Ya, company must file 8K with the SEC within four business days of the event. 4 days
Either before or After the Material Event. Last reverse merger I watched, the 8K was filed within 4 days post closing of merger. Not sure why.

My bad, you’re 100% right. Schedule Form 14A field with SEC. Wouldn’t the same laws / regulations apply with info disclosed on this form? Same as 8K, no misleading forwArd looking statements ? I’d assume it would, what’s your thoughts ?

Despite what’s is being said, any potential Merger announcement wouldn’t be announced during a Earnings call. If the Merger is completed by 5/19 (Shareholders meeting); it’ll be announced via Press Release and/or during the shareholders meeting. This company has value, Good luck.

Hey, I’ve been watching SOAN and this forum for over a year. SOAN doesn’t appear to be thriving business in anyway. The most recent talk of a possible Reverse Merger with Diabetes Research is based on a Letter of Intent that expired over a year ago. Nothing here.
