Hmmmm... didn't know about this one.
I doubt he will be doing ANYTHING with ACCR -- as far as I know he's just a shareholder.
so remember this post?
I started bashing a stock (about a month ago) being hyped here on iHub and X when it was .015-.02 and the damn stock went over .08 cents. It closed Friday at .06/.067. I'm still holding half the shares I bought and riding on the house. I've been kinda busy but I spoze when I have time I can go bash it some more -- AND BY BASHING I MEAN JUST TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT SCAM THE STOCK AND THE AZZHATS THAT ARE PUMPING IT ARE -- and those idiots might just take it higher. Who knows? Maybe .25 cents or even higher??? What is the ceiling on STUPIDITY?
Here's a little factoid you may or may not be aware of...the largest producer of pork in the United States - Smithfield - was purchased by WH group in 2013 for $4.7 billion dollars. I think they're in the process of spinning it off but havent followed it that closely since I sold the stock some years back. Obviously, a BIG CAP (by market cap) but it trades as a penny stock (by price). Ticker = WHGRF. Last trade .735 cents.
Added to my position in Mifflinburg Bancorp, Inc. [MIFF] this morning. Great little bank trading at ~ 30% discount to book value and a dividend yield of 6.5% at current price.
UBFO still yielding nearly 6%
fwiw, I've followed this company since the 90's. When they went from the OTC to the Nasdaq (after a reverse split) the stock was trading in the $18 - $20 range and its been downhill ever since - with occasional pops.
Ha! interesting!
I'll ask one of my son's to take a look at it for me. He's a UCLA - computer science engineer. He tried like heck to get me to buy Bitcoin ~ 2011/12.
I suspect there is some serious $$$ backing this venture.
Maybe you can elaborate...cuz I've visited their websites and still cant figure out WTF they actually do.
obviously under the radar, otherwise there would be a bajillion posts per day here...luv it!
The preferred are simply DNFWM shares. They ensure that the CEO is in total control and doesn't have to give two shytes about whining shareholders. Pennystock shareholders gotta be some of the most low-life, annoying folks on the planet. If I were the CEO of a penny stock company, I would probably do the same thing. Several other companies do similar its just worded and structured differently.
Ex: they may have 1 share of preferred authorized with one outstanding, but that one outstanding share is a "super share" convertible into - say 70% or 100% of the current outstanding common shares. I watched a company with a super share - that guaranteed the CEO full control - eventually go from the OTC to the Nasdaq market --- but in the process the CEO gave up or cancelled the super share.
... and that's the thing --- if, when, the CEO decides he wants out --- he doesn't need shareholder approval - he can just do whatever.
chillax --- nobody wants these shares ---> until everyone wants them
Who wooda thot a ceo would get so fugging tired of dealing with a bunch of azz-wipe penny-pumpers that he'd just stop dealing with them altogether?
Been through many cycles... when it's slow -- look for some gems...
(and be sure to report back to me on what you find ;)
🤫 - Many dead stocks have been resurrected.
Nobody wants it ---->

....until everyone wants it.
I upvote this with all my thumbs... and fingers...and toes too!
AMIT could boot the celebrities from this site but it would likely backfire.
(you only wish you could achieve this level of fame
They can give me the boot anytime -- I have no FUGS to give!
Inasmuch as you brandish the SWORD OF TRUTH against the lies of fraudsters ---> you are DANGEROUS.
I may perchance be able to bash a stock from .015 -.02 cents to .40+ cents; whereas your skills allow you to bash a stock from .01-.02 to .0001 / no bid, maybe even make them disappear altogether. Me 20X higher / you 20X lower ... same difference just opposite directions...lmao
Janice - could you for ONCE just stop sputtering common sense!
PLEASE!
BEHAVE!!!
(esp since you're now on the scramblers hot list of who to get rid of here and your iHub existence is in peril ;)
INDEED AMIT -- get rid of the intelligent folks - they're a pox on our SCAMBLING!
Amit - all you have to do is look at their post history to see complete POS stocks they're involved in.
Make no mistake about it Amit -- iHub is SCAMBLERS CENTRAL
Many of the folks that actually INVEST have moved on because this place is a cesspool of shyte talking scamblers.
Bottom line -- if you want it to remain a forum for these azzclowns -- then follow StocksGoneWild and this guy's advice and purge the intelligente.
The highlight of my decades of being an iHub member was witnessing the scamblers on iHub (including Matt Brown) get put into prison. Whenever you crossed that crowd - meaning speak the truth and call out their scams - they would vilify you and do everything they could to silence you.
lmao @ You won't find a better merger on the OTC
Will there be any upgrades to the iHub jail?
I for one think there should be stricter sentencing guidelines and iHub should add a PRISON for serious offenders - where you sentence them to years rather than days, weeks, or months. It could act as a go-between, between jail and termination of account (which is a death sentence). Maybe even an iHub jury.... just a thought.
tic
Looks like it's moving on up without any major dip-buyin' op regardless of your mutual agreement :(
FINGERS CROSSED ;)
FWIW - Ford is probably the only American auto maker I would buy from, IF I BOUGHT AMERICAN, which I dont - I buy Toyota. They have proven to be hassle free vehicles. I'm driving the 2007 FJ Cruiser I bought new in 2006 and have had nearly zero problems. I did change out the alternator once, but I think that's it. Same with my wifes 2018 Camry. Just great vehicles and great service. I did give Honda a shot once. NOPE. The resale value was abysmal. My FJ Cruiser that I paid $25k for in 2006 would probably sell for around $20k, partly because its only got a little over 100k miles on it (I'm a light driver).
Yeah, who is Amit? Where is Matt Brown???
Many micro-regional banks have been doing well. USMT - Korean bank in So Cal just released their 2nd quarter earnings the other day.
go here
Book value $5.94 and I think they're on track to do over .50 per share for the year. Should be trading closer to book.
No divies but last time (2022) they did do one they gave 1.1 shares per 1 which is a 10% divy so they are looking out for shareholders
[KRE and KWBR to track regionals]
I call it SCAMBELING.
....but there's lots of good little companies out there --- you just gotta find them.
Was just filled for a starter position in Ford at $11.18
Quarterly cash dividends on UBFO are .12 cents per share and last divy was paid July 23rd.
Here's an article about one of his earlier purchases at $7.25 per share
Since I posted he purchased and additional 140,384 shares at $7.96 - THAT'S A $1,117,456.64 PURCHASE
At .12 cents per share he would have to have 9,312,133 shares of the 17,315,195 shares outstanding for that to be a divy reinvestment - I can assure you he does not.
(Some of these valley Sikhs have tremendous wealth)
nice earnings report recently released - stock up too --- $7.82 at mention here --- last trade $8.12
<<<...And convincing them otherwise is fruitless.>>>
precisely, and I gave up, but for awhile it was a thing back in the day.
I did get threatened though on one occasion - and my identity was not anonymous in that instance because I knew the CEO and visited his office and he tried to get me to fist fight him. After his scam was over and the stock went sub-penny (from a high of $3.00) I bought so many shares that the folks that tried to come in and salvage their investment couldn't do anything without me....without diluting the crap out of the stock. I lost $6k on the deal because the stock was eventually delisted -- but hey --- I did a public service ;)
I'm a lot quieter these days.
Reading the filings---> RK buying / Argos selling, and that 144 filing --- but what really stands out is that only nine business days after RK filed his SC-13G the company filed this S-8
registering over 10X the amount of stock RK purchased. Should make this real interesting to watch.
(doesn't look to me like any of this is good for the common J6P shareholder)
Change of directors, private placement at .50 cents, blah, blah, blah...as if anyone here cares.
All looks bullish to me.

This looks pretty positive for the stock
