IF you can believe PacWest press releases they have a plan, and funding. Which is a far cry from anything Michael Matvieshen could accomplish. Can't ever tell if Pac is for real. I wish them well. As you say..."if" they can prosper it could help DSTI. Heaven knows DayStar needs help.
