I'm not as bad as my Grandma. You wouldn't believe some of the stuff she would eat. She grew up in the Great Depression era, and wasted absolutely nothing.
One of my favorite "grandma moments" was her saying that a cow's tongue was the perfect shape for a sandwich. lol
We used to butcher chickens (actually I still do), Grandma would skin the feet, and boil them. Then pick out the tiniest little bit of meat she could find.

I like trying different foods. The kids aren't home much anymore. When they were growing up, we would have "redneck Wednesday" dinners. That's where I'd fry supper. I got Alligator nuggets once. I found it in the grocery store, it was pre-breaded gator tail pcs. A little gamey, but not too bad if dipped in tartar sauce.
