I find it somewhat reassuring that there are no sells for NXPL.

If this is saying what I believe it is then Rodney has made quite a bit of money in this venture, and stands to make a lot more. If he's making this as #2 how much is #1 making?

Ive had my share of no brainers turn into migrains. Somehow, the "forward looking statements" allow them to screw current public shareholders.
It won't happen without a class action. I have a lawyer waiting to see what happens in the next month.
Im not a lawyer, and trying to read these things is painfull but i didn't read that RXMD will be disolved but rather become a subsidiary. Also, could you point to the benefits section, or are you using that term as a generality?
And this,
As of the record date for the Special Meeting, 27.0% of the outstanding shares of Progressive Care common stock and all of the outstanding shares of Progressive Care Series B preferred stock, representing 41.1% of the voting power of the outstanding shares of common stock and Series B preferred stock, were owned by NextPlat, and an additional aggregate 11.7% of the outstanding shares of Progressive Care common stock were held by Charles M. Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of NextPlat and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Progressive Care, and Rodney Barreto, a director of NextPlat and Progressive Care, or by entities that they own. As a result, approval of the Business Combination Proposal at the Special Meeting is, as a practical matter, assured.
None if your votes count, this is from the S-4...
As NextPlat and certain affiliates of Progressive Care and NextPlat currently own an aggregate of approximately 53% of the voting power of Progressive Care’s outstanding capital stock, including all of the outstanding shares of the Series B Preferred Stock, such approval is, as a practical matter, assured.
Wow, even I understood what they were saying. You should probably just stick to index funds!
That was who i suspected all these years of the one sided deletions.
Alias born on 7/2. Either you are fernandez or one of his cronies. Either way, your valuation is a joke. You might want to kook for a better lawyer.
What is the $204,000 long-term debt due to coronavirus relief?
Guaranteed class action if things dont turn around after the merger. You hear that flaker?
You still averaging down? LOL
The vote is just a box check for the powers that be. All shady companies/CEOs have the shares they need to pass a vote.
Secret messages, every stinky pinky board has them. What possible reason could you have to share with only a couple people?
Highschool called, they want their humor back.
You remind me of the little dog bouncing around the big dog. "Lets go ruff up some cats spike", "what do ya think spike".
You mean the company(ies) suck so bad im stuck here. They've screwed this up so bad that a decent run won't happen cause...once bitten twice shy.
I think you and gedi are the only ones left still wearing rose colored glasses.
Does anyone know when the actual merger will take place?
POC? Freudian slip?
LMAO, that statement coming from you...pot/kettle?
Ask him his thoughts on a class action.
It means this company sucks and we've been screwed.
They dont want us to investigate... not a good sign.
The rose collored glasses are being worn by about 4 or 5 people here. Reality is far from their grasp. Until a miracle happens, they all have egg on their face.
Are we halted? /s
Below a penny pre rs. Worst CEO ever!
Years of hopes have been quashed. I HOPE they prove me wrong. ;)
This stock always has a dangling carrot! People see the history and ask themselves why would i invest in this POS now, too risky. At least lottery tickets have a specific date.
I still have a vested interest to be here. Unlike you, i dont wear rose colored glasses.
You seriously think someone on a message board is responsible for our share price? SMH!
Less than 1000 volume? Is it because nobody knows about our "best stock on the OTC". Or is it because everyone knows about RXMD?
I have 3 tickers in my account, never sold, but it is definitely over for them/me. I'm hoping this doesn't become #4. Never "invest" in the OTC, just use lotto money.
I think Nodummy gave up here.
Ive seen too many times a company have a golden aura but lead for a share price. Im tired of "trusting" CEOs. They need to start producing!
What it cones down to is so far (and i hope Im wrong and you are right) is that we have been right you have been wrong.
See surfkasts message on the DD board from yesterday. Go ahead post your cheerleading over there and see what happens;)
Pumping on the DD board isn't a good idea. If you're lucky, they won't come over here to show how crappy this stock is.
Was that from Glickman or the filing?
