CARIBOU WELCOMES MR. REJEAN GOSSELIN TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Caribou King Resources Ltd. has appointed Rejean Gosselin to its board of directors.
Mr. Gosselin obtained a master's degree in geology from Universite Laval in 1979. For over 30 years, he has been a director and officer of Canadian public mining companies active in North and South America and in Africa. In the early 2000s, Mr. Gosselin served as president and chief executive officer of Diabras Exploration Inc. (name changed to Sierra Metals inc.) when this company reopened the Bolivar copper-zinc mine and the Cusi silver mine in northern Mexico. Both mines are still operating today. More recently, Mr. Gosselin founded and helped financed Maya Gold & Silver. He is chairman of the board of Maya which became a key player on the mining scene in Morocco where it will soon reopen the Zgounder silver mine.
Michael England, CEO and director, states: "We are very excited to have Mr. Gosselin join Caribou's team. Mr. Gosselin's experience in taking projects to production will be an important asset for Caribou as it develops its numerous graphite projects in both Quebec and Ontario."
