And something that Ex didn't mention when he said the trial includes Grade III and IV malignant gliomas, is that the GBM patients include not only newly diagnosed, but also recurrent. So I think results are great even with the small number of patients.
61% of the patients in the study were recurrent and 70% were grade 4.
Sure. I will do. I think better on X (Twitter) to avoid being out of subject here. I have the same user there.
Thanks Mani, I perfectly understand you. It was a difficult decision for me. All the times I thought about selling, I was afraid that as soon as l sold, we would get news, price would jump and I would be left outside, after all these years of waiting.
This is the first time I do that and it was a consequence of 3 conditions that came together: 1. My tiredness of company's communication style and what I call disrespect for shareholders. Specially that we never had last year's ASM and haven't had it this year without any valid reason. I think this is absolutely inexcusable. And even more for a company that, on the other hand, doesn't have quarterly calls. 2. After all this mentioned tiredness, I starting to look at other opportunities and I found a very interesting one, invested a lot of time in due diligence and concluded that I strongly wanted to invest in it as much as possible. 3. I didn't have any funds available to invest in that company without selling any of my holdings.
With that in mind, I decided to sell part with the hope of rebuying NWBO if possible. I would have never sold all shares, so I sold part of them. The amount of shares I will continue rebuying and if I will accumulate the same number of shares I had before or even more, will depend on how the other investment goes, if the company announces an ASM and if it improves its attitude and respect for shareholders. Some people say that people from the company read this board. I hope that is the case, and that they realize how tired a lot of loyal shareholders are (including me) and they change their attitude soon.
Anyway I continue to be bullish about NWBO, because of the science and because I think the company style can improve. I hope you, me and all longs have good days coming here soon.
Just unignored you to share something with you. I'm so idiot and so short and you are so smart, lol (sarcasm, in case you don't understand). I'm getting much higher and faster returns on IBRX than I expected, started to realize some gains there and to rebuy NWBO at a much lower price than the price I sold part of my shares. I'm keeping both investments as a long, as I always do, never short. I hope you learn the lesson that you should not insult people the way you do.
Thanks a lot manibiotech for your words and support. That is my idea, to buy again at least the number of shares I sold and maybe more as you mentioned.
Agree with you Robotdroid. This years have been very painful for us.
I continue confident on the science and that’s the reason why I’m holding shares. I think our day will come. Good luck to you and us all!!!
Thank very much Single Stock!!! Good look to you also in all your investments !!!
Thank you very much KRISGO!!! Yes, I think it’s related to their conference call Today and to fda approval they received this week. I wish you all the best too!!
Thank you very much Bas2020, appreciate it. I’m very happy. I think good times are coming here in NWBO also!!! :)
Thanks a lot DocLogic for your words, for always being a gentleman and supporting NWBO. I am tightly keeping the shares I didn´t sell (an important amount I think), because I beleive in the science and if I have funds available, see improvement from management and price hasn't exploded, I'm planning to rebuy the shares I sold, even if I have to buy them at a higher, but still reachable price. That is my hope. Also, if I have analyses or thoufghts to share I for sure will do and will continue supporting NWBO.
Thanks for your kind words and your advice ilovetech!! Appreciate it
Thanks Brooktrail1933. Agree with you, now he is on ignore for me also. No reason to argue with somebody like that. Good luck to us all
I'm not going to annoy other posters discussing with somebody that doesn't even know how to speak in what I think is his native language and on the other hand thinks that he knows things that are not true like where I work, how much I sold, etc. Bye, on ignore.
Hurts being you.
Ignorant people like you need to insult others when out of arguments. I suggest you to take some English classes and finish school. I can see who is not really smart.
The truth hurts 😂🤣
Good for you. Think whatever you like.

I had to use Google Translate, lol. German is not my primary language.
Thanks ilovetech, the same to you!! I will continue holding NWBO shares and would like to continue sharing my analyses and thoughts.
Thanks NotSure2. You are right, I am not a swing trader and don't even know how they work, lol. I was expecting some people accusing me of that or similar things for sharing my thoughts.
And thanks for clarifying hoping / wishing vs. expecting. I could have got confused with the exact meaning of those words and lost part of the content in Margin Buu's reply for English not being my primary language.
Thanks Margin Buu and good luck to you too. Yes, I am expecting a ROI from the shares I am holding. I think it is coming. Not sure if once we get MHRA approval or if we have to wait more time, but I hope we start to see a change soon.
Tired of the way communication is handled and saw another opportunity, but didn't have cash available. Anyway I kept part of my shares.
Hi Single Stock. It is IBRX.
Thanks The Danish Dude for your words and all your contribution on this board and Twitter. The same goes to you. I hope better days come for us soon.
Thanks Investor082. I agree with you. I hope this time is different and management can rebuild all the trust that we have lost.
Thanks flipper for your words, your good wishes and all the due dilligence you share here. I hope we get good news and positive price reaction soon.
Thanks DrHigh for your wishes. Yes I hope it takes off and I can buy back some of the shares I sold.
Dear pqr, thanks for your words, appreciate them. I always try to keep emotion out of investing, but sometimes it gets in the way. Sure, I will continue sharing my thoughts. And yes, I agree with you that the answer from MHRA will be positive. I don't think it will be as soon as 30 days, but I hope I'm wrong. The best to you.
Thanks XMaster2023. Yes, great if we could get together for a beer one day and hopefully we get approval soon.
Thanks NotSure2 for you kind words. I'm still in NWBO, but with less shares and hope the best for you and all of us NWBO longs.
Excellent post HappyLibrarian. I totally agree with you and take this opportunity to tell you that I really like your posts, you are one of my favorite posters. I think you are very sincere and call the things the way you see them.
I thought the day would never come, but after all these long years, I started selling an important percentage of my shares some weeks ago to buy another ticker, that I hope could offset all the damage from my NWBO investment. Also, I hope that with the shares I kept in NWBO I can recover my losses and have at least some return. I'm tired of this bleeding day by day, also tired of this silence and this disrespectful management. No ASM, no quarterly calls, no adequate communication, no clarity, supposed hidden reasons for a quiet periods, copy-paste answers from DI, supposed hidden reasons for a quiet periods, etc. This is not the way to run a public company.
I continue believing in the science and that’s why I didn't sell all my shares. I hope someday soon the situation changes in NWBO. Some continue blindly defending the indefensible, but I think it is useless to continue defending the company from all that is happening. This is just my opinion and each poster is free to have its own. I don’t have any motives behind this post different to expressing what I feel and think in a sincere way as I always do and maybe to vent a little bit after all these years of impotence and pain.
Time matters, time goes by, life is short, other treatments appear, we get older and money has an opportunity cost.
I think all this company silence and disrespect for shareholders is the main contributor for the iclights, exs, inquirings, learningcurves, etc. that come with their games here to fill the voids.
English is not my native language. All this is just my opinion and not financial advise.
Thanks a lot NotSure2!!
Thanks a lot hyperopia!! Agree 100%.
Excellent words ilovetech. Agree 100%.
No hankmanhub, I am not based in Germany.
Thanks a lot Doc Logic, that is right. I think some times I have limitations to express all I want for not being English my first language :)
Thanks Doc Logic!! Appreciate also your comments and analysis!!
I think those patients that Dr. Liau mentioned are part of the 17 that didn't cross over (not part of the 18 censors that crossed over and received DCVax after pseudoprogression or whose time of progression was not well established in order to be included in the 64 rGBM arm). And most of them didn't cross over because they very sick or died without crossing over.
I never said or implied they could detect psPD in the 99 arm and not in the 232 arm. What I said is that in the 99 patients arm, all patients that were pseudo progressors, that were additionally thought to be progressors and, as consequence of that, crossed over (and started to recieve DCVax L) had to be censored not only for PFS, but also for OS. And that is because they were not SOC-only patients anymore, they started receiving DCVax from pseudoprogression, so their OS could not be used for the purpose of comparing against SOC after that. On the other hand, that is not the case for the 232 patients arm, because anyway they were receiving DCVax from the beginning. So for the case of this arm, they needed to be censored for PFS, but not for OS.
The whole explanation is in my answer to Ex. Post 677821
