riffle splitting (250 g) and pulverizing to 95% passing a 105 micron square-mesh screen. Graphitic carbon (Cg) was determined by multistage furnace treatment and infrared absorption, with a 0.05% detection limit.

Expansion of exploration in area of Graphite in Quebec holdings.
"CARIBOU INITIATES WORK PROGRAMS AT TAC GRAPHITE PROPERTY, QC

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has commenced exploration on its 100-per-cent-owned TAC graphite property in Southern Quebec. Exploration will target historic graphite zones, high-grade drilling intercepts and historic electromagnetic (EM) conductors.

Exploration will include follow-up sampling around graphite-bearing drillholes such as 90-44 (returning a weighted average of 9.86% Cg over 46.75 meters(1)) and will also focus on yet-untested conductors identified from a 1990 historic electromagnetic (EM) survey(2) which were more recently validated by an EM survey conducted for Caribou. Several graphitic zones have recently been identified on the property through historic data analysis and are now being sampled.

CAVAN SIGNS LOI TO JOINT-VENTURE ITS 100% OWNED BUCKINGHAM GRAPHITE PROPERTY TO CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD.

Cavan Ventures Inc. has signed a letter of intent with Caribou King Resources Ltd. to joint venture its 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham property. The Buckingham property consists of 24 claims and is attached to the northern boundary of Caribou's Buckingham property. Grab samples on Cavan's Buckingham property have returned values as high as 86.5 per cent organic carbon with flakes over five millimetres in diameter (see Cavan press release dated July 8, 2014).

Cavan's Buckingham property consists of 24 claims located in ranges VIII and IX, Buckingham township, Quebec, and covers an area of 1,682.8 hectares (4,157 acres). Cavan's Buckingham property is 1.7 kilometres north of the historic-producing Walker graphite mine, and covers the northern extension of a graphite zone on Caribou's Buckingham property. A helicopter-borne magnetic and time-domain electromagnetic survey confirmed a historic conductor, and further resolved a second parallel conductor to a length of 300 metres (see news release of Sept. 24, 2013). Two airborne geophysics programs were performed, showing massive anomalies plus six graphite-rich zones in trenches on the claims followed up on these airborne anomalies. Assays from the channel sample and trenching program returned 15.55 per cent organic carbon over 19.5 metres, and as high as 22.8 per cent organic carbon over 5.4 metres, respectively.

Terms of the definitive agreement will be released pending assay results from a mini-bulk sample between two to five kilograms. The mini-bulk sample was at the request of Caribou King Resources, which will pay for the fieldwork and purity testing set to be taken in the coming week.

Successful completion of first tranche of financing

"CARIBOU CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE OF NON FLOW THROUGH FINANCING

Caribou King Resources Ltd., further to its news releases dated Feb. 24, 2015, and March 2, 2015, has completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement of 3.35 million non-flow-through units at a price of 10 cents per NFT unit for an aggregate gross proceeds of $335,000.

Each NFT unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of the company. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one non-flow-through common share in the capital of the company at a price of 15 cents per warrant share until March 26, 2016.

All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring on July 28, 2015.

The company issued to the finders under the offering a total of 26,100 finders' warrants to purchase up to 26,100 non-flow-through common shares in the capital of the company at a price of 10 cents per finder's warrant share for a period of 12 months. In addition, the company paid cash commissions to the finders totalling $2,610."

Mr. Schauer is a seasoned international banker, entrepreneur and investor with over 44 years of business experience, 37 years of which he worked and lived in the Asia Pacific region. He was educated in Germany, followed by a 15-year career with Deutsche Bank. Based in Hong Kong as regional treasurer he was responsible for asset and liability and risk management, in addition to all money market and foreign exchange trading operations for Deutsche Bank's Asia Pacific subsidiary network in 13 countries. Mr. Schauer was then responsible for developing similar regional treasury capabilities for two other international banks based in Hong Kong and Japan for another five years. CARIBOU ACHIEVES MORE THAN 99.9% GRAPHITIC CARBON FROM FLOTATION TEST ON SECOND LOCATION ON UNCLE ZONE, QUEBEC

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has released exceptional preliminary results from its first beneficiation test at a second location sample on the 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham flake/lump graphite property.

This second sample was taken from the wall of a historic trench, located roughly 250 metres ESE of the previously announced sample that yielded purity of up to 99.4% Cg (see PR dated February 17th, 2015). Both samples were taken from the "Uncle Zone", a approx. 600 meter wide area of mineralization in the SE portion of Buckingham Property, and assays were conducted by SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield).

These results were obtained in a single flotation test without process optimization such as acid leach or alkaline roast. Exceptional results from the two samples collected 250 metres apart are extremely encouraging as they indicate that material is widespread within the "Uncle Zone" and could also be qualified as ultra-high-grade graphite.

Caribou King has therefore decided to make metallurgical studies a top priority in parallel to an aggressive exploration program at its "Uncle Zone". Purity of Buckingham graphite is to be further defined by additional tests as to get the maximum benefit from it.

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 2.6 million non-flow-through (NFT) units at a price of 10 cents per NFT unit for total gross proceeds of $260,000. Each NFT unit will comprise one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of the company. Each NFT warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of 12 months.

Proceeds from the NFT offering will be used for the company's short-term payables and for general working capital.

Concurrent with the NFT offering, the company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to two million flow-through (FT) units at a price of 12 cents per FT unit for total gross proceeds of $240,000. CARIBOU TO PERFORM GRAPHITE PURITY TESTS ON SECOND LOCATION AT ITS "UNCLE ZONE"

Following exceptional results from Caribou King Resources Ltd.'s first purity test, the company will be performing an additional purity test on a second sample taken 250 metres away, also from within its 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham flake/lump graphite property.

The second sample to be analyzed was collected from the wall of a historic trench located roughly 250 metres to the ESE of the previously announced sample that yielded purity of up to 99.4% Cg (see PR dated February 17th, 2015). Both samples were taken from a ~600 meter wide zone of mineralization in the southeast portion of the Buckingham Property, henceforth referred to as the "Uncle Zone".

"Following the prodigious success of our first purity test, we are pleased to announce that we are now increasing our efforts on the Buckingham property," states Michael England, "Now that we know we have the purity, we must now focus on building the volume. A bulk sampling program scenario is anticipated by the fall."

The "Uncle Zone" is host to several graphitic veins which were discovered during a preliminary exploration program by Caribou King which consisted of manual trenching of electromagnetic conductors identified by a small-scale EM (BeepMat) survey. Both disseminated flake and vein-type graphite have been observed in numerous outcrops, and are largely hosted within fractures in pegmatite intrusions.

The northern portion of the property is also host to two linear conductors of about 400 meters in length, defined from a historical airborne EM survey (reference DP83-05), which remain to be ground tested.

About the Buckingham Property

The 100% owned Buckingham Graphite property covers 480 hectares and is located 7km northwest of Buckingham, Quebec, Canada, within the Central Metasedimentary Belt of the Grenville Province, which is host to the producing Timcal Lac-des-Iles graphite mine. Well-maintained bush roads lead directly to the sampled showing and throughout the property. Graphite mineralization occurs primarily in veins and masses within pegmatite, diopside skarn, marble and gneiss. The Buckingham region is historically known for its abundance of graphite deposits. From 1870 to 1920, several graphite mines were active in the region, largely producing flake-type graphite. However, two mines, Pugh & Weart Mines and Walker, were known instead for their lump graphite product.

At the Walker Mine, located less than 750 metres to the east of the Buckingham Project, 816 tons of graphite was historically extracted, including 100 tons of lump/vein type graphite (Obalski 1889). Disseminated flake graphite averaging up to 25% was reportedly extracted from a 45 metre deep opening at the Walker mine. Graphitic veins occurred in the vicinity of the mine, with many extending westward toward the Buckingham Property. (Saint Jean Carbon, Technical Report on the Walker Graphite Property, 2014).

"CARIBOU KING YIELDS 99.3% GRAPHITIC CARBON FROM INITIAL PURITY TEST

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has released preliminary results of up to 99.3 per cent graphitic carbon (Cg) from its first beneficiation test conducted by SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield) on the 100-per-cent-owned Buckingham flake/lump graphite property.

The 2 kilogram (kg) surface sample, taken from an exposed vein with a head grade of 55.8% Cg (57.9% total C), was concentrated by grinding and flotation and divided into three size fractions: +48, +100 and -100 mesh. All three concentrates returned high grade graphitic carbon (Cg) content with very little losses in the tailings and middling streams. The +48 mesh size (jumbo size) fraction represented 36.6% of the flotation concentrate and was assayed at 99.3% Cg. The +100 mesh size (medium to large size) fraction represented 25.6% of the flotation concentrate and was assayed at 98.8% Cg. The -100 mesh size (fine to amorphous) fraction represented 32.7% of the flotation concentrate and was assayed at 95.3% Cg. These results are summarized in the following table:

Results were obtained in a single flotation test without process optimization. A full process development study including grinding and flotation optimization is anticipated to return higher flotation concentrate recoveries and grades, thus reducing the operating cost of a downstream purification process.

These positive results at Buckingham have triggered an extensive follow-up program now being planned by the Company.

CARIBOU ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has proposed a consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one new common share for up to 15 existing common shares. Currently, a total of 85,103,456 common shares in the capital of the company are issued and outstanding. Accordingly, if put into effect on the basis of one new common share for 15 existing common shares, a total of 5,673,563 common shares in the capital of the company would be issued and outstanding following the consolidation, assuming no other change in the issued capital.

The consolidation will enhance the trading value of the common shares and facilitate new equity investment in the company.

The consolidation will affect all shareholders of the company uniformly and affect all of the company's stock options and warrants issued and outstanding at the effective date. At the time of the consolidation, the number, exchange basis or exercise price of all stock options and warrants issued and outstanding will be adjusted to reflect the consolidation. The actual adjustment will be made by the company in consultation with its advisers.

The board of directors of the company will ask the shareholders of the company to approve the consolidation at its annual general and special meeting of the shareholders to be held on Nov. 10, 2014.

(Steve Anderson), whereby Caribou King has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the Mulloy property, located in Ontario. In consideration, the company will issue three million common shares upon exchange approval. The vendor will retain a 2-per-cent net smelter return, 1 per cent of which may be purchased by the company for $1-million in cash.

I first wrote about Cayden Resources (CYD-V) in May of 2013. The full report can be found here. CYD was $.72 a share then and it went higher to $1.80 by September. Then it got caught up in the general crash of resource shares and dropped to $.96 in mid-December. I talked about the company again in a piece I wrote at the end of November. The price of Cayden was $1.10 when I wrote, dropped slightly and as I predicted began a major advance to $1.99 last week. In either case, if you listened to me and made an investment, you have had a wonderful opportunity to profit.

Even though we are in the midst of a necessary and desirable gold correction, Cayden is about to enter into a price acceleration phase where the price goes much higher quickly. The stock was cheap in May and got more valuable. It was also cheap in November and got more valuable. At $1.94 it’s cheaper today than it was in May and November of 2013 for a whole bunch of reasons.

Prior to when I went to see Cayden in May of 2013, the company story was their Las Calles project at Morelos Sur in the world class Guerrero Gold Belt. Las Calles sits in between two Goldcorp mines, Los Filos and El Bermejal. Cayden sold a small portion of their Morelos Sur concession to Goldcorp in early 2013 and got the last of the $15.7 million in December of 2013.

The Las Calles segment is a vital segment for both Cayden and Goldcorp. If you look at the map linked to in the prior paragraph, Cayden controls a key piece of ground in between two of Goldcorp’s mines. Goldcorp has indicated they want to buy the land from Cayden and speculation of its value provided most of the value of Cayden shares until this last May. Literally, brokers were pitching the company as a speculation on what Goldcorp might pay.

The Guerrero projects belonging to Cayden were worth $4 a share long before El Barqueno became a project of theirs. They may well be again.

Cayden has made incredible progress on their El Barqueno property since May. As a result, the Las Calles piece is relatively meaningless but with a market cap of just under $90 million, either the El Barqueno project is valued at zero or the Las Calles property is valued at zero. I suspect that very soon, the market will begin to get it.

Cayden management has done a wonderful job of keeping a tight share structure. All of the $15 million from Goldcorp was put right back into the ground and what I saw last May as a theory has been proven correct by drilling and trenching. They have their hands on a district level play.

Just how big is the El Barqueno project? In 1983, the President of Mexico,Miguel de la Madrid, said that the El Barqueno district in Jalisco State was the biggest gold project in the world. Developing it would pay off all of Mexico’s debts. At the time, foreigners were not allowed majority ownership of mines in Mexico. The government of Mexico state mining company operated a mine there at the Azteca deposit and took out 250,000 ounces.

The President of Mexico got a little carried away. It’s not the biggest gold mine in the world or universe or solar system. But I’m not going to say it is not the biggest project in Mexico because it might well be.

I said back in May, “I think they can define 5 million ounces in 18 months with 5,000 meters of drilling. And I think it’s a gold belt both richer and bigger than the Guerrero Gold Belt. Cayden needs to be thinking about how they paint some lipstick on this puppy because some major is going to want to take them out within the next two years at something 50 times their current enterprise value.”

I’m going to admit I didn’t get it and I was wrong. I am almost certainly right about the 5 million ounces and 5,000 meters of drilling but this project is a whole lot bigger than 5 million ounces. One day suitors are going to come calling. It was clear that in May, gold was still in a down turn. And while I understood at the first of December that gold bottomed in June and December was nothing more than a retest, now lots of people get it.

Barrick got stiffed in Chile at the Pascua Lama project. Newmont gotscrewed in Peru at their Congas Mine project. Kinross took a giant financial hit in Ecuador when the government literally stole their Fruta del Norte mine from them. Do you see the pattern? As the price of gold went up, governments got more and more greedy. You may correctly assume the big players in the mining game are looking for safer homes.

Mexico has been stupid in the past, there was little outside investment from about 1910 until 1995 when they changed the laws. But Mexico has a long tradition of mining going back to 1522. In my view, it is still leading the rest of the world in the sanity of their mining laws, experience of labor and quality of mining projects today. If you have a really potential project in Mexico, the majors are going to be looking at it closely.

That’s where the Las Callas piece gets really interesting. If Cayden was a junior with nothing but that tiny piece of key ground, Goldcorp would buy it when they absolutely had to have it and not a day before. But you can’t look at the ground and say the price should be dependent on how much gold there belongs to Cayden. The price of that ground is going to be worth all of the gold belonging to Cayden and whatever gold Cayden CONTROLS that actually belongs to Goldcorp. Goldcorp knows how much gold is on their ground next to Cayden. And while Goldcorp owns it, because they can’t mine it without pushing the wall back onto Cayden’s Las Calles ground, Cayden CONTROLS it.

But Cayden is not a tiny junior with only one project. They have two. One of them used to be called the biggest gold project in the world (even if it isn’t.) Someday when senior mining companies want to pick up projects in one of the safest mining jurisdictions in the world, someone is going to put in a bid for El Barqueno. When they do, Goldcorp is going to find their nuts in a wringer. Goldcorp cannot afford to let another major pick up Las Calles. Las Calles is going to force a bidding war for Cayden.

In 1993, after the discovery of the Voisey’s Bay nickel project, Robert Friedland, President of Diamond Resources, convinced Falconbridge to get into a bidding war with Inco for the rights to mine the 141 million tonne, 1.6% nickel deposit. $4.3 billion dollars later, he and his shareholders walked away with happy faces.

It’s important to note that with any auction, you need at least two bidders to get the best price for your shareholders. Goldcorp doesn’t know it but they are already participants in any auction for Cayden. But Cayden understands.

The Spanish began mining at El Barqueno around 1545. Back then, mining gold required far higher grades than today. When I went to see the project in May, I commented that the rock was unlike any gold mineral I had ever seen. It’s a really strange project. It has elements of an epithermal vein system, a shear zone hosted system and an IOCG. (Iron Oxide, Copper and Gold) Over the current 465 square km of concession there literally are hundreds of gold rich vein swarms. It’s not a project for a junior or even a mid-tier. I’d guess you could do $100 million in drilling. It’s that big. While it’s still an exploration target, it has been mined and there is a world of technical data available to see.

Cayden and their brilliant technical team have been busy trenching and starting a 35,000-meter drill program. Results have been exceptional. They have just gotten permits for drilling additional targets and I expect a constant flow of news from the company.

I love the project. Company management has suggested to me that I GOT it before any of the other visitors or letter writers and understood the potential right from the start. I hope that’s true but it’s still meaningless, it’s really easy to see the potential now. I suspect majors will be breathing hard to do a deal. Given the Goldcorp wildcard, I can safely predict the first offer isn’t going to be the price the deal gets done at.

Even though I called the bottom on the stock twice, I simply didn’t have the cash to buy shares at the time and I have yet to own a single share but that’s because of my stupidity, not my view of the project. While Cayden is an advertiser and I have a financial interest in their success, it’s also one of the very top projects and management teams I have visited ever. They will get bought out, there will be a mine unless Fukushima has totally poisoned the Pacific and shareholders are going to walk away with a smile.

Obviously I’m as biased as I can be. Do your own due diligence, please.

CARIBOU CLOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Caribou King Resources Ltd., further to its news releases dated Jan. 30, 2014, and Feb. 12, 2014, has completed its non-brokered private placement of 3.68 million non-flow-through (NFT) units at a price of five cents per NFT unit and 1.5 million flow-through (FT) units at a price of five cents per FT unit for a total gross proceeds of $259,000.

Each NFT unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share at a price of six cents per warrant share until Feb. 18, 2016.

Each FT unit comprises one share and one-half of one warrant of the company. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one warrant share at a price of 10 cents per warrant share until Feb. 12, 2016.

All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a hold period with the FT units expiring on June 13, 2014, and the NFT units expiring on June 19, 2014.

With respect to the FT units, the company issued to the finders under the offering a total of 120,000 finders' warrants to purchase up to 120,000 non-flow-through common shares in the capital of the company at a price of five cents per finder's warrant share for a period of 18 months. In addition, the company paid cash commissions to the finders totalling $6,000.

The company did not pay finders' fees or issue finders' warrants with respect to the NFT units of the offering."

CARIBOU BEGINS DRILL PROGRAM AT MULLOY 10 KM WEST OF ZENYATTA'S ALBANY GRAPHITE PROJECT, ONTARIO

A drill program has now commenced at Caribou King Resources Ltd.'s 100-per-cent-owned Mulloy graphite project, located approximately 10 kilometres west of Zenyatta Ventures Ltd.'s Albany graphite project in Ontario. The Company has engaged drillers Acklo Diamond Drilling (Timmins, ON) to complete an initial 2,000 meters core drilling program, to confirm historic drilling by Shell Canada Resources Ltd. that encountered 90% visual graphite over 38.46 meters on its Mulloy graphite project (see news release, August 15, 2013) and to test new electromagnetic (EM) conductor targets identified through geophysics conducted in late 2013. Earlier this week the Company announced that it signed an exploration agreement with the Constance Lake First Nations to continue exploration at Mulloy (see news release, January 27, 2013).

The 100-per-cent-owned Mulloy graphite project is located 10 kilometres west of the Zenyatta Ventures Albany graphite project in Ontario. Earlier this week the company announced that it signed an exploration agreement with the Constance Lake First Nations to continue exploration at Mulloy and anticipates that 2014 drilling will begin shortly.

CARIBOU CONFIRMS SEVERAL EM CONDUCTORS OVER 600 METERS IN LENGTH AT MULLOY GRAPHITE PROJECT, ONTARIO

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has confirmed several significant electromagnetic conductors on its Mulloy graphite project, located roughly 10 kilometres west of the Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. Albany graphite project in Ontario. Four electromagnetic (EM) conductors are confirmed, three of which have a strike length over 700 meters, with the fourth striking over 600 meters in length, and all conductors remain open along strike. Each of the conductors corresponds in part with magnetic lows that are believed to indicate graphite mineralization, and one conductor is supported in part by historical drilling that encountered several intervals of graphite mineralization as described in detail below.

Michael England, CEO & Director states, "Our Mulloy property continues to demonstrate a great potential for significant graphite mineralization. Just as we expected from our earlier reconnaissance geophysics, the EM conductors are much larger than initially indicated, with a good correlation between conductivity and non-magnetic character expected for graphite mineralization. Our drill permits are expected shortly, we have a drill ready, and most importantly, we have road access directly to our drill targets."

A total of seventeen line-kilometers of geophysics were completed at a line spacing of 100 meters, and both horizontal loop electromagnetic (HLEM) and magnetic data were collected. The survey focused on an area where reconnaissance HLEM and magnetics identified several anomalies that defined a possible northeast-southwest conductive trend (see news release, September 25, 2013). The new results confirm the previous data, extending four of the individual anomalies into southwest-striking linear conductors up to 800 meters in length that remain open along strike. The southernmost conductor 'A' is roughly 700 meters long, with an apparent broadening and narrowing that suggests a width of up to 100 meters along portions of the conductive zone. Conductors 'B' and 'C' are 630 and 885 meters long respectively, and both exhibit breaks along strike that may indicate offset by cross-structures. Anomaly 'D' is 875 meters long and exhibits broadening and narrowing up to 100 meters in width, as well as some offset along strike. Conductors C and D have significant strike lengths correlated with strong magnetic lows that are very likely due to graphite mineralization. Conductor B is near a historic drill hole that encountered 90% visual graphite in 18.68 meters of graphitic schist, followed by a second graphitic schist intersected over 19.78 meters for a total of 38.46 meters (Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, Report 42F15NE8019). An estimate of true thickness cannot be determined from the historic drilling, and the graphite content is a visual historical estimate and should not be relied upon without lab assay confirmation.

There are still several conductive anomalies identified in the original reconnaissance data to the southwest of the present survey that remain to be further delineated, and will be the focus of future ground-based surveys. The EM conductors from the present survey can be seen in plan view with magnetics on the company website at http://caribouking.com/wpsite/graphite/mulloy.

"CANADA CARBON ACQUIRES CALUMET CLAIMS FROM CARIBOU KING

Canada Carbon Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with Caribou King Resources Ltd. to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in eight claim units contiguous to Canada Carbon's historic Miller graphite mine. The company and Caribou King act at arm's length. The Calumet claims are located 80 kilometres west of Montreal near Grenville, Que. With this new land acquisition, the Miller graphite property will now cover 94.2 square kilometres.

Terms of the agreement

Pursuant to the agreement, the company has agreed to issue Caribou King a total of 200,000 common shares upon the approval of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company has also agreed to pay Caribou King $15,000.

The Calumet claims are subject to an existing 2-per-cent net of processed material returns royalty which can be reduced at any time to 1 per cent by paying $1-million to the royalty holder."

CARIBOU ACQUIRES MONTPELLIER GRAPHITE PROPERTY, QUEBEC

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has acquired the Montpellier graphite property, located approximately 67 kilometres north-northeast of Ottawa, Ont. The property hosts graphite mineralization in a zone 15 meters wide, and exposed through historical drilling and trenching over a strike length of 250 meters. Historical drilling at Montpellier included one drill hole with a weighted average of 10.47% Cg over 44.97 meters and 12.33% Cg over 21.64 meters.

The Montpellier property covers 359 contiguous hectares, with graphite mineralization associated with the highly metamorphosed sedimentary rocks of the Grenville geological sub-province. The lithologies include quartzofeldspathic and garnetiferous paragneiss, with the graphite mineralization occurring as large flakes interbedded parallel to the schistosity of the paragneisses. The main graphite zone has a width of about 15 meters and was traced by means of trenching and drilling for more than 250 meters along strike. Two other graphite zones occur 575 meters east of the main zone of mineralization. Assay results from historical drilling performed in the 1980's reported a weighted average of 10.47% Cg over 44.97 meters and 12.33% Cg over 21.65 meters (1984, Ministere de l'Energie et de Ressources Quebec, Report Nos. GM42965, 80p; GM41744, 41p.). Note that estimates of true thickness were not determined in the historical drilling.

CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD.: MULTIPLE NEW GRAPHITE VEINS AND CONDUCTORS DISCOVERED AT BUCKINGHAM GRAPHITE PROPERTY, QUEBEC

Initial fieldwork and prospecting have resulted in multiple new graphite vein and large flake discoveries at Caribou King Resources Ltd.'s Buckingham graphite property, situated approximately 750 metres west of the historic Walker graphite mine in Quebec that produced graphite from 1876 to 1920. These new discoveries were located in subcrops using a beep mat that returned readings indicating some of the strongest conductors recorded, compared with values from subsurface anomalies detected previously. Disseminated graphite flakes in some exposures exceeded two centimetres in diameter, and have been submitted for assay with results expected shortly.

Multiple new conductors have also been identified along the southeastern border of the property in close proximity to the historic Walker graphite mine. Similar geology is shared throughout the area and follow-up electromagnetic surveys and drilling are planned to test these highly anomalous areas. The Buckingham property comprises eight claim blocks totalling 4.81 square kilometres, situated in southwestern Quebec in the Central Metasedimentary belt of the Grenville geologic province. Graphite occurs in veins or is disseminated within diopside skarn, marble and gneiss.

Michael England, chief executive officer and director states: "Buckingham is yet another significant graphite discovery in our portfolio of highly prospective graphite properties. With recent graphite discoveries at our TAC, Calumet and Mulloy properties, the success at Buckingham is the fourth in a series of successful exploration programs. CARIBOU WELCOMES MR. REJEAN GOSSELIN TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has appointed Rejean Gosselin to its board of directors.

Mr. Gosselin obtained a master's degree in geology from Universite Laval in 1979. For over 30 years, he has been a director and officer of Canadian public mining companies active in North and South America and in Africa. In the early 2000s, Mr. Gosselin served as president and chief executive officer of Diabras Exploration Inc. (name changed to Sierra Metals inc.) when this company reopened the Bolivar copper-zinc mine and the Cusi silver mine in northern Mexico. Both mines are still operating today. More recently, Mr. Gosselin founded and helped financed Maya Gold & Silver. He is chairman of the board of Maya which became a key player on the mining scene in Morocco where it will soon reopen the Zgounder silver mine.

Electromagnetic conductors are present on Caribou King Resources Ltd.'s Calumet property, identified from an airborne VTEM survey conducted by Canada Carbon on its Miller mine graphite project in Quebec (see Canada Carbon news release dated Oct. 8, 2013). The northeastern portion of the Calumet claims adjoins the eastern block of the Miller Mine. Overlap from the airborne survey reveals that anomalies of similar magnitude and dimension are present on the northeastern portion of the Calumet claims.

To the west of the Calumet claims, the western block of the Miller Claims also exhibits a high number of EM targets. All of the Calumet claims lie between these two blocks. Man-made features on the Calumet property itself inhibit the usefulness of an airborne survey, but a ground-based HLEM survey is presently being considered. A beep mat survey and prospecting is also planned for Calumet, following the discovery of graphitic marble on the property (see news release, September 18, 2013).

NEW GRAPHITE DISCOVERIES AT CARIBOU'S TAC PROPERTY IN QUEBEC

Multiple graphite occurrences have been exposed on Caribou King Resources Ltd.'s 100-per-cent-owned TAC graphite property in Quebec. The graphite was exposed during road repair following logging activity in the area, and includes a massive graphite zone exposed over roughly one square meter at surface. The prospecting team sampled the massive graphite with a portable drill (Shaw Tool, Yamhill, Oregon) recovering 34 centimeters of graphitic schist followed by 30 cm of mostly graphite. Drilling stopped due to mechanical problems, terminating in graphite at 74 cm. The true thickness of the graphite zone is unknown, and efforts are underway to expose more of the graphite along strike. Both core samples, each roughly 25mm in diameter, have been sent for assay with results expected in the coming weeks. The massive graphite exposure correlates with a conductor identified from ground geophysical surveys that were recently completed by the Company. The dipole-dipole induced polarization (IP) and magnetic surveys were conducted by Vision Exploration (Timmins, ON) with a total of 4.2 line-km of IP 4.8 km of magnetics completed on the property. Additional graphitic outcrops have been identified elsewhere on the property as follow-up to the surveys and these are also being sampled. Permitting for line cutting and drilling has also been applied for, with further geophysics to define targets for drilling in the coming weeks. CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD.: SEVEN CONDUCTORS NOW IDENTIFIED OVER A 1.6 KILOMETER CORRIDOR AT MULLOY NEAR ZENYATTA'S ALBANY GRAPHITE PROJECT

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has identified three new eletromagnetic (EM) conductors on its 100-per-cent-owned Mulloy graphite project, located 10 kilometres west of Zenyatta Ventures' Albany graphite project in Ontario. A broad, northwest-trending corridor of seven EM conductors has now been established that parallels the regional aeromagnetic trend for over 1.6 kilometers and remains open in all directions. Permits for line-cutting and drilling have been submitted and are expected shortly, after which a grid will be established to further refine the strike length of the conductive corridor.

Two additional horizontal loop EM survey lines were conducted on existing roads located southwest of the initial north-south claim line survey (L0) that identified the four previous conductors (see news release Sept. 11, 2013). One new conductor was encountered on a NW-trending road located one kilometer southwest of the L0 survey, and two conductors were identified on a second NW-trending road located 1.6km from the L0 survey. These two conductors are 175m apart and approximately 1.5km southwest of the historic graphite discovery hole by Shell Canada Resources Ltd. that encountered 90% visual graphite in 18.68 meters of graphitic schist, followed by a second graphitic schist intersected over 19.78 meters for a total of 38.46 meters (see news release, August 15, 2013). The total depth of the drill hole was 182.70 meters and is located approximately 10 kilometers west of the Zenyatta's Albany graphite project. An estimate of true thickness cannot be determined from the historic drilling, and the graphite content is a visual historical estimate and should not be relied upon without lab assay confirmation.

Our recent fieldwork has established a broad corridor with multiple conductors that align with the orientation of underlying regional magnetics, and our historic drillhole with substantial graphite intersections lies within this corridor. Most likely there is a lot more to come when they start to drill.
Other plays pick up surrounding land all the time when a discovery is made, gold, silver, oil, potash and most never have anything on it, CKR seems to have a nice historical hole right in the middle of this cross section.
Then there is the Calumet graphite right next door to Canada Carbon CCB, so far it seems to have the same stuff that CCB had when it first started to explore for graphite

September 19th, 2013, VANCOUVER, B.C. – CARIBOU KING RESOURCES LTD. (“Caribou” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: CKR) (CB8–FRANKFURT) has posted the 1.6 kilometer-long geophysical cross-section for its Mulloy graphite project, located ten kilometers west of the Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. (TSX-V: ZEN) Albany graphite project in Ontario. The cross-section identifies four electromagnetic (EM) conductors along a north-south line that crosses the approximate position of a historical drill hole that encountered high visual graphite over 38.46 meters (see news release, August 15, 2013).
Re-examination of the data indicates that the geophysical cross-section, initially reported to be 325 meters in length (see news release, September 10, 2013), is actually 1,600 meters in length, with the four individual EM lows (conductors) each separated by roughly 300 meters over 900 meters of the survey length. "September 19th, 2013, Vancouver, BC, Canada – Canada Carbon Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: CCB) is
pleased to announce that further trenching in the VN1 discovery area has revealed a new graphite occurrence
(VN2) that is 25 metres (“m”) from VN1. The new VN2 discovery is up to 1.5 m thick and can be followed for
over 3 m in length at surface. Multiple secondary graphite veins were also identified and are associated with a
total of six mineralized pods of metric to pluri-metric size visual graphite of which assays are pending. Drilling
has also confirmed that the graphitic vein system extends to a depth of at least 39 m beneath the VN2 surface
occurrences. The technical team will continue to review the trench and drill data to better assess the graphite
mineralization.
R. Bruce Duncan, CEO & Director of Canada Carbon states, “We have just begun to scratch the surface of this

The veins and pods of high grade graphite mineralization are aligned in a NE-SW orientation and follow the
contact between marble and paragneiss. The total trench length for the mineralized corridor is 52 m and is open

"CARIBOU KING DISCOVERS GRAPHITIC MARBLE ON CALUMET GRAPHITE PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO CANADA CARBON'S MILLER MINE

Caribou King Resources Ltd. has discovered graphitic marble and sulphidic blocks on the 100-per-cent-owned Calumet graphite prospect contiguous to Canada Carbon's Miller hydrothermal lump-vein graphite mine, located approximately 96 kilometres west of Montreal. Graphitic marble and sulphidic blocks are features present on the neighbouring Miller historic graphite mine area, 790 metres to the east, and are related to a hydrothermal graphite vein system. (Readers are cautioned that there is no guarantee that mineralization of the extent that exists at the Miller mine will be identified on the company's Calumet project.)

Phase 1 fieldwork at Calumet also discovered graphite outcropping that will be further explored using a beep-mat survey along the contact area to further isolate pegmatite bodies and graphite mineralization. Conclusions from the first phase of exploration include a good geological context and a high-potential area for graphite mineralization. Further sampling is now under way on the property, as well as mapping, line cutting, beep-mat surveys and induced polarization geophysical surveys.

Caribou King's Calumet project geologist, Steven Lauzier, PGeo, stated: "The graphitic marble block discovered at Calumet shows the high potential of the area and also reveals that more graphite mineralization can be present in the immediate area, probably due to a similar mineralization process as the Miller graphite hydrothermal system. The sulphidic block is also an indicator that hydrothermal processes may have happened in the area."

Mr. Lauzier recently completed exploration on the historic Miller graphite mine that is being explored by Canada Carbon, and adjoins the Calumet project on the east and north sides of the property.

Mr. Lauzier further commented: "The Calumet property shares a similar lithology with the Miller mine and is highly prospective for the large-flake graphite mineralization similar to that at the adjacent Miller mine. Many areas of particular interest have been marked out and will be further explored."
