According to the link I have found from one of the Alabama web sites there are a lot af things that must happen for the restructuring to be completed and transferred legally.

In other words it’s not a quick rubber stamp type thing but rather a visit by the state to inspect every single building along with everything related like doctors and such.
Guess you can think of it as an audit.
It might be a minute my state is slow as molasses.
