pwei is halted --- until oct. 1st --- by sec
so much for this helping dsti ....

no association with dsti ... except dsti owns lots of pwei shares it received from march deal

if pwei kept rising, would have made dsti worth more .... and possibly, if dsti could have sold some/all of its pwei shares, the money they raised from sale could have financed some of the deals they had trouble financing

see what happens in october
