the wild gyrations were not all covering
a lot of re-shorting occured IMO
I don't see anything in the way this trades that
would lead me to believe it is worth trading on the
basis of a 'naked or dressed caught short'.

Then you are unlikely to be able to share your position of CCDX with the NIR Group LLC are you? When most people use the word "we" they include themselves in the group term.
Get back to work flogging Viagra or Stamps or Coin Collections or whatever your bucket shop is peddling today.
Does that keep your poor wife, girlfreind and child fed?

irockupet OT:OT : no its all the below in reverse
------------------------------------------
ot: Are the FTDs as legitimate to holders of CSHD as the FHAL shares, the true float?
_no the FTD’s represent the option to own it upon sale (win lose or draw), but do not represent a vote of the Corp. Also your cash has been exchanged for a promise of * whatever instead of the actual. Therefore ergo in any recognized form it is considered counterfeit.
Is my understanding, an even thought about NOBO DTC and FTD?
_refine your question without the marbles
Can Rufus move to force the naked shares (FTD) to be filled?
_No, it is my opinion that would be impossible.
This then would require the MM's and Broker/Dealers to pay whatever price holders of the true float would like.
This? I assume you are saying CSHD constant flow of $1 +/- liquidity
Please confirm./
If cornered in a Byrne style over leverage pyramid, the hedged victim will do all possible to alert the SRO in a variety of wild trading styles that increases momentum and volatility in combinations that alert.
Where people buy and sell – that’s all conjecture and is mostly FTD’s it seems.

Is it only those that hold certs that can demand a high gtc sell, in this case?
Is this case total imagination, or an actual glimpse? IMHO
Hedgepoop
Hedgies - especially the lesser known ones have been dousing themselves in leverage gasoline for years. I'm amazed that REFCO didn't create more of a stir with most over leveraged deals. Refco was clearly sailing out on the edge of the wind swapping the Toxic on and off like a hot potato!,what unbelievable balls Goldman and Philip et al had to imagine that Refco could have withstood SEC transparency!
I can just imagine the pre IPO set up @ Goldmn "well Philip what exactly is this item hopping on and off, it simply doesnt make sense, could you summmarize it for us?".....glazed eyes as the bankers dream about 6% and warrants ......
CSHD - a puzzle isn't it?
who in their right mind would be sitting on the bid
mouth wide open buying it?
It reminds me of a huge cover trade, it looks like
a huge cover trade,it reeks of hedge fund activity
wouldn't you say?
I'd say by the markets acceptance of Rufus's deal and
the never ending flac that been hurled on it from all sides
we have witnessed a fantastic example of how hedge funds move their highly unusual assets from one beach to another! ARRrGGGGG!!!
There's plenty of reasons to believe
that these respectable (did I say that?) Hedge funds
(read wanton leverage junkies) have made amateur's
mistakes in over leverage especially in their equity scavanger hunting.
I reckon that after the Master SAC himself
showed us in the WSJ what a really ordinary
guy he really is, and that having hundreds of millions
in ART alone is okay (I wonder what SAC pays for shower curtains????) and SAC thinks 8000 hedge hogs out there is 6000 too many.
They better get that EXIT door widened
he was "reconstituting" mortgage bonds as I remember
all on Kidders kited credit LOL
the Brit who gambled UK's Barings Bank chasing the Nikkei is another one. When the Masters of the Universe impolde it makes a nice whoooshing sound in several time zones :)
BTW "EARTY Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
WSJ reports 32 year old Brian Hunter
had a stellar 2005 trading energy
so they let him off the leash to trade
from Calgary where he evidentially churned
through $5bn of the funds leverage / money
he had lost the sense of what was paper profit and what was
actual losses chasing the gassy rabbit down the hole
reminds me of joe jett @ kidder in the old days
No Kidding?
Any evidence?

Marco Chavarria
Acting President
Netco Investments, Inc./Privada
why dont you try acting like you have a passport eh?
---------------------------------------------------------
Mr. Chavarria:
The Transfer Agent agreement clearly states that the transfer agent has a lien on all corporate records and documents until his bill is settled in full. This agreement was signed, to the best of my knowledge, before Mr. Taylor even came on the scene (just to spare you the conspiracy theories). Moreover, this is standard industry practice. Feel free to confirm this with the DTCC, SEC or any transfer agent you may call.
I believe the current amount due and owing is $16,430.35 (as of March 2006), plus incurred legal fees from this litigation (pursuant to the indemnity provision in the agreement; again, absolutely standard and I encourage you to check on that).
If you are prepared to settle the bill, please contact me and I will update the invoice and tally the legal fees. Upon clearance of your check, I will have the records shipped to an address of your choice straight-away.
Please advise of your intentions.

Dear Mr. Shichtman:
This communication is for settlement purposes only with respect to ongoing litigation.
To date, I have not received any communication from your office as to my objection to your client's so-called "lien" of the corporate records of Netco.
As such, I am preparing to issue a widely distributed press release calling on regulators to take appropriate action.
Your client is hereby directed to provide all corporate records to:
Netco Investments, Inc.
100 Congress Center, Suite 2000
Austin TX 78701
The above address is the only authorized address for communications with your client.
If your client is amenable to providing the records, no further action will need to be taken on the part of this office. Please advise me in this regard.

Bloated pigs require research
I'll enter the competition only if you promise that IF I win

BTW -- fit tea at stash C ??????????????
you remember the old guy that croaked recently?
seems his family uncovered multiple skullduggaries
above and beyond what was suspected.
seems that 'investors' have been calling the abode
looking for a) the cash they entrusted him to buy shares with on their behalf and b) those very same shares that they thought they owned. I don't want to speak ill of the dead
so I'll leave it at that.
But to say I'm dissapointed is a .............
