What I’m tracking currently.

1. The issue with debt was really causing issues with share price. Was this a Reality?
2. Funding isn’t a good thing to bank on with any stock.
3. How exactly has Dodd been doing with his sales pitch? Obviously this would be a sign of buy our securities?
4. This stock isn’t garbage, it’s old leadership was?

Granted these are more questions than anything but hopefully good enough to start some convos.
If my questions are flawed explain it. People are gonna point out flaws anyways so might as well invite the convo:)

Honestly if I’m not mistaken this is a suitable gain for the day any more and we should be worried about over saturated buys followed by a sell of from the get rich quickies.
It’s got a steady uptick over the past few months. Give GOVX a chance and funding to make this vaccine along with others like HIV and this could be the next Bayer. A preventative HIV vaccine alone could revolutionize the world we live in. Plus the profits from such a product would rival COVID-19 vaccine in the long haul.

Well the list of officers has been updated. Along with an annual filing made on the 18th of this month.
I feel like the state website isn’t exactly functioning properly so data isn’t complete.

Yeah I seen that as well definitely a big question on that transaction.
Honestly that was a pretty big hit and hopefully it doesn’t get hit like that till the month end.
We seriously need some news on the status of the process or something.
Granted the Auditing process can take weeks and hopefully Rene hasn’t over estimated the time needed to process everything.

According to the link I have found from one of the Alabama web sites there are a lot af things that must happen for the restructuring to be completed and transferred legally.

In other words it’s not a quick rubber stamp type thing but rather a visit by the state to inspect every single building along with everything related like doctors and such.
Guess you can think of it as an audit.
