received an email from Schwab today indicating shares may not be able to bought or sold after august 31, 2021 if financial filings are not updated.

Schwab has same announcement. So sept 28th stock can b worthless, no buy or sell?

Yeah, losing the initial investment is no problem. Just the first time I received this notification. Hearing about going gray etc…Becoming current though should b a priority if they want to take this to Nasdaq.

Thanks. What is worse Case scenario though? Can Schwab just discontinue trading? Could I liquidate if it goes gray? Small amount invested ($700) 3 years ago. Up a bit, but looking to hold for Nasdaq. Don’t want to lose what I gained though…..thanks for any insight.

Did anyone else get a message from their brokerage regarding new sec rules going into effect in sept. Message indicating to liquidate now as future liquidation may not be possible due to uncertainty of stock? Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. Thxs

On September 28, 2021, new amendments adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) go into effect to enhance investor protection and improve issuer transparency. These amendments restrict the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that have not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.
