While you seem to be having fun with the problem Verb had with the broadcast, know that Microsoft called just before it started and told them that they were having cloud issues and Verb may have degradation problems. Watch the video in the Twitter post.

It appears that Verb is doing something right.

Why speculate on bad things that could happen?
I'm following their progress and not their chart. ANYONE following closely knows that Verb is about to turn the corner in a very big way. Now is the time to be accumulating for a 10 year run.
You know what happened to Zoom when covid hit us. Verb wasn't ready for it, but it is now. They will be one of the best positioned companies for a slowdown in the economy. That's what I am saying...
Which Chinese firm uses Verb?
I think Verb has a few clients that do business in many countries as well as China.
What you suggest doesn't hurt Verb in my opinion. If anything, it would probably boost even more interest in Verb's live ecommerce platform, especially in a global depression.
Verb is Finally getting some recognition!
Changing The Face Of eCommerce
Summary
* There are two analysts covering Verb stock with $4 & $5 price targets. Both targets are 100% higher than Verb stock is today and do not factor in short-term catalysts.
* Few understand that this micro-cap company, Verb, is right at the forefront in reshaping eCommerce with its new Live-Stream selling tools.
* Verb provides a complete integrated platform for live and static video selling through its Verb-Live, Verbmail, and its pending Verb-Marketplace products.
You can bet that analysts will be watching the verbLIT event very closely.
WOW! smh
"Because that “revenue” was contributing gross margin. It wasn’t costing them anything."
I have a better question.
Why would you continue spending a million dollars to earn 300k and not spent it to earn 800k? Just to keep flippers from complaining? That's insane unless you don't have the option.
I believe you took it slightly out of context Mr Mumbo Jumbo.
"If they stopped investing in the company",
You know full well that Rory told us up front the plan was to replace the old revenue model and increase SaaS, digital revenue. Why you and others continually use the total revenue is beyond me. "not really"
They needed a platform and now they have it. verb.TV with Marketplace will blow this thing wide open.
Now that's funny!
Only four more weeks to go.
Can Verb ramp up to $2,900,000 in revenue every single day by the end of this year?
Verb will earn a percentage of sales through the Marketplace platform. I read somewhere "can't remember where" that another ecommerce platform collects 2 percent of sales on merchandise sold on their platform, so I had to verify how to calculate this because the numbers blew my mind!
Remember that "Singles Day" event in China, where just one livestream sold 145 million dollars in merchandise? Well, just two percent of that would be $2,900,000. No doubt that this influencer is popular and has a large following right? But how many others would have attended and made purchases if this influencer had had the Attribution feature? This is why Verb really is special. Verb's platform was built as a marketing & sales app for companies in Direct Sales, which connect thousands of influencers within many of the over 160 Verb clients, and can connect them all to verbLIVE, the Attribution feature and all the other bells & whistles it offers.
I think Verb can easily ramp up to $2,900,000 in revenue every single day by the end of this year from just two percent of sales and here's how. Once you add all the revenue from thousands of daily livestreams from all these enterprise clients, you can see how this can be easily achieved. In the last conference call Rory said " the weekly growth numbers, the videos that are being created, different livestreams, it’s already exceeded all our expectations internally. I think I have mentioned previously in the call that we have seen tens of thousands of Verb livestream events just over the past couple of weeks." If this statement was accurate, and we took it as just 20 thousand livestreams over a 14 day period, this would be an average of close to 1,500 streams per day. And don't forget they still have a backlog of clients...
And when you think about all the youtubers that aren't affiliated with an enterprise client, but will be attracted to verbLIVE with more expensive items to sell, I'm betting it will really blow up.
This does not include any SaaS revenue from subscription fees from all the various apps. The potential for Verb is incredible...
We'll be getting an early taste of revenue numbers from verbLIVE during the global verbLIT event on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Do your DD and don't miss it, this could surprise a lot of investors.

I guess you haven't seen all the medical device companies signing up for Verb's new platform with VR.
Here's a few.

You're welcome.
I think it's for the accretive acquisitions Rory spoke about.
He didn't sidestep it, he said most were paid for by the clients.
Does it really matter who is paying for the app anyway? There are 600,000 USERS of verbLIVE and 40 large clients in beta, and Verb will make even more cash on each sale through the platform.
And Attribution will amplify the number of participants
These aren't projections.

Why? Because the Q's gapped down today?
So, let me give you some high level second quarter numbers. And then Jeff will provide more of the details from our Q2 filing for the period ending June 30, which at the rate things are moving now seems like June 30 was a lifetime ago. But first, let me do something I typically never do, okay. I want to provide some perspective on our full year 2021 revenue expectations. And yes, these are the forward-looking statements we warn you about.
So we are halfway through the year, we are halfway through the third quarter reporting period. So, I feel confident saying that we believe we will see impressive SaaS revenue growth this year over last year as much as more 30%, okay, 30%, with one caveat, actually a few caveats.
That 30% growth rate does not, again, let me repeat that 30% growth rate does not include any of the revenue that we expect to generate from verbLIVE with attribution. None of the revenue we expect to generate from verbMAIL. None of the revenue we expect to generate from Pulse. None of the revenue we expect to generate from any of the things that we have talked about in this call. And none of the revenue we might generate from some of the accretive acquisitions we are currently working on, the details of which we will share once we get further along in those processes. That 30% growth is based solely on the amazing momentum we have built from our existing SaaS business over the past 2 years.
Think about that. All those revenue catalysts we talked about that have just come online and more to come this year and into next are not, I repeat, not in that 30% growth rate.
Ya think?
From the CC
And look, I know you want it now, you wanted to see it now in our Q2 report, I get it, believe me, I get it. I wanted it in Q2 of last year. Trust me, I am one of the largest shareholders in this thing and with my own money in it and no one is pushing harder and faster to grow this thing. But now, now the table is set, the technology is real. It’s now being used by the sales teams of giant enterprises around the world with more and more coming on every week. Just in the past few weeks, I am seeing reports of tens of thousands of verbLIVE events being held all over the world. And based on the results they are getting, the only question now is how big does this get? How fast and how big can we grow this? And for those of you who know us, you know we dream big, we think big, we like big, okay. Yes and bigger is definitely better. It’s truly, truly an exciting time to be part of Verb.
So you don't care if it takes the company 25 years to build their platform?
Have you broken down what the profits were from that 14 million?
Everyone knows that Cash Is King when it comes to Verb's value, but understanding the strategy of a company such as Verb as they continue building their platform and software options is a must. They are making it much easier for enterprise clients and entrepreneurs by keeping the basic platform at the lowest cost possible and adding features like Learn, Attribution, Mail and Pulse for AI analytics everyone will want a subscription for.
Notice how the SaaS recurring subscription revenue continues to steadily rise.

A Big Week For Longs! Verb's Last Conference Call Is The One We've All Been Waiting For!
* Did anyone catch the very end of the CC when Rory stated that a third of the businesses that had postponed launching verbCRM at the last moment of the fourth quarter have since launched? And,
*Multiple million dollar clients are currently in beta testing because of the Attribution Feature! And,
*Rory also stated that the company had already started reducing expenses and will continue to do so each quarter going forward until cash flow positive, and it might happen sooner than some people think.
This is very positive and probably due to the bulk of large projects nearing completion, such as the integrations for Salesforce and Microsoft, as well as software development costs for the Attribution Feature, MarketPlace and others, all of which needed to be complete before an all out marketing campaign could start.
* He also covered the Outlook integration with Microsoft and introduced verbMAIL, which he went over in the Benzinga video where it will be available for Google mail and others. And,
*Verb is hosting a live event THIS SUMMER when they will showcase the MarketPlace and go over all new technology.
