I was just testing to see whether the disclosure "signature" (which some jerkoffs have begun insisting that I include in my posts) was functioning or not - so I tested it on this board....

Probably looks (appeared) to you as though I was intending to "take over" this board and use it as some sort of "investment advice" board or something.....

Well.....Fear not Dr. fung_derF - For I've no such intention.....

LOL - I actually put an antenna up myself, it just wasn't high enough to get clear reception. I could get the ABC station on some days when the clouds were low.

I spent the majority of my childhood doing things outside. When I got older and joined the Air Force, I got cable, but watched sports instead of sit-coms.

CBS and NBC were local channels. ABC came out of a town that was further away. We could get it with an antenna. My parents were divorced when I was 12. Mom didn't know how to put up an antenna, and Dad wasn't around to do it.

Mork and Mindy was funny. I watched it some.

We only got CBS and NBC when I was growing up. I missed out on a lot of the ABC shows. I was more interested in playing outside, than sitting in the house listening to the mind numbing canned laughter.

When I was a teen, Mom would make it when I hunted rabbits. It's sweet and sour rabbit, that she would fix in a pressure cooker. My best friend loved it but I wasn't such a huge fan. When we had it, he was always invited. I would eat something else, lol.

This isn't the same recipe Mom used, but similar.

I'm not as bad as my Grandma. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff she would eat. She grew up in the Great Depression era, and wasted absolutely nothing.

One of my favorite "grandma moments" was her saying that a cow's tongue was the perfect shape for a sandwich. lol

We used to butcher chickens (actually I still do), Grandma would skin the feet, and boil them. Then pick out the tiniest little bit of meat she could find.

Ever had pickled pig's feet?

I like trying different foods. The kids aren't home much anymore. When they were growing up, we would have "redneck Wednesday" dinners. That's where I'd fry supper. I got Alligator nuggets once. I found it in the grocery store, it was pre-breaded gator tail pcs. A little gamey, but not too bad if dipped in tartar sauce.
