"CARIBOU APPOINTS MANFRED SCHAUER TO ADVISORY BOARD
Caribou King Resources Ltd. has appointed Manfred Schauer to the company's advisory board.
Mr. Schauer is a seasoned international banker, entrepreneur and investor with over 44 years of business experience, 37 years of which he worked and lived in the Asia Pacific region. He was educated in Germany, followed by a 15-year career with Deutsche Bank. Based in Hong Kong as regional treasurer he was responsible for asset and liability and risk management, in addition to all money market and foreign exchange trading operations for Deutsche Bank's Asia Pacific subsidiary network in 13 countries. Mr. Schauer was then responsible for developing similar regional treasury capabilities for two other international banks based in Hong Kong and Japan for another five years. From New Zealand Mr. Schauer now runs his own independent consulting business which has involved a wide range of international projects from corporate finance to property development to technology and to the resources sector.
