There is a name for the kind of response you're giving: obfuscation.
The mere fact that you would attribute or insinuate that the attorney, letter with correct spelling, punctuation, and syntax, could have possibly be written by Cyber shows just how desperately you are reaching.
You're really reaching now.
The answer to your question is in the latest Opinion Letter filed with the OTC.
The stock was 10X+ higher when it went from the OTC to the NAZ --> basically been downhill ever since.
The AS for common shares is 500,000 - HOWEVER...
Who wrote this filing and how come they can't MATH or SPELL?
Quiet over here while stock making new highs.
Beyond THIS I dunno.
Ha! You're right. Never saw that but really didn't pay any attention to the chart because I don't do laundry
Oftentimes when you see these filings its a positive sign...but, in this case I suspect it isn't most likely is not.
Here is why
you might want to read the whole thing -- but here's a SNIP:
Go back ~ 4 years instead of 3
Then factor in the 5 for 1 stock split in August of 2020
Then factor in the 3 for 1 stock split in August of 2022
It gets worse if you go back 12 years or so.
From January 2022
How Much $10,000 Invested In Tesla Stock 10 Years Ago Is Worth Now
It's been an amazing more than decade-long ride for Tesla (TSLA) investors — literally better than any other S&P 500 stock. It's a multi-millionaire maker....If you invested $10,000 with founder Elon Musk 10 years ago, your stake would be worth $2.1 million now. That works out to a more than 70% average annual return.
Now maybe tell us how much better your long-term stocks you've held over the last 15 years performed compared to TSLA.
(curious minds would like to know)
Thanks Janice! Our great granddaughter will be 2 in July. Our youngest son is 29 and I think he may have found "the ONE" (time will tell).
Life is good here --> and hope it is with you as well.
Update --> I'm now a great grandfather and have 14 grandchildrenn -- and my youngest son has a serious girlfriend!
GOLD!
... and there's the old adage that goes something like it's easier to deceive someone than convince someone they've been deceived.
I don't know if you're a successful trader or not - but my take on Bar is that he does have erroneous opinion that he's king of the mountain.
When I mentioned this stock to you in June of 2021 it was trading at $7.35 per share. My last sale on shares purchased was at $26 and the stock went over $30. has dropped considerably but is still over 100% higher than when I mentioned it ---> BAC is lower today than it was on June 3 of 2021
still holding $ALBY
which is in your neck of the woods, albeit the marked cap is only 23 million. It's been a solid performer and my divy based upon my original entry at around $10 is quite handsome.

It was just a pump. ... and if you look back at the filings you'll see dam fran was dumping his shares
RE: <<<
Interesting.
I dont think you understand the real problem here and why this stock is sitting at ZERO bid.
With delinquent SEC filings and failure to keep up with OTC listing requirements - it will soon be expert market at worst - grey market at best - neither of which will allow OTC purchases of the stock.
Currently its a Hotel California stock.
Hopefully the trade works for you.
Lots of uncertainty - thus the volatility. I put my limit order in at $9.80 and it took awhile but they eventually went up and grabbed my shares - then retreated again
down 27% and halted on buyout news.
[edit update] I exited with an .11 cent loss per share. Had another bank that got a buyout/buydown which was my first experience in a stock/company getting bought out for LESS than what is was trading for. Not saying thats what will happen here - but Shit happens.
yeah, its hard to tell what the fully diluted share count is. Perhaps up around 20 billion?
Would not surprise me to see it continue its moon shoot --- and of course, post merger it will likely go BK.
-- me ready with popcorn and beers
holy crap -- have you looked at the stock today???????????
look at the street view of their address. the bldg on the left is a massage parlor. reminds me of Jimmy McGill's office in Better Call Sau.
Good Luck to longs
every player has their tell(s)
Tell us how you really feel...
Wait, I thought only the Catholic Church could do that????
<tic>
Still long -- may add on dip to my pullback target.
Should be able to ride this puppy to $17 plus. I have a GTC order to sell in a $19+
Relax, let the market do the heavy lifting. I'm looking at two very bullish indicators.
Buy high --- and sell higher
Shucks, i miss the good ol' days... ;)
still holding.... albeit BV has dropped considerably do to AOCI... but earnings are good
Hi Janice, I haven't been around ihub much for awhile. Are there any posters hanging out on ihub currently that we might expect to see under investigation for fraud soon?
The bottom line -- had I bot 2 shares of BRK-A after the crash of '87 when it was trading for around 3500 per share and held until today (and I WAS considering doing so) -- I would have around $1,039,000 today -- not a bad ROI
... just saying I've done much better than that with the $7500-$8000 that I started with.
If I had bot BRK.A in 1997 at its lowest price of around $33k per share with all the money I had to my name at that time - being around $8k I would have been about to buy approx 1/4 of a share which would be worth ~ $129k today.
I've had single day penny stock trade (taking profits) more than that.
