Looking at Matvieshen's twitter account and linkdin, it looks like he's dropped off the radar for the time being. Probably laying low until the dust settles working on his next scam. I wonder where he'll surface next. When he does, investors would be wise to duck and run for cover.

Vancouver, BC - UC Resources Ltd. ("UC" or the “Company”, TSX-V: UC)

UC Resources has entered into negotiations to define a strategic relationship with Sunvault Energy Inc. (OTC: SVLT) for the provision of power and energy storage at their La Yesca facility. The Company has experienced continual seasonal power interruptions that have caused mill operations at La Yesca to be intermittent. Ensuring power stability will better enable consistency in mill flow operation.
The two companies have agreed to prepare and enter into an initial letter of intent and then a 90 day due diligence period to be followed by a final agreement. Upon a successful conclusion to that agreement, installation of Sunvault Power generation and storage products will commence at the mining site.

Part of the due diligence process will be for Sunvault Energy and UC Resources to explore a distribution relationship whereby UC Resources will be able to demonstrate, represent and distribute the Sunvault Energy systems in the mining environment of Mexico. Compensation for the power project to be provided by Sunvault will be determined by the agreement, the amount of power to be supplied and may be subject to TSX approval.

Pwei is done ..and dsti less valuable..but I do not discount mike matveshien creative ability to somehow move "paper" from pwei to dsti and eventually Slmu? Unfortunately, mikes creativity might not jive with legal requirements.

The company is also to receive senior secured preferred shares of PacWest Equities with a par value of 27 million dollars for the sale of DayStar's CIGS technology assets. IF you can believe PacWest press releases they have a plan, and funding. Which is a far cry from anything Michael Matvieshen could accomplish. Can't ever tell if Pac is for real. I wish them well. As you say..."if" they can prosper it could help DSTI. Heaven knows DayStar needs help.

pwei is halted --- until oct. 1st --- by sec
so much for this helping dsti ....

no association with dsti ... except dsti owns lots of pwei shares it received from march deal

if pwei kept rising, would have made dsti worth more .... and possibly, if dsti could have sold some/all of its pwei shares, the money they raised from sale could have financed some of the deals they had trouble financing

svlt stock is up 25% on very little volume --- still a huge spread at svlt

for what its worth, dsti owns a large chunk of pwei stock --- from march 25th, 2013 deal

pwei is extremely active today - and up 85% today

personally, i think pwei is a notorious pump and dump ....

but if pwei is waking up .... and svlt wakes up (dsti owns 20% of svlt) ... this could awaken dsti !!!!

I'm pretty sure Mikey is doing nothing. What I hear is he is sitting back HOPING SunVault becomes worth something so he can borrow against DSTI's 20% interest. Right now that plan is not working well as SVLT is looking like another SLMU, DSTI. Mikey can only take a company in one direction. Pump it up, sell a bunch of shares, watch it die.

Dsti previously "suspended" in April from Nasdaq, July 8 news now officially delists dsti from Nasdaq. I think the previous news that the accounting firm bailed, and immediate pr that mike matveshien announced as special advisory council was no coincidence. Mike has been very creative with both slm" (which has ceased operations) and dsti.. I am trying to verify that mikes Canadian court visits have satisfied his tax liabilities this summer. Frankly, I am a fan of mikes for all the wrong (unethical) reasons. His mischiefs have rewarded me.

Don't think so. I was on the management conference call. They have M.I.T., several scientists formerly with Kodak, as well as the inventors of the technology from U of BC, all heavily involved. I'm not saying this will revolutionize the world but they are on to something here. Even if it only works on a small scale it makes for an interesting start up. Investors need to blow off Icemans hype and remember start ups are always a big risk.

If SVLT has such disruptive solar technolgy, why didn't Goldman Sachs or Merrill Lynch take the company public and raise 100 million or more?
