oh and i love the rear admiral board members. You almost couldn't make this stuff up. but they do
every now and then i like to come back and see if fools and their money still like to part ways. Ulysses is no different than FGFC. Hayter, Fauzie, Clayton all work from the same playbook. The company moves from optical stores to security software???????? PLEASE forgive me if i'm a bit skeptical. I love the talk of big customers on the horizon, but they can't quite name the customer yet.
Remember the land purchase in Ontario. by the toyota plant.
OHH, and they hired counsel to look at strange trading in the stock. Boy, never heard that one before now have we.
And they even give out revenue projections too. Shocking that the market cap of the company is smaller than just one months projected revenue. Hmmmm, what do you believe? The market or the projections.
take the 6 cents while you can. it will never get any higher. you all should know better by now. hasn't fgfc, the restaurants, hayter, fauzie, hdsn taught anyone anything. i can't believe that anyone would fall for the optical store thing. In the backwaters of ithaca no less. and now they are going to be a web based security company too!! these guys are good. oh and don't worry too much about the transfer agent thing--they'll get that cleared up real soon i'm sure.
RIGHHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Hayter and crew still all around this one.
Sell while you still can. I firmly believe this one will end up like all of its previous shells.
WORTHLESS!!!!!
Haven't been around in awhile. I see the share price is hanging in there. But I see the old tricks are starting to materialize here too.
Lets see, a 1:1 stock dividend. Huh, why would anyone do that? Of course to add more shares to the company. Increase float so insiders can sell more without it being so obvious.
And buying a dot com business. With shares no less.
Hmmmmm, the share count is going higher and higher. Just like I predicted.
i believe more shares are coming. they will have some reason for it, or better yet won't even talk about it. they'll just issue shares.
these guys will sell until there is not a single buyer left.
its hayters pattern, over and over again.
Major, you really believe that float?
or that authorized and outstanding figure.
try out this scenario,
1. buy a shell from fauzie for $25,000 (probably high)
2. already have, or acquire some beat up optical store in some small town nobody ever gets too. maybe costs you $25,000 as a down payment. (probably high too)
3. put out a bunch of press releases that maybe cost about a grand.
4. this is the good part. sell about 10 million shares through HDSN at an average of say 5 cents. this nets you half a million.
5. Oh yeah, if you issue more shares the profits keep rolling in. by the way, anyone checked the share count lately at the transfer agent?
posters seem to think because they have an optical store there is no way it can be a scam. get real.
well i told you to sell at 10 cents, and at 3 cents. now its 1.5 cents. what don't you peeps get, its going to .0001 eventually.
its gone from 10 cents to 3 cents!!!!!
next stop will be subpenny. trust me, it go there.
the connections to hayter are established. don't get caught up in the pr hype again. revenue forecasts, lines of credit, new businesses. the pattern is always the same. oh yeah, is this one going to reduce share count and move to a bigger exchange too? yeah right.
i warned you on fgfc, and i'm doing it here. sell now and save yourself 3 cents per share.
eventually its over.
i tried to do some due diligence on "Island Associates"
there is nothing out there. tell me what you have and i'll gladly retract what i said.
I know, the bulls will come back with Dawn's optician license and the pictures of Westtown Optical.
I sure would like to know the history of Westtown Optical.
Who did they buy it from?
How about some addresses for Island or Bridge Brokers.
So all we got is is Dawn the optician. Why is it that when you google Clayton you get nothing? ZERO
The next Pearl Vision? It looks more and more like a reincarnation of FGFC and Fauzie's deal everyday.
Get real,
Bridge Brokers.....no physical record of these guys
Island Associates..........no past or present either
I'm surprised this is still at .08. Sell it while you can, it will be the best price you'll ever get.
???? to your p m
I am back, thank you.
now back to business.
outside of the press releases there is no record of a cw young or dawn p young on google. does cw have a legitimate name? reminds me of e. abraham rosenman. what did CW do before becoming the king of optical stores.
Ithica, thats where we are starting huh? Anyone walked inside this store yet? Is it still open?
Where are the Ulysses Holding Corps offices? I hope it's not in CW's basement.
They haven't even been a company for a month yet and already they are giving revenue forecasts? Well I geuss FGFC gave revenue forecasts too.
I got lots of questions, but lets mull over these for the time being.
any tangible record of "Island Associates"
reminds me of trying to find out who abe rosenman was.
does this sound familiar. reducing share count, moving to a better exchange, doing acquisitions.
why anyone would fall for the same story again and again is beyond me.
first the commercial real estate and loan business
second the new fauzie whatever, and now
retail optical stores!!!
good grief, call me at .0001
Liable, how anyone who has been around this board for more than a few days could ever own prsu is beyond me. the same group (hayter..etc) keeps shafting investors over and over and over.
same playbook, same pr's, same hype, same outcome
stock plunges eventually to .0001
please people move on. you know who Galo is.
dutchy, i always wondered if you are part of the hayter crew or not.
feel like fessing up after all this time
dutchy, you still hanging on to ncfc, the old fgfc?
hey people, just went out to the old fgfc site for fun. I see i'm still banned for claiming the whole fgfc thing was a fraud. some dude named flying dutchmen thought i was just a basher and didn't like my call. does fauzy have anything planned for ncfc?
i see alot of the folks from the old fgfc days are still hanging around. are you just holding on because it makes no sense to sell at .0005 or is there some hope being held out for fauzy and crew?
let me know.
go go go
go go go
bear strearns starts with a buy
going higher
don't look now but its breaking the downtrend
shares are changing hands. going from old bondholders to new shareholders.
i have a $21 price target. not quite a penny stock, but i'll take it.
major, still hanging around all these Hayter shells. believe me his tentacles are still in all of these. my call is tsxt will eventually be sub-penny.
others have thoughts on this?
the pain
the party is almost over, this is a zero shot eventually
everyday the market is finally realizing that there is nothing here.
6 to 3 to zero
thats my call
where do i see it going?? zero eventually!
no joke
wow, cbay at .0001
well, i had no doubt it would be here eventually
if you ever think this is going back up , think again. its dead.
best you can hope for is a to turn this bad boy into a shell and start from scratch.
good luck
i alreday outlined whats happening here!!!!!!!
my thesis is just coming to fruition. has already hit the $3's and sliced through thee 200 day moving average like a knife through butter.
Sell now, it will sting a bit, but you'll be much better off than selling it later in the $1's
IF you need to ask you probably already know the answer.
Which is "ARE YOU KIDDING"
stock is hitting new short term lows, while the rest of the uraniums are doing well.
think about and you'll know what the market is telling you.
get out before the major collapse.
south, i agree with the info you have. uranium is going to be a good commodity for some time. the dispute i have is that URME is not the right play.
these are not miners, they are stock manipulators.
there are so many good and real uranium plays its a shame anyone would invest in this one
why all the animosity here lately? opinion differences make markets. its all good. one side wins , the other loses.
i believe the losers are going to be urme stock holders.
the winners will be the ones who stay away.
Or -- do you think the script is
1. Get money from gullible investors who are blinded by uranium greed
2. Acquire some fairly worthless mineral lease rights
3. Press release vague drilling initiatives and timelines
2. Management issues and sells shares whenever possible
3. Management pays themselves nice salaries and bonuses
4. surprisingly over time mineral acerage never quite yields any uranium
5. Investors finally wake up and punish the stock to well under a dollar
6. Management either moves on or restructures the company into another hype company
If there was economically viable uranium reserves in Goliad don't you think some mining company would have already started mining there? Someone with alot deeper financial pockets than URME. Do you really think URME has stumbled onto some giant uranium strike that no other more mature mining company overlooked in the vast unchartered wild of Texas.
The press release is laughable. so they can dig some in texas.
they have no money to dig. if they find some investors foolish enough to buy the eight million shares maybe they can start to dig again.
